Hey guys Kingsnake here. It’s been a while since I’ve posted regularly on Matter of size. I am proud to say that I’ve have made some more gains. Back around November of 2008 I took a decon break because I wasn’t gaining much anymore. I started Penis Enlargementing regularly again around March of 2009 and haven’t stopped since.

My stats before Penis Enlargement were as follows.
None bone press erect length 8 inches
Midshaft girth 5.2 inches
Base girth 5.5 inches

After 3 to 4 months of consistant Penis Enlargement my stats were as follows.
None bone pressed erect length 8.4 inches (Just short of 8 ½)
Bone pressed erect length 8 and 3 quarter inches
Bone pressed flaccid stretch 9.2 inches
Midshaft girth 5.4 inches
Base girth 5.7 inches
Clamped midshaft girth 5.5 inches
Clamped base girth 6.0 – 6.1 inches

My pre Penis Enlargement pics and 3-4 month progress pics can be seen on my old thread called Saiyan22 New Gains With Pics And Comparisons.

My new and improved stats are now as follows:
None bone pressed erect length 8.6 inches (A little over 8 ½)
Bone pressed erect length is now 9 inches on the dot.
Bone pressed flaccid stretch is now 9 ½ inches
Midshaft girth is still unfortunently 5.4 inches
Base girth is now 5.9 inches
Clamped midshaft girth is now 5.7 inches
Clamped base girth is now 6.2 inches

I have taken 13 new pics but I can only post 8 A a day so I will do it that way if I’m aloud. I have still been using the still picture program on my digital camcorder so the pics are not as clear as a regular digital camera is. I apologize for this.

The first two pics are from my old thread back in October 2008 after my first 3-4 months of Penis Enlargement.
The last 5 pics are my resent pics taken last week after Penis Enlargementing since March 2009.
I will post more pics of my new clamped girth and bonepressed flaccid stretch tomorrow.

Thanks whitebraxton198. Not to brag or anything but It feels pretty good to be at my size but I am aiming for my final goal of 9 - 9 1/2 inches nbpressed length X 6 - 6.5 midshaft girth.

Thanks guys. I really appreciate the compliments. I have been wet jelqing, clamping, pumping, and performing manual stretches throughout the day every chance I get.

My routine since March is as follows:

Monday, Wed, Friday: On my lunch break from work I go home and perform 10 mins of slow squash jelqs, 1-2 sets of pumping at 4-5 gs for 10 minutes infront of my portable heater and edge for 10 mins. I then put on my cable clamp very lightly as an ADCs for 1 hour then take it off.

Through out the day at work I go to the bathroom and peform 5-10 mins of manual stretches when ever I can.

After work I go home and peform 20 mins of slow squash jelqs, 1-2 sets of clamping next to my heater, 10 mins of edging and then I were the cable clamp very lightly as an ADCs for 1 hour while I have my portable fan and and a cold wash cloth cooling off my penis to encourage healing while still plumped from the cable clamp.

On Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday I perform lots of manual stretches throughout the day. Mainly lots of bundled stretches to incourage my elasticity for girth.

As far as my weight goes, I am now down to 8 percent bodyfat at a weight of 205lbs. I used to do low intensity cardio but I have been doing high intensity cardio for the past month and a half. One thing that I noticed since I’ve been doing high intensity cardio is that my erection quality is always 100%. My cardiovascular system is in tip top shape which helps in EQ. I know kegals is good for EQ but I think that cardio is just as important in adding in efficient vascular health whichs aids in good blood flow everywhere including the penis.

Really happy for you. You're getting results from a lot of commitment to your P.E. routine. Personally, I can't stand guys that come on here expecting 1 inch gains in 3 months or something like that. As if this shit is so easy. Most of us have P.E.ed for years and only the lucky ones see real improvements.

Anyway, I'm impressed with your tone and well defined body. You do lots of weight training (I remember reading) and keep your body in shape and that's what guys should do--myself included. I'm interested in what you mean by "high intensity cardio"? I do lots of plain weight training and don't really put much time into cardio. I do a 1-mile/11 minute run each time I work out and I'm exhausted by it. That's pretty much my cardio. I'm trying to lose about 10 pounds. Your advice would be appreciated.

Also, do you keep to a specific diet or eat whatever and work it off? My eating habits are pretty bad so that's probably not helping me lose any weight. Thanks man.

