I think I kinda know how but just to double check, I tried this routine yesterday how ever I was having a problem with the stretches, basically griping & pulling my penis to be exact I'm uncut and was having difficulty pulling I tried using toilet paper but that didn't help so I went back to using a old shirt to help me pull. is there a specific place your suppose to hold? I was holding under the head but it was causing some discomfort? Any help on where to hold?? Thank you!
