I gained my first 2 inches in the first 6 months. I was using the Newbie Routine with some variance on exercise and how long and often I did exercise. For much of my first 6 months I did the routine twice a day. I also did a ton of Kegels.

twice a day! Wow that's real intense workout. So if I'm doing the exercises only once a day, should I stick to only the first phaze until I gain two inches?

You will want to stick with any routine for as long as it brings gains. When you plateau and gains have stopped then you should go on to a new, more intense routine.

Alright thanks. Is it alright if I add a few exercises like girth exercise, bend correction, etc after a few weeks? I've been doing the basic routine since 3 weeks with no rest day, I have to say my penis has become stronger and really solid.

I have read all 76 pages and it has very good information .
I think i now know all about the newbie routine to get startet .I splitt it .


my work plan is:
Morning:
-Warm up.
-2 sets of strech each angel.
-rotary strech 50 (25 left hand going left side 25 right hand going right side)
-mayby testical massage
Warm down in shower.

afternoon:
-warm up .
-1 or 2 sets of strech each angel.
(Depends on time)
-rotary strech 50.

Night (before sleep)

-warm up .
-1 or 2 sets of strech each angel .
-rotary strech 50.
-jelq full erect 300-600 .
-warm down .
-testical massage.
and hope to get bigger and bigger .

i do kegel over the day.

I hope this works for me.
i have experiment with pe for 2 weeks and i think this plan with splitting is perfekt for me.

Bpel : 13,7 cm.
Eg: 12 cm.
(How much inch are this?)

First i want to gain size.

My longtherm goal is 7 inch in lenght.
I would be very happay when i reched 6 inch in 2-3 month.Pray for me Brothers.

i have heard that when you lost fat that your penis comes more out ?
Is that right and when yes how much for 10 kilo?
I have heard losing 10 kilo wighte give you 1 to 1,5 cm more is that truht?
And is that extra cm in bpel or nbpel?

wasserbox, What a great division of the routine! I really believes this promotes faster gains when we divide the routine into workouts throughout the day. Hitting a routine 3 times a day allows the penis to be in a constant state of elongation and expansion and this type of work is right in line with SRT. I think you should put this workout in the Routine and Progress section of the site so we can follow your progress and give advice where we can.

So DLD would you recommend a longer time period or just do this routine twice a day and how long before I see gains with such a workout?

I'm only looking for around 0.5-1inch in length if I hit 0.5 I would be more than satisfied.

if you're only going for length I suggest doing the stretching routine twice a day. You really can't overdo it, so you can stretch as long as you want as often as you want. And for what you're looking for in size you should make very quickly as your goals are very humble.

it could definitely happen in three months but I would go for the 6 month time frame so you don't get discouraged.

The whole reason I went with Longth is because it wouldn't make sense for a guy with that handle to not have lots of length. Subliminally encouraging myself to get dauntingly large.

it will actually grow even faster. When your body is in the state of natural growth it is one of the most powerful times to assist this growth.
