Hello, I just discovered PE and I'm looking for 1 inch increase. I'm in a relationship so I will not use any devices for now. I will do the following routine and hope to do it for 30min every morning. Is this sufficient to do every morning or should I do it in the evening as well? Any exercises that you think would be essential to add? Is 1inch in 6-12months realistic?
3 sets of stretching left, right, down-left, down-right 30 sec each (total 6minutes) Question: Do you hold the other hand at the base of the penis?
3 sets of behind the cheeks left and right 30 sec each (total 3minutes) Question: Some recommend like 10 sets of 45 sec hold and 2 set of 5min holds. Would that be better?

6 sets a 50 reps os Side-2-Side pendulum stretches (2.5 minues each set = 15minutes total)
DLD Blasters with A-stretch (4 sets, 20 seconds each) total 2minutes. Question: Should I do this as a beginner?
= total 30minutes.
