Hi, what does behind the cheeks mean? To my understanding, I pull my buddy under the perineum? Pictures will be great.

This is my MOS action plan:

1. Newbie routine
2. 5 days on, 2 days off
3. SRT w/ bath mate (my choice of equipment)
4. Progress to 6 days to 7 days on depending making the routine a habit.

Between the Cheeks is when you grab your flaccid penis from behind and stretch it up your back. This stretch should be done straight up, to the right and to the left.
 
Hey guys! First, I want to think DLD for charting my course with the Newbie Routine. I just started on 12/20/14. I am relatively new to PE, and am excited to see what I can gain. I plan on doing the Newbie Routine religiously (which I have so far). I have also just received a SG a few days ago, and will build up to 10-12 hours a day. Here is my planned routine, which is a hybrid of the Newbie Routine. I would really appreciate any feedback from my MOS brothers as to this routine and/or my goals.
I do my 3 sets of stretching, followed by 150-200 Jelqs (I am still building up to 300). However, I finish this with a 10-15 Bathmate session (X30). Here are my intended modifications: Same amount of stretching, followed by a 5 minute set of the BM, followed by a 5 minute set of Jelqs, followed by another set of the BM, followed by a 5 minute set of SSJs, followed by a 5 minute BM set, and ended with a 5 minute final SSJ session (3 sets of everything basically). Meanwhile the whole time I will be using my SG. I also am taking VigRx and have a one year supply. I am not messing around as you can see.
Here are my stats (12/20/14):
5.6” Erect length
5.1” Erect girth
Here are my goals:
7.0” EL (by May or mid-May)
5.5 Erect girth (by May or mid-May)
Ultimate long term goals:
7.5-8.0” Erect length
6.0” Erect girth
I would appreciate any feedback as to whether my goals are realistic, and/or opinions on my program. I plan on sticking with this program for quite a while depending on continuing gains. Maybe down the road, doing some bends or other mods that DLD (the master) uses. Feedback from my PE brothers??
 
well you are 5.6 maybe in amonth or less you can get to 6" i think,and maybe before may you can get to 7"maybe increasing to ten mnns of SSJs or maybe a bit more

I would say that you are doing a great job right now, just keep consistent with this routine and gains will come quickly. I would not change anything until you reach a plateau at which point you can add more intense work. For now though, stick with what you are doing, it is exactly what I would have suggested.
 
ive just started back and im doing these manuals, im on my 3rd day and because im off work til the 5th of jan ive been stretching as much as possible :) my question is, is it normal that my penis does feel a bit tender and sore? im not worried cause its not like a inner pain or anything like that its just my skin feels a bit sore thats all. Is that the skin stretching?

Yes, soreness across the skin is due to skin stretch. You could try some hydrocortisone cream after work outs to keep the burning sensation down. Remember also that eventually skin will stretch enough that soreness will no longer happen.

1) When doing the stretches, I grab right behind the head with a couple fingers and my thumb, rather than using a grip like the jelq grip. Is this grip ok? When I try a grip like the jelq, I sort of slide because of the excess skin (I'm cut, but since you do this flaccid, there is the excess skin.)
2) Testicle health stretch - is there a video on here demonstrating this? I massage each testicle for 30 secs, then the fluid for 60 secs. Then stretch the penis and scrotum. It says repeat 60 times. Do I repeat the massaging of the testes and fluid 60 times, too, or just the stretch? How long should I hold each stretch? And, if I'm using lotion, wouldn't it be hard to get a grip? My hands were slippery and couldn't get a decent stretch.
3) Lastly, I have seen mention of holding off ejaculating for hours pre- and post-stretch. Is this true? What time frames are we talking about?

1. use an ok grip like you do when jelqing. It should be tight so your fingers dont slide off and neither should the skin slide due to the tight grip. try to keep a bit of the extra skin back and then get a grip.
2.i think there is one on youtube if you check out Mike Salvini's channel . Personally i dont look at the time factor when doing this. i do it for like 5 minutes . I kinda do a slight jelq thing with my balls and grab both of them together and then make them face upwards .Rather than taking lotion use a bit of warm water to get a good grip.
3. you can and you should masturbate before length workout if you want. Thats the time your penis is fatigued and it is the best time to break down tissue of penis to get gains faster. it is adviced to take a 5 hour gap between your girth workout and masturbating.
 
I am sure this has been asked before BUT does this need to be done back to back. Meaning can I do 2 sets and take a 30 minute break and come back and do the next set? The hands cramps but I will get through it. Just wondering if there is anything on that.

do you mean 2 sets of stretches ??? if yes then they are to be done back to back .....keep taking breaks in middle to give your hand a break. alternate your hands to carry on the workout

All internal penis is accesible via Expressive Stretching or low grip stretching. All that internal penis you have can be brought out by consistent Expressive Stretching. Expressive Stretching can be done a few different ways. The LengthMaster is best by attaching it as close to the base as possible and stretching from there. BathMate Hardcore Stretches are another way to access this length. Manually this can be accomplished by gripping low at the base and stretching.
 
hi DLD, just wanted to ask you how long it did take you to gain 2inches of growth ? And did you achieve the results only on the first phaze? If not please tell me when you decided to go to the next phaze.
 
starting this tonight, can't wait to begin my PE journey.
same with the guy above, i also want to know how long it took (or how long it usually takes) to get the 2 inches out of this?
