Simple Tip For Passive Length Gains For Those Who Don't Have A Length Device

For those of you who feel that PE is too much of a time commitment and that you don't think it'll be sustainable long term and you don't have access to a hanger, here is one tip that you can use if you don't have a length device and you can do without using any additional time.

I call it the Passive BTC Stretch. I don't know if it has been talked about before on the forum. But from personal experience the BTC stretch is the most effective stretch for length gains. And it makes sense when you think about it. The suspensory ligament is in such an extreme position that it has no choice but to stretch. So this is the stretch that you should be spending the most time on. Combining that with SRT is even better.

The way I do this is I put my legs up on my desk or my bed which is next to my desk where my PC is, and I grab my penis from under my leg from either angle and just pull it down. I also pull down and to the left and down and to the right to ensure all of those extreme angles are being stretched effectively. And I hold this for a minimum of 1 hour while watching shows online. It's honestly been the easiest way from me to incorporate PE for length into my day-to-day life and create an easy routine that's easy to stick to.

Here's how I would approach it.

  • Warm up your penis with hot water in the shower for 5 minutes to reduce risk of injury.
  • Sit down on your desk or on your couch and pull your penis straight out in all 3 angles(straight out, straight out left, straight out right) each for 30 seconds.
  • Pull your penis down in each angle for 30 seconds (down and left, straight down, down and right). This is your warm up. I've found that if you go straight into the BTC stretch from the get go there can be some pain that comes along with it and the warm up with the less extreme stretches reduces that greatly.
  • Now, put your legs up on your couch or on your desk in front of you, grab your penis is an OK grip from under your leg making sure that you can hold this grip comfortably without your fingers running on your dry foreskin.
  • Pull your penis down from this position and hold. Then after a few minutes, let go for circulation and pull it again. You can choose different angles, make sure that you feel a good pull on the suspensory ligament as you do these, this means that the ligament is being stretched properly.
  • Do this for as long as you watch your shows or movies.
Essentially we're trying to make use of the empty hours of the day that would have otherwise been used for nothing. If you have a hanger or an ADS then this will be much easier, but those can be expensive so this is for those who don't have access to them.

A tip for this is to alternate the hands you use on each day, change between your left and your right as you may end up with some forearm pain and potentially carpel tunnel if you squeeze too hard, this can also happen with jelqing so just be mindful.

I'm just taking this PE journey one step at a time. It's something interesting for me to commit myself to and reap the rewards of the long term approach. My weight hanger is going to arrive in a few days and I'm ready to take my journey to the next level.

So awesome you are so committed to. Commitment is a pillar in enlargement. Don't put any stress on yourself and remain involved until you reach your goal. The long term approach means to limit your long term goal and set smaller gains to get to the big one. God bless you on your journey

When I first got into PE i loved doing the bitcoin stretch. This time around I'm hanging but i found it gave a really good stretch, plus it keeps the old chap really warm. That's the downside to stuff like hanging where you pull it away from the body and it's heat so you either get a cold head or manually warm up with a heat pad or something.

When I first got into PE i loved doing the bitcoin stretch. This time around I'm hanging but i found it gave a really good stretch, plus it keeps the old chap really warm. That's the downside to stuff like hanging where you pull it away from the body and it's heat so you either get a cold head or manually warm up with a heat pad or something.
Aye the ideal way would be to perform this with a hanger. The most extreme angle with added weight that you can hold for a few hours is a very powerful method of lengthening the penis via the ligament pathway. The best way to deal with the heat loss is just to do your girth routine in my opinion. I'd get the cold head after a while but after doing my girth work on the same day it all went away.