Thanks guys. I appreciated the compliments. Hey Monet, When I say high intensity cardio I mean doing mile runs and wind sprints. Basically doing an activity that has your heart rate at 80 to 100% in intervals. I do medium intensity cardio such as jogging on my weight lifting days and high intensity cardio on my off days like wind sprints.

Hey Opa, ADCs means all day clamping. After a intense Penis Enlargement session I apply my cable clamp but I only put it on 2 clicks to keep my dick engorged for an hour while it begans its healing and remodeling.
 
Yeah they call it HIIT [High intensity interval training] where your working your balls off at your peak max heart rate for a set amount of time. I have done this approx one year ago and will be GENTLY working my way back to it again soon. I was on the rowing machines which is brutal on the body doing HIIT, I was seeing tunnell vision at times, hearing began to fade and I knew that I was in a very hot zone so to speak. Be careful anyone who does cardio like this and makesure you have your health physician check you beforehand as guys have dropped dead from such work with unknown heart problems ... lukcily for me I have recently had an ECG scan and was clear.
 
Hey guys I have some new clamping gain pics and a bonepressed flaccid stretch pic.
My unclamped base girth has now jumped to 5.9 inches and 6.2 inches clamped
My unclamped midshaft girth is sadly still 5.4 inches but it now expands to 5.7inches when clamped.
My unclamped girth just below the glans is 5.3 inches but now it expands to 5.5 inches clamped.
My bonepressed flaccid stretch is now 9.5 inches. I was on unable to apply the ruler, stretch out my dick and hold my camcorder at the same time so I apologies for that.

congrats kingsnake..you are doing a great job with your pe and your weight training...I just started getting into cardio...i was once at 8% body fat a few years ago..but have since went up to about 16%..lost the six pack but kept the size everywhere else...i started doing 1min sprints and 1 min jogging intervals last week..hopefully by the end of the summer i will be sprinting a few times around the track..but back to your pe gains..very impressive..keep going at it every chance you get and you will get your goal in no time...good luck

Since I started Penis Enlargementing again since March 2009 my unclamped base girth has increased from 5.7 to 5.9 inches but I'm confused about my unclamped midshaft girth still at 5.4 inches, while everything else is improving. One good thing that I have noticed is that my midshaft girth expansion in the clamp is up to 5.7 inches now as opposed to expanding to 5.5 inches back in 2008. Maybe this is a sign that my midshaft girth will soon be increasing with out the clamp.
 
Thanks KingCobra. Your girth is monsterous man. You increase your girth from 5.5 to 6.4 in less then a year. That's insane. Im jealous. lol.
 
King, you are a beast! I would've guessed that thing over 9 and and at least 6 around. Keep up the good work, but just don't come around here. I don't want the competion! LOL!

Amazing progress kingsnake! You look really fit, and tht dick is huge. Focus all on girth, your length is top of the food chain!
I also struggled for a long time at midshaft girth. But since doing a lot of width compression squeezes while light clamped (inspired by redzulu), the expansion is growing and growing. Just make like a waffle with your both hands and squash, you can also add lube and "jelq" with your 2-hand waffle down the shaft.
 
Thanks fedora and BANANAxBOY. You guys have come along way with yalls progress as well. Hey fedora, I have been keeping an eye on your progress for a while now. You have truely grown a monster. Good tip fedora on the compression squeezes. Although my midshaft girth is still 5.4 it now expands to 5.7 during my clamping workouts. Back in 2008 it only expanded to 5.5. I think this is a sign that midshaft girth gains will soon come. Hey guys. I went ahead and put a couple of my before Penis Enlargement pics, progress pics from October 2008 and my new pics from this month of June 2009 all together to show clear pics of steady progress. Hopefully newcomers of this site can see first hand that Penis Enlargement is real and show them that with consistency and dedication that results can be achieved.
All of my pics have been dated in order to show time period.
One more thing my midshaft girth before Penis Enlargement was 5.2 inches
Base girth before Penis Enlargement was 5.5 inches
Bone pressed length was 8 and a half inches

what were your starting stats and what are your total length gains?

Hey demonsITN. Thanks for the compliment. My starting stats were nbp 8 inches x 5.2 midshaft girth. bonepressed length was 8.5 inches and base girth was 5.5 inches. There is a pic of my starting size up above on post number 25. Since starting Penis Enlargement I have made a little over a half inch gain in length, 0.2 cm in midshaft girth, and 0.4 cm in base girth. All pictures on post # 25 are dated to map my progress throughout last year and this year.

