Thanks guys. I really appreciate the compliments. I have been wet jelqing, clamping, pumping, and performing manual stretches throughout the day every chance I get.
My routine since March is as follows:
Monday, Wed, Friday: On my lunch break from work I go home and perform 10 mins of slow squash jelqs, 1-2 sets of pumping at 4-5 gs for 10 minutes infront of my portable heater and edge for 10 mins. I then put on my cable clamp very lightly as an ADCs for 1 hour then take it off.
Through out the day at work I go to the bathroom and peform 5-10 mins of manual stretches when ever I can.
After work I go home and peform 20 mins of slow squash jelqs, 1-2 sets of clamping next to my heater, 10 mins of edging and then I were the cable clamp very lightly as an ADCs for 1 hour while I have my portable fan and and a cold wash cloth cooling off my penis to encourage healing while still plumped from the cable clamp.
On Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday I perform lots of manual stretches throughout the day. Mainly lots of bundled stretches to incourage my elasticity for girth.
As far as my
weight goes, I am now down to 8 percent bodyfat at a
weight of 205lbs. I used to do low intensity cardio but I have been doing high intensity cardio for the past month and a half. One thing that I noticed since I’ve been doing high intensity cardio is that my erection quality is always 100%. My cardiovascular system is in tip top shape which helps in EQ. I know kegals is good for EQ but I think that cardio is just as important in adding in efficient vascular health whichs aids in good blood flow everywhere including the penis.
