My hands were slippery and couldn't get a decent stretch.
3) Lastly, I have seen mention of holding off ejaculating for hours pre- and post-stretch. Is this true? What time frames are we talking about?

1) that hand grip won't get you a strong stretch. you want to grab in a way that you can pull from light to strong. how i grab depends which stretch I am doing. also pull your skin away from the glans so you don't skin pulling.

2) I have never done this but will look into it and possibly make a video for it

3) some do this. some also have shared that masturbating before a stretching session can improve gains. it is though that this pre fatigues the penis so it is more susceptible to stretching

2) I'm really interested in this, as I don't understand how a lotioned hand would accomplish this. Plus, if anyone has any comments about the reps - is it just the stretching that's repeated, or the massaging too? How long do you hold the stretches?
3) What about after? I have been doing my stretches, etc, after work and when the kid is getting ready for bed. Sex, if we have it, would come in a couple hours max after the session. Is that something to avoid?

when you are doing the stretch it is more beneficial to be reverse kegelling, that way the stretch is being applied along the shaft without resistance from the suspensory ligaments. The basic description of a reverse kegel? The same as trying to push out a fart lolz 😆
 
Thanks DLD. Two more questions though. Should I do these, because I just started recently. I'm taking it easy and increasing the jelqs 100 more per week. I don't wanna strain myself. But, all in all, is it safe for me to do the DLD Blasters now, or should i try them after a month or so? And, if it's ok to do them, should I skip the stretches and do the blasters, or do the stretches and the blasters?

I think Nidzo that you should get some basic stretching before Blasters, just to be sure...

I would not skip the basic stretching but you could add the DLD Blasters into the total routine. DLD Blasters can be done by anyone who can get into the position.
 
Rest days and help designing a program

Hye guys, I am a total newbie to this site, but it's fantastic. I have been reading many different opinions/advice regarding rest days. I have Jelqed (10 minutes a day x 5 days a week)for about a month and do stretches (30 seconds each x 3 sets [up, down, sideways]. I just got a Bathmate X30 and my SizeGenetics is in the mail at this time. I am trying to build a proven, tried and true program. I only have about 20 minutes before work, and an hour at most in the evening. On the weekends I have all day pretty much for time commitment. I obviously am looking for the biggest all-around gains. Currently I am at 5.5" erect, and 5" in girth. I would like to gain 2" ideally (or more) in the fastest way possible. I am confused about rest days since I am seeing so many different opinions. I plan on incorporating physical/manual exercises too. As a newbie, all the different programs available are overwhelming. And I do plan on using the Bathmate for a solid 15-20 minutes. Can someone please help me with a solid, and proven program? I would appreciate it. And are my growth goals realistic? Stretching indicates that I have the potential for a 2"+ gains in length. Any information is greatly, greatly appreciated.

Oh, I almost forgot. I am also using VigRx with this proposed hybrid program. I just got a 1 year supply, so I think 2" or more is definitely a possibility. Especially since my manual stretching seems to indicate I have some good length potential. Thx again DLD. Any others out there with info is also greatly appreciated.

You can incorporate your BathMate into the Jelqing portion of the newbie routine. Instead of jelqing what you will do is use your BathMate for 5 minutes at maximum intensity and then do 5 minutes of strong jelqing and then repeat this 3X or more, depending on how you feel. Stick with the stretching as it is written as it will bring great gains from the multiple angles you will be hitting. Use your SizeGenetics throughout the rest of the day in 30-60 minute sessions. You can get a couple of minutes of basic stretching in between each set of SizeGenetics use. Your job and activity level will determine how many sets you can get in, some men with very intense manual jobs where they move around a lot may experience some problems with extending but for the most part the SizeGenetics should be able to be used through the whole day. The more sets you get in the more length you will gain.

PE pills definitely help supplement your training so it is good you are set for the whole year. I know you can make a 2" gain in that time, just remain consistent and determined.
 
is their going to be more question of the week videos or just more informational videos on the youtube channel ? i have watched all of them and i have learnt alot. love your stuff DLD

Right now the studio is in storage until other things get sorted out. Hopefully I will start again after the new year, I really do miss it.
 
Sorry to annoy, but I have one more question (or two) DLD. It is too much to do my SG sets of of 60-90 minute sets. I have a desk job, so I was wondering would it be okay to wear my SG all day (about 10-11 hours straight) instead of smaller sets? Also, what do you think I should do as far as rest days. Should I do 5 on, and 2 off? Or 2 on, 1 off, and 3 on, 1 off? I promise not to pester you anymore. I appreciate your advice. Oh, and thanks for the comment on my avatar.

You can wear the SizeGenetics as long as you can without causing issue. For some men, if they wear too long, blisters can form. It can also cut off circulation if worn too long. What I suggest is to test yourself for how long you can go by adding 30 minutes to each set until you feel problems may be arising. Some men are just lucky and can wear it all day with no issues while others need the circulation breaks.

I have always trained 7 days on no days off. I think this type of schedule promotes a more habitual program. For me days off can quickly turn into weeks off so it is better for me to be a daily trainer. I also believe that the penis only needs 24 hours of recovery before it is trained again. Some guys either do not have the time for this or it may be too difficult at first. In this case I recommend deducting one day at a time until the perfect routine is created. i.e. 6 on 1 off, 5 on 2 off.