My pre Penis Enlargement stats were NBPL 8 inches x 5.2 midshaft girth x 5.5 base girth. My last set of progress pics were done in June 2009. My stats in June 2009 were as follows.

Non bonepressed length: 8.6 inches
Bone pressed length 9 inches
Base girth 5.9 inches
Midshaft girth 5.4 inches
Bonepressed flaccid stretch 9.5 inches

Pics of my old progress pics can be seen on page 1 and 2 of this thread.

My new stats almost 3 months later (End of September 2009) are as follows.

New Non bonepressed length: 8 and 3 quarter inches (Almost 9 inches nbp)
New bonepressed length: 9.2 inches
New base girth: 6 inches
New midshaft girth: 5.5 inches (Finally showing midshaft girth improvement)
New bonepressed flaccid stretch: 9 and 3 quarter inches (almost 10 inches)

By the end of July 2009 I started reading in great detail about the mechanism behind stretching human tissue works. I started reading about the nature of plastic deformation do to stretch forces and load. After gaining some knowledge on the subject I omitted some exercises from my Penis Enlargement routine because, do to what I read about on plastic deformation and the way the tunica works. I felt these exercises didn’t benefit me much. I omitted full erect clamping, pumping and 80% to 90% erect jelqs. Now I only use a cable clamp as an ADCs for an hour and I jelq at no higher then 50% to 60% erection. I do this because the tunica has more elastic properties to stress and manipulate when its flaccid or semi engorged. When fully erect the tunica is hard and rigid like steel and has no elastic properties and will be extremely hard to manipulate without the risk of injury to the tunica.

On August 1, 2009 I began a new routine based off of my readings on plastic deformation that I am still doing now. My routine now is as follows.

(Morning Penis Enlargement workout before work):

warm up with dick in glass of warm to hot water for 5 minutes then wrap warm to hot rice sock around my dick for 5-10 minutes.

1 hour of manual stretches. Mainly different variations of bundled stretches in front of my heater.

10-15 minutes of edging after manual stretches to restore blood flow and erection quality.

After my morning workout I go to work at 9 am. At work I perform manual stretches through out my time there at my cubicle and do at least 100 kegels a day. My cubicle is in an area where no one can see me. If someone is coming I can here them and have enough time to stuff my dick back in my pance through my zipper.
On my lunch break I go home which is 5 minutes away from my job and peform my hanging workout. At home on my lunch break I warm up with a rice sock for 10 minutes then do 2 sets of 15 minutes of HANGING straight down with my legs squatted to really hit the ligs. I am currently hanging with 5 pounds with the downward position. After my 2 hanging sets I edge for 5 minutes to regain circulation and erection quality then go back to work.

When I get off of work at 6 pm, I go straight to the gym to workout and do my cardio. When I get home from the gym, usually around 7:30 pm, I begin my evening Penis Enlargement workout.

I warm up with a rice sock again and perform two 15 minute sets of tunica hanging with 7.5 pounds next to my heater. The way I perform tunica hanging is I lay down on my back on the bed and I have my homemade hanger attached to a pulley going over me connected to a chair with the weight hanging off. This causes the force to pull my dick straight up beyond my naval to stretch the tunica and inner penis while I’m laying down talking on the phone or watching TV.

After my two sets of tunica hanging, I warm up again with a rice sock and then perform 30 mins to 1 hour of wet jelqs and squeeze variations with no more then a 60% erection.

After my jelqing workout, I then edge again for 10-15 minutes for erection quality purposes. When my evening Penis Enlargement workout is done, it is usually around 9:30pm to 9:45pm. At this point I put on a cable clamp as an ADCs jump in the shower and go hang out with friends for a couple of hours. I usually take the cable clamp off after an hour. If I know I am getting laid that night then I don’t use the ADC.

I do this routine 5 days a week Monday through Friday. On Saturday and Sunday I only do manual stretches a couple times a day when ever I feel like it. Saturday and Sunday is fun time when I’m out partying it up. Since doing this routine since August 1, 2009 and taking my L-citrulline supplement which, I started taking 2 weeks ago, the snake continues to grow and staying in good health while doing so.
