DLD, I can't believe how great things are going. My penile fitness is getting better every day and I'm looking longer and plumper already. The difference in my flaccid hang is unprecedented, I never expected results so soon. It must be way too early to consider these gains, but it's looking so good down there!
 
stick with it brother , what your feeling right now, imagine what youd be feeling in half a year or 3 months :D GAINS COME TO THOSE COMMITTED

Because I am a beginner I was wondering if wrapping with this routine is a good idea or bad one?
 
everyone can gain 2 inches from this routine !!! i do 1 minute instead of 30 sec and 50 instead of 25 rotarys and add 15 min erect streching after and go in the shower for a warm down and jelq for 10 min total time frame of this almost 3 hours buts its worth it i bet everyone can get the 2 inches

Hey I made 2" gains with this and if I can anyone can. When I found the time I would do it twice a day. I was very hungry for the gains and I was willing to do whatever I had to to make them.

I am about 5.25 when hard. I've searched high and low for a PE technique, surgery, etc and I have recently found this website... There is so much information on this forum and I almost don't even know where to begin. I started with the beginner stretches of behind the cheek, down, out, and up. I a bit confused though am I supposed to do three sets a day or three sets back to back? Also I read that with this stretching technique my penis would shrink in a bit, I've been doing these exersices for about 5 or 6 days now and it still shrinks in. When will I see the size return to normal when flacid? I'm asking because my penish is starting to bother me when I'm sitting at my desk at work and I'm constantly having to grab myself and pull into a more comfortable position, which is embarrassing. Is there anything I can do to make myself a little more comfortable?

Do the stretches back to back once a day sometimes it's best 3 on 1 off or 5 on 2 off
The shrinking is fatigue or overtraining we call it turtleing your penis is retracting from all the stretching
Warm up and warm down is essential being new and use the SRT which is healing in a extended state to do this wrap your penis in a ace bandage or silicone sleeve so it doesn't turtle
Take today off and see how it goes tomorrow

by the way, -
3 Sets of each stretch below
Straight Out to the Left: 30-seconds
Straight Out to the Center: 30-seconds
Straight Out to the Right: 30-seconds
Straight Out Rotary Stretches: 25-Cranks
so, for example, if I'm doing "Straight Out to the Left: 30-seconds" I just stretch it to the left and hold in that position for 30 seconds or do i stretch it to the left, release and then repeat this process for 30 seconds? and when it says "3 Sets of each stretch below", should i do for example "Straight Out to the Left: 30-seconds" 3 times, and other 2 likewise or do each one after another for 3 times ?

Also, what's "Straight Out Rotary Stretches: 25-cranks"? Could you please explain in detail? I'm quite a newb to all this :)

This is when you stretch your flaccid penis straight in front of you and crank it in rotations big and small, almost like string a pot of soup.

Yea I already figured it out and done the routine. Took me kinda long but hey, Nothing worth having comes easy, right? :) The only issue I'm having is staying erect while Jelqing, but practice makes perfect!
 
DLD, I have a question on your first routine(this one) and your phase one routine? Why the difference? Should I add behind the cheecks stretch to phase one?

lol i watcdhed the dvd without looking in the pamplet , then the next month i realized i was doing phase 1 wrong you need to hit all angles
