Hey guys! First, I want to think DLD for charting my course with the
Newbie Routine. I just started on 12/20/14. I am relatively new to PE, and am excited to see what I can gain. I plan on doing the
Newbie Routine religiously (which I have so far). I have also just received a
SG a few days ago, and will build up to 10-12 hours a day. Here is my planned routine, which is a hybrid of the
Newbie Routine. I would really appreciate any feedback from my
MOS brothers as to this routine and/or my goals.
I do my 3 sets of stretching, followed by 150-200 Jelqs (I am still building up to 300). However, I finish this with a 10-15
Bathmate session (X30). Here are my intended modifications: Same amount of stretching, followed by a 5 minute set of the
BM, followed by a 5 minute set of Jelqs, followed by another set of the
BM, followed by a 5 minute set of SSJs, followed by a 5 minute
BM set, and ended with a 5 minute final
SSJ session (3 sets of everything basically). Meanwhile the whole time I will be using my
SG. I also am taking VigRx and have a one year supply. I am not messing around as you can see.

5.6” Erect length
5.1” Erect girth
Here are my goals:
7.0” EL (by May or mid-May)
5.5 Erect girth (by May or mid-May)
Ultimate long term goals:
7.5-8.0” Erect length
6.0” Erect girth
I would appreciate any feedback as to whether my goals are realistic, and/or opinions on my program. I plan on sticking with this program for quite a while depending on continuing gains. Maybe down the road, doing some bends or other mods that DLD (the master) uses. Feedback from my PE brothers??
