Hey DLD. Welcome back bro. Yeah I too am coming back from a long hiatus but I've been in intense Penis Enlargement training for the last 3 months behind the scenes. LOL.
Hey what up fellas. The snake man here in the building. Well first I'll get started with what my routine has been for the last 3 months. What I'm about to say is nothing really new but It's always good to go back to the foundations of how CREEP and plastic deformation/ cellular remodelling goes.
In my opinion the main ingrediant that needs to be implimented with plastic deformation of tissue is to keep constant low level tension of the tissue after the main stretch force has been performed. Basically what I'm talking about here is using an all day stretching device like an [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] or an all day light constriction device like a
cock ring.
You see when we perform Penis Enlargement workouts, we are indeed stretching the tunica and ligs past there normal threshold but the magic lyes in keeping the tissues expanded with light tension so healing will take place in that state. We never want to let our penis turtle during the healing and remodeling phase.
What I've been doing after my Penis Enlargement workouts is I wear my silicone
sleeve around my dick and balls as an ADCs device to keep my dick lightly engorged all day. I wear my silcone
sleeve all day except for when I'm at the gym or sleeping. My penis never gets a chance to turtle and while healing and structural remodeling is going on, my flaccid penis is plumped and engorged. The tunica stays expanded while the cells remodel and increase in tissue mass.
For
hanging Im using two types of hangers that I've constructed and I'm sure yall already know about. The Snake
hanger and the riser clamp
hanger which I'm calling the Python
hanger. I use my snake
hanger for tunica
hanging/upper angles and I use my python
hanger for lig
hanging/downward angles. For me the snake
hanger started to feel uncomfortable with lig
hanging but works great with upwards angle tunica
hanging. The riser clamp aka Python
hanger grips the shaft from the sides and encloses with even compression for a comfortable downwards hang to hit the ligs.
The main component to the python
hanger is with the use of a riser clamp with your choose of comfortable wrapping. For me I use the whatagrip,
theraband, [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?44-Ace-Strapped-Jims-Joint]ace bandage[/words] and my silicone
sleeve that I use for clamping and ADCs work. Anothing thing that's good about the python
hanger is that it can be used as a gip handle for manual stretches.
Anothing that I'm doing now is hardcore
hanging with fewer sets then what I used to do. I now only do 5 sets a day. Two downward angle lig sets with my Python
hanger, 1 over the leg
hanging set with my python
hanger while driving to work and two upward angle tunica sets with my Snake
hanger. For lig
hanging I prefer to stand up while
hanging. When standing up my ligs get hit hard and to hit them harder. I flex my abs and release constantely which puts more tension on the ligs. With lig
hanging I'm now
hanging 15 pounds which for me is fucking heavy.
With tunica
hanging Im still laying on my bed flat on my back with with my penis being stretched upwards past my belly button with a shampoo bottle under it as a fulcrum to hit the tunica and inner penile tissues within the scrotum sack with more tension. I have my snake
hanger attached to the middle of my shaft to target the anchor points rooted into the base and scrotum area. While laying on my back, I have my legs bent and close together to take away all skin stretch. Works like a charm. I use to be able to tunica base hang with 25 to 30 pounds but with the fulcrum under my penis, Im only
hanging with 15 pounds.
I've also been reaching new expansion levels with my clamp workouts. I've been clamping with two clamps attached as close to the base as possible. My clamped midgirth now reaches 6.7 inches toward the end of my 15 minute sets and my clamped girth toward the base where the first clamp starts, reaches 6.85 inches. With my clamping sessions I use theraand, [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?44-Ace-Strapped-Jims-Joint]ace bandage[/words] and my silicone
sleeve which makes it thick enough to where I only have to click my cable clamp 2 times for insane pressure building up while the clamps stays in there circular shape since they still have 5 to 6 clicks left that I never use. When I add the second clamp and push both of them deep into my fatpad while kegelling, the pressure build up reaches almost unbearable levels. My tunica from the sides and underside stretch and expand outwards like no other.
I do my routine Monday through Friday. On Saturdays and Sundays I just kegel and wear my silicone
sleeve around my entire
package to keep a light engorgement while healing and tissue rebuilding takes place. When Im fucking one of my regulars or a new chick, I go off somewhere in private to take off the
sleeve before ever letting them see my dick. When Im out pussyhunting with Mike and Brian I don't wear my
sleeve.
Heres my routine (Monday through Friday)
AM workout before I go to work: One 20 minute lig
hanging set with the python
hanger and one 20 minute tunica fulcrum
hanging set with the snake
hanger. After this I get ready for work.
While driving to work, I do one 15 minute set of over the right leg
hanging with the python
hanger to target a slight leftwards curve that I have.
Once I get to work I take off my
hanger and let my penis recirculate. After it recirculates, I work up a semi erection and put my silcone
sleeve on to keep engorgement. Then get out of my car and head to work.
About 2 hours into my job I take a 20 minute bathroom break. I go to one of the building's many bathrooms and peform an intense 15 minute double clamping set in a bathroom stall. After my clamping set let normal blood circulation return for 2 minutes then put my silicone
sleeve back on to keep engorgement while healing takes place from the intense clamp workout.
During my lunch break I'm usually fucking Janiss in her office or in my car or hers. If she happens to be in a meeting or busy, then I go back to the bathroom and peform 15 minutes of bundle stretch variations. After that I jerk my dick back to semi erection and put my silicone
sleeve back around my dick and balls to keep engorgment. At this time my flaccid is fat and veiny all day.
When I get home from the gym and eat my post work out meal, I then do a 20 minute lig
hanging set with the python
hanger and one 20 minute tunica fulcrum
hanging set with the snake
hanger. At this point all of my
hanging is done for the day which equals out to be 5 total
hanging sets a day.
I now do my girth work which is as follows. 5 minutes of bundled stretches then 10 to 15 minutes of slow jelqs with an 80 to 90% erection. I only jelq about 2 to 3 inches up the shaft from the base but kegel hard which pushes a shit ton of blood up my shaft inflating the glans. While jelqing I'll sometimes do erect bends to hit the tunica at specific areas.
After that I do a 15 minute intense clamping set. After that I do one 15 minute pumping set to restore erection quality while stretching the tunica from the glans all the way into the base. After my pumping set, I edge for 10 minutes to help restore normal circulation and penile health.
With pumping my dick is now smashing up against the top of my 10 inch tube toward the last 5 minutes of my set. My tunica is becoming more elastic as my tunica inreases in tissue mass and my ligs and anchor points deform in length. What I'm going to do is order a dr kaplan 12 inch pump so I'll have more room to expand in the tube.
At this point it's normally about 7:00pm or 7:30pm and one of my regulars normally comes over for some snake penetration.
So this has been my routine for the last 3 months. I've taken a full 7 days off to see what gains are perminant. My nbpel is now 9.5 inches and bpel is now 9.85 inches. My erect midgirth is now 6.1 inches and erect base girth is now 6.45 inches. Just 3 months ago my dry midgirth was 5.8 inches which is a .3 increase to 6.1 inches now. I think the main thing that has increased my girth is the use of my silicone
sleeve for 6 to 10 hours a day to keep engorgement in between my Penis Enlargement sessions.
