I'm very curious. You started PE 10 or so years ago. Back then there was, I assume, little to no information or proven progresses about jelqing and pe. What reinforced your belief that pulling your penis constantly would enlarge your penis?

I started PE with a guide I found online that gave instructions to basic PE exercises, mainly jelqing and stretching. The guy who wrote the guide said that after 6 months you would gain 4" in length and 2" in girth and he sounded honest about his claims. I was not sold on the idea but I did exactly what he said for six months, without measuring but I did add in some of my own exercises in the routine. At the six month mark I went and measured and I had gained 2" in length and 1/2" in girth and I was super upset that I did not accomplish what he said I would, I know this sounds sili but I had no clue on PE but what he said. At this point I found an online forum for PE and went and posted my experience saying how I was upset about only gaining 2" in length and a half inch in girth. People responded by saying what I had accomplished was impossible and I was lying about my gains. When I started to look at progress threads in that forum I saw that the best gains men were making were like 1/2" in a year and I started to realize I was special. This is when I started to disclose some of the exercises I created and men started to follow my work. Eventually men started to make similar gains using my more advanced techniques and this brought my commitment to PE through the roof. At this point I realized it was time to start my own PE site featuring new and improved methods of training....the rest is history.

It took me a solid 8 years to gain what the guide said I would gain in six months but I am not complaining. I think having no background in PE and only going by his words help me shoot for the stars and even though I only made it to the moon it still strengthened my beliefs. Today I can tell all men that what I have accomplished they can also with commitment and constant improvements in training. Today things are even better due to the tools we have to choose from. I think we are in a very good time for men to make gains with all the manual experience we have put together combined with the finest tools.
 
And we all are indebted to you for the groundwork you have lay previous & are continually doing so today not only through experimenting with new routines & p.e devices but through the words of encouragement and advice provided daily here on the forums, not that it is just a one man show mind you, your support team of tech and admins are top notch as are all the brothers here helping each other out, it is that fact that makes this forum the best out there (in my mind anyway), am really grateful i came across it and hopefully i didn't sound like too much of a suckhole with theses comments!! 😅

Thank you my Brother and I am with you here, we have an incredible team of Brothers who all pull their weight and keep us on top of our game. MOS has always been the place of firsts, we were the first to bring many new innovations to PE due to the numerous Brothers willing to take risks and try something new. I can only be an example to the team and I hope I set the best example possible.
 
This question has probably need asked before, but if so then I must have been overseen it;
When doing the stretches, should you make a break in between the stretches or should you just do through it right on?
example:
Straight Out to the left
30 second break
straight Out to the right
30 second break
or should I:
Straight out to the left
Straight out to the right
ect.

Nope, no breaks. The only breaks are the rotary crank breaks. :)
 
I tried this routine in the past and is good but didnt have enough privacy its a very interesting process, i started to see some flaccid gains haha

New here, and to PE, and I thought I'd give this newbie routine a try. I have started reading this thread (about 20 pages in so far) and I have a few questions, which may have been asked before, so my apologies if they have.
1) When doing the stretches, I grab right behind the head with a couple fingers and my thumb, rather than using a grip like the jelq grip. Is this grip ok? When I try a grip like the jelq, I sort of slide because of the excess skin (I'm cut, but since you do this flaccid, there is the excess skin.)
2) Testicle health stretch - is there a video on here demonstrating this? I massage each testicle for 30 secs, then the fluid for 60 secs. Then stretch the penis and scrotum. It says repeat 60 times. Do I repeat the massaging of the testes and fluid 60 times, too, or just the stretch? How long should I hold each stretch? And, if I'm using lotion, wouldn't it be hard to get a grip? My hands were slippery and couldn't get a decent stretch.
3) Lastly, I have seen mention of holding off ejaculating for hours pre- and post-stretch. Is this true? What time frames are we talking about?
