Hello there,

Well i guess i should do some intro post, as i started DLD newbie routine today.
I didn't took all my measurements yet, but my BPenis EnlargementL is 6.7 and EG 5.3. My goal ultimately would be something in between 7.5 and 8 BPenis EnlargementL and 5.5 to 6 EG.

I'm pretty new to Penis Enlargement, heard about it one year ago and tried some stretching last year, and got some little injury (blood clot .. bah), so by those times, i made some
"vein oil" with essential oils and healed in ten days or so. But then i stopped Penis Enlargement.

Now back to try it again, i started with DLD newbie routine. I made the whole stretching session after warming up with a cloth/hot water. Pretty good/strong strecthes.
From there it felt ok, no pain, though in the end i felt my penis a bit sore/irritated. So i made a pause like 15min, applied a warm cloth again, ans started the Jelqs (using "vein oil"),
should i've had waited the next day for Jelqing ? i don't know.

I Had to stop efter 40 jelqs cause i noticed some blood red/purple patches building over my shaft. lots of little red dots and 3-4 larger purple marks (one is like 0.5cm wide). Not painful, not clots, it's pretty flat and painless, but my dong has like a leopard skin now, damn ?:(

So i stopped there from now and will let my tool healing i guess.

How much time do you guys think i need to wait before carrying on with the routine ? Should i wait for all blood marks to disappear completely ? Or can i continue after one or two days ? what does it takes ?

I guess my body is not used to this torture yet enough so i should have started more slowly, probably.

By the way i'm looking forward to acquire a Bathmate or Penomet to include in my routine later. I've never pumped, so i'm also a bit worrying to see some blood marks/injuries appearing with it as
i can already get this without even finishing a newbie routine.

I think I am over training, I've noticed all week it's been diffuclt for me to get an erection and sustain it, plus my penis has looked smaller. Last time I measured I posted it on here about 2 or 3 weeks ago and I was about 5.5 girth and right below 7 inches and I measured to day and my girth was down to 5 and my length down to 6. I'm not doing extreme amounts of Penis Enlargement, I alternate phases 1 and 2 daily or combine the workouts. Been doing straight 600 jelqs and then I'll alternate Slow squash jelgs with the jelq bend holding each for 30 seconds for 6 sets. Just some stuff I thought up. Anyways, what do you guys think or has this happened to any of you? I'm thinking of taking a week off, maybe my penis is just really tired. I've noticed this in weightlifting or running too, I think I didn't realize how beat down I got and I took a week off and came back much stronger and faster, so I'm thinking the same principle applies.
 
DLD i am still with this routine and i am just wondering how long did it take you to get those gains, and when did you get the first gains?

Not necessarily. Some claim they have, others swear by "length before girth". I believe in the latter, but I can see how expressive pumping can lead to length gains. Just ask Petersouth.

Most notice measurable gains within the first 2 months and most are looking to switch into something more intense at around 4 months. My advice is to get the gains you can from this routine and when ready migrate into SRT.
 
DLD I've been doing the newbie stretches for a week now, holding at the base. I really like how I can feel the penis coming out. It sucks that it goes back to where it came from when I let go. I'm curious, what is the "science" behind length gains due to stretching? Is it the consistent, day to day stretching where eventually that inner penis just stays out? let me know.

Exactly right. This works, in concert with weight loss or gain, and inclusion of Expressive Stretching to determine length gains over time.
 
sweet..also, I have a curve that looks like a banana on its side in where the curve starts to the right and ends on the left. Simple to imagine. Which way should i be jelqing to straighten things out? Again, it starts to the right and ends on the left..Much appreciated.

Towards the right. An extender would help, hanging ever more so.

Now that I think of it, just jelqing in general should help, regardless of direction, but you may want to emphasize jelqing to the right
 
I hear its a good sign that your dick feels heavier after stretching..what causes this?
 
Hello everybody! I searched for more info on the forum and I came across a few posts claiming that some people have actually lost some size and then regained it back. Is this actually normal and is this going to happen in the process of using DLD's newbie routine. I want to increase my size and any decrease would be a total mindf*uck. I am new here and have so many questions.
 
This is a really good newbie routine but to spice things up i made some changes and i think they are pretty good. I do up,down,left,right and center instead of left right and center plus rotary stretches. For total beginners the first 2 weeks do left,right and center 4 sets after 2 weeks do left,right up and down 3 sets and after 4 weeks 4 sets. Hope to hear from someone soon if this is good :)

You are correct, gains that have not been made permanent will be lost after Penis Enlargement is stopped. The reason for this is that the Tunica of the penis is extremely dense and without much elasticity and without cementing the gains they will go back ut the good news is once the Tunica has been deformed, permanently, the gains are there for ever.

How do you cement you gains?
 
When you stretch..how do you know the difference between a legit stretch and a skin stretch?

Gains are cemented through continuous training and the use of smart healing techniques. Heat, massage, extenders, ads work, supplementation...all play a role in cementing. To gain a very clear understanding of this you should read through SRT.
 
I havent been feeling a lot of base pain after my stretches..Is this because I've been puttin consistent heat on for a few weeks and healing real well? Base pain is a good sign so I'm kinda worried im not feeling any.
