DLD having read the SRT i really want to know what you think about this couse there you said its important to stretch the penis in all angels and i think it will really help someone find where they need to stretch for example i found out that i am stretching the ligs the most when i am stretching downwards :)

My advocation in angular stretching is what I call the "Just in Case Theory":) Just in case there are gains lurking in these angular areas it is worth the effort to reap them. For some men stretching upward feels like nothing and there may not even be soreness from this, but still, gains live here and should be worked. From Behind the Cheeks, to downward, to outward to upward, there are gains abound! Do not limit yourself by using stretches that you favor, complete all angles to see the fastest results.

Thank you for the reply. Just one more thing about the SRT, how long do i have to stay erect for the healing process, couse i don't have any equipment just MoS and last night i stood erect for about 40 mins. And you didn't mention anything about a warm up/down in SRT do i still have to do them or ..??

Hi. I have been doing the stretching exercises for 4 days now and i have some questions. Since i began doing the exercises i have experienced a constant throbbing sensation around the root of my penis. It doesn't really hurt but it's very uncomfortable, and im afraid that i might have torn a ligament or something. Also, i believe my erections have gotten quite a bit harder because of the stretching. Am i imagining this or is it a common effect?
 
if you've never stretched before, your ligs are probably just SUPenis EnlargementR sore, especially if you're going after it right. If your erections are still happening, especially if they're getting HARDER, then u're probably good. when i stretch hard for a while and then take a break for a few days, my penis feels pretty good blood flow wise.
 
Thanks for the reply. I guess i was just being overly cautious and paranoid. Im pretty scared that i'll hurt myself in some way. Is there something i can do to get rid of this uncomfortable feeling? Like massaging it or something?

From experience, what are the most important things to remember when stretching to bring about the most gains. Angles? words of encouragement? your own experience? Anything will help. It's go time.
 
Hey there people! I began doing Penis Enlargement today and I was recommended to use this routine( DLD's newbie routine). Since I am a newbie I have some questions. I think there is something that I do wrong or something.
When I start I do my warm up, that's ok, but when I start the basic stretching it kinda feels like I am pulling the skin, not the inner penis that has to be enlarged (I am uncircumcised). A few minutes after the start my penis dries up and it get quite uncomfortable. Plus, I am a grower and when I stretch unerect the head of my penis is small and therefore kinda hard to be wrapped. Another thing is, should I do rotary stretches and if yes, when? That's all for the stretching, about the girth exercise( the jelq) everything feels fine- like i'm doing it right, except the fact that after every 10-20 jelqs I have to stop and get myself more erect- around 70-80 per cent and then continue. So my questions actually are:
Is it right to pull the skin and feel it irritated and uncomfortable and if not, how to avoid it?
Second, how should I wrap it- should i squeeze hard under the head when stretching (I squeeze hard while jeqing)?
Should I do rotary stretches and if yes, when?( I saw a topic where the rotary stretches were recommended for this routine)
How erect should I be while stretching -10,20,30..... per cent,since I am a grower?
And how to keep myself 80% erect while jelqing and if so, is it good to stop every 20 jelqs to get myself more erect?
I would appreciate every answer of yours. Hope you brothers get the gains you want!

EDIT: Oh, and does sex and masturbation cause a problem? How often should I have sex/masturbate for optimal gains?

Angels will indeed help you if you put your faith in them and the power of God. If you are not so spiritual you could look towards other motivational tools that will help keep your going and gaining. If the Newbie Routine is not producuing gains there is one of two reasons that it is not working. 1. You are not using enough intensity or may be doing the exercises incorrectly. The Matters of Size DVD or Video Site Membership will help you see the work to master it. 2. If exercises and intensity is correct than some men men just need more, plain and simple. In this case I put forth SRT, as anyone who uses that routine gains.

The skin in the beginning will get irritated and this is expected as not so much intensity has been applied before. This will quickly become more and more comfortable if you practice daily.

You do not need to wrap when you stretch.

Yes, Rotary Stretches can be done after the stretching routine, 25 Cranks in all circular directions is best.

Some kind of external stimulation is usually used. Find some kind of erotica that you are comfortable with and use it to supplement your training. As said above, you can also take a supplement like TITAN to help in these cases.

As often as you like! The whole point of enlargement is to use it!

EXERCISES EXPLAINED

Warm-Up/Down
A very important part of your program will be the Warm-up and Warm-Down. During this process you will be preparing your penis for exercise. It is important to warm up in order to loosen the ligaments and increase good blood flow. There are many different ways to accomplish this here are a few:

Heating Pad: A conventional heating pad works very well for warm-up. You can pick one up for under $14.00 and they create the perfect heating supply for warm-up. Wrap your penis in the heating pad, plug it in, set a comfortable temperature and relax for 10-15 minutes.

