After quitting PGE1 injections cold turkey, I lost my quarter inch girth gain from it but that made me realize that the gains that I got during my injection phase of my journey was only temp gains. My midgirth went down to 6.2 inches when it used to be 6.4 to 6.45 inches when I was injecting PGE1.
What this made me realize is that the gains I made off PGE1 weren’t cemented when I pulled the plug on my injection protocol. I was struck with disappointment over the girth loss, but continued on. I decided to go back to my roots and implement the strategies that got me my gains before ever pursuing chemical Penis Enlargement.
However I've been hitting my topical collagen softening agents hard twice a day. DMSO, PABA, IODINE, MAGESEIUM OIL and the best of all Transversal Verapamil gel. Verapamil gel is many times more effective then paba.
Been doing 2-4 hours of

Here’s my routine right now.
For
hanging I’ve been still using the grip system
hanger. Been using a variety of
hanging angles but my main angles are upwards angle tunica fulcrum
hanging and over the leg
hanging.
Using
weights from 7.5pounds to 15 pounds depending on the angle. I really like the over the leg
hanging method.
Thinking about purchasing the LG
Hanger since it looks more durable and can handle more
weight according to the makers. The one thing I don’t like about the grip system
hanger is I keep going through sleeves and sheaths so damn fast and its costing money to keep ordering new ones. I’m hoping the LG
hanger sleeves and sheaths are stronger and can take more wear and tear.

The pulley supplies a constant 1.5 pounds of pull on my penis in the standing and seated position to keep my penis elongated whiling healing takes place. I can wear this device all day and do so while I’m at work.
For pumping I’m using a vacu tech pump. It’s a 12 inch length x 2.75 width elliptical thick wall
cylinder. Definitely like these pumps better then my old Kaplan pump. 4 gs of pressure feels a lot more intense then 4 gs of pressure on the Kaplan pumps.
Every other day I’ve been doing 30 minutes of pumping in the AM and 30 minutes of pumping in the evening for a total of 1 hour pump time. I break the 30 minutes into 2 fifteen minute sets per sessions with 5 minutes of edging in between each set. One thing I’ve noticed is that I get a much better workout if I go into the tube already rock hard and stay naturally rock hard by watching adult entertainment during the pumping session.
By staying rock hard this has minimized fluid build up for me and seems to do a better job at stretching out the CCs and the tunica more for growth. Also by pumping while staying naturally erect from arousal, the power of the erection plus the vacuum force is what stretches the tunica for growth do to an over filling of blood engorgement stretching the tunica walls for growth.
Simply just pumping and using the pump to build an artificial erection from the flaccid state to me doesn’t cause enough internal pressure. Going into the pump already rock hard and staying rock hard during the session is what helps to build permanent gains fellas.
Soon I’ll be ordering another 12 inch length
cylinder but this one will be a thinner
cylinder to add to my routine. I’ll be using the thinner
cylinder for length since I’ll be able to pack the tube faster. Once you pack the
cylinder, the pressure and stretch force will be aimed straight out instead of all around. This will put more pull on the penis for length. I’ll keep using my elliptical thick wall
cylinder for girth.
