In my first 6 months I made a 2" gain in length and a quarter inch gain in girth. I did do the routine sometimes twice a day if I was not sore. I did all the exercises with extreme intensity and good form. I was very committed to training daily with no breaks. I hope that helps Brother.
 
Hey Im newbie just join Iv'e been doing my research before starting to PE but Ive been doing to for about 2-3 weeks I was starting really slow and easy at 1st I didn't want to hurt myself but now Im ready to go all in. Im going to start This month doing this routine 5-7 days a week Im using vasaline as lubricant because I noticed it works the best I just have a few questions for you DLD or any of you brothers that want to help me out?

- 1st the Behind the cheek stretch you pulling you penis behind your ass right?
-2nd When Im jelquing and pushing up I feel the blood going into my head it feels like a lot of pressure sometimes I feel discomfort is that normal?
-3rd When your doing the stretches should you be completely flaccid?
-4th when jelquing within 2 mins of jelquing I start to get a errection maybe 90% but I've read its not good to do this with a errection is that correct? also after 2 mins I start to lose it and I get soft is that a problem?? sometimes to the point of completely flaccid
Please I would really appreciate the help and a response. Thank You in advance!

You are correct, you grab your penis from behind, between your legs, and stretch up straight, to the right and to the left.

Very normal, PE require great pressure to gain in girth so you are right on track.

If you can remain flaccid but if t is impossible to remain flaccid you can stretch while erect or semi-erect. Just remember that the harder you are the harder you will need to stretch.

Completely incorrect. It is best to jelq as close to erect as possible. The penis is at 100% of its size when you start to jelq, in order to see gains you need to be sure you are getting expansion beyond the 100% mark. So if you are training lets say at 80% and you get 20% expansion you are doing little to cause expansion but if you train at 90% with the same 20% expansion now you are at 110% of your normal size, causing gains.

Im kind of a visual learner. and also another thing my hands sweet a lot and they get slipper so I've been using an old shirt to pull on my penis is there anything wrong with that? also from where do I pull I've been pulling from right below my head. is that ok??

I think I kinda know how but just to double check, I tried this routine yesterday how ever I was having a problem with the stretches, basically griping & pulling my penis to be exact I'm uncut and was having difficulty pulling I tried using toilet paper but that didn't help so I went back to using a old shirt to help me pull. is there a specific place your suppose to hold? I was holding under the head but it was causing some discomfort? Any help on where to hold?? Thank you!

For some men gripping takes some extra work. Using toilet paper helps some men, baby powered helps others but every man will get full grip and intensity using the LengthMaster. Once you are strapped in it is stretching slip free with intensity far beyond anything possible with the hands.
 
wow Im definitely going to invest in that once I have the funds! Im going to try this routine for the time being thou, now is this a 30,60,or 90 day routine? I didn't seem to find how long I should stick to this before I start changing things up?

Also one more question about jelquing, its my 4th day into the routine and Im finding it hard to keep an erection during jellies or even keep it at the 60-80% range after a few mins it gets completely flaccid at about 20-30% am I going to see gains jelquing like that? Is there something wrong with me since I can't seem to keep it at the 60- 80 range? I was actually thinking of watching prone while I jelqued to keep an erection would you guys recommend that or would that affect my gains as well? Please let me know I really want to get to a good start!! Thank You!!!
 
that happeneed to me the first week but since i kept up my kegals i was able to contune 80 percent till this day .. so my advice is kegal as much as you can throught the day to where you start doing it subconciously like breathing as for the newbie routine you can stick to it as long as you want once you stop getting results thats when you switch things up but i think you can accomplish all your length gains through the newbie but if youd like you can move onto different stuff after 2 months or so or keep some of the newbie routine and just add to it
 
Yea losing EQ's gay. I'm really young so I just think about hot stuff, or do helishakes in case I need more blood. I guess you can watch a little �naked people movies� for now until you do your daily kegels which is the real key to great bones. If I eat like 150 grams of pistachios my bones are mean regardless.
And yea there's gonna be a time your dick gets tired of doing the same thing, and you'll have to modify your routine making sure he is gaining optimally.
