My starting routine, including wrapping, was something like 20 minutes of 7g's with 10 pounds 3 times a day. Over time build from 20 minutes, to 30, to 40, to 50, to 1 hour if you really want.

Right now I'm pumping for 1 hour straight and after an hour long set, my midshaft girth is usually around 6.6 to 6.8 inches inches. This is obviously fluid build up but my plan is to work up to 2 or 3 one hour pump sessions every other day.