Hot Wrap: A hot wrap is a quicker, less expensive way to warm-up. With a standard washcloth fill you sink or tub with hot water. Soak washcloth until hot and wrap penis. Re-soak rag as it cools. This process should be done for about 5 minutes.

Oil rub Warm-up: With some basic baby oil heat in hot water or microwave very quickly (making sure it is not burning hot) when desired heat is reached work this oil into your penis in a deep massage. This massage should last 5 minutes.

Hot Tub, Shower or Bath: A warm-up can also be done in one of the previously mentioned places. If time allows a nice 10 minute soak really loosens things up and prepares you for exercise.

Basic Stretching
After your warm-up in a seated position prepare yourself for your stretching routine. With an ample supply of Baby powder on you hands grip your penis just below the head. Go easy at first and over your first week, as you become comfortable, increase the stretching strength to 100%.

Basic Jelqing
With desired lubricant (I highly recommend Vaseline) cover hands and penis completely. At this point you will want to have about an 80% erection (semi-soft) Now in a seated position with your palm down grip your penis with the standard OK sign grip. Gripping your penis at the extreme base and a tight grip, force the blood from the very base up to right below the head in a sliding motion. When your first hand reaches the bottom of your head the second hand begins the same movement. This is a strange movement at first but over a few sessions it will become second nature. With each passing day increase the intensity ever so slightly. The goal of basic jelqing is too enlarge girth, add length and improve general penile health.

PC Muscle Fitness/Kegels
This is an important part of your workout.
This routine can be done anywhere. The benefits of doing these are a huge part of your growth process. A mature, developed PC muscle will be paramount to future gains and penile health.

What is a kegel?
A kegel is the name of a pelvic floor exercise, named after Dr. Kegel who discovered the exercise. These muscles are attached to the pelvic bone and act like a hammock, holding in your pelvic organs. To feel this muscle movement simply stop and start the flow of urine. This isolation of the PC muscle is a kegel.

Why would I want to do kegel exercises?

Testicle Health Stretch will help your penis to hang lower in flaccid state. It will also increase blood flow to your testicles and aid in sperm count. This routine should take no longer than 5 minutes but the benefits are many.

With favorite lotion grab your scrotum just above your testicles. Now in a rubbing motion massage each testy for 30 seconds rubbing between your fingers in a gentle but firm movement. Now massage all the fluid around your testicles for 60 seconds. At this point your scrotum should be very relaxed. Finally lightly stretch your scrotum downward while the other hand pulls your penis upward. Do 60 of these. This is a very quick routine but the benefits are great. This will also aid you in any kind of early warning signs of testicular problems.

REST DAYS
I have always trained 7 days on no days off. I think this type of schedule promotes a more habitual program. For me days off can quickly turn into weeks off so it is better for me to be a daily trainer. I also believe that the penis only needs 24 hours of recovery before it is trained again. Some guys either do not have the time for this or it may be too difficult at first. In this case I recommend deducting one day at a time until the perfect routine is created. i.e. 6 on 1 off, 5 on 2 off.

Cause when I search through the net, there are literally thousands of different opinions. Testosterone and se(angry)masturbation). Testosterone is one of the main hormones we should all focus on when talking about Penis Enlargement. Some say that the more often you jerk, the less testosterone and other the complete opposite. I myself haven't jerked for over a week, just because I don't want that to get in the way of my gains. Hah, it kinda hard not jerking off for over a week. My question is this, how exactly does jerking off( masturbation and sex) concern ones gains. I would appreciate your answer.
 
Btw, DLD. I am currently following the newbie routine and am doing length after girth. While jelqing I can see veins on my glans( Damn!!!!) I am jelqing 40-80% EQ since after every 20 or so my EQ drops- I use very tight grip and kegel before every milking motion as I find i gets more blood to the shaft. But what actually bothers me is that I feel some pain in the glans when doing length. Is that normal, is there something wrong?

In the beginning for myself it took longer than it should have because I was a perfectionist and I also would break for return to good erections during girth. I eventually was able to get it all done in an hour, 30 minutes AM Length and 30 minutes PM Girth. I think splitting the routine this way is very smart too because it allows you to completely concentrate on girth and length independent of each other which will allow for better focus and gains.

To help with having to stop I to gain better erection quality when I am taking supplements and/or the use of generic Viagra. Currently we are about to release the newest MOS Super Pill System...waiting for approvals but should be any time now. This would be the best thing to use in the future, it will offer all the benefits of the current supplements and ED meds with the additional benefits of healing and skin care. Go to the gym and do squats and other full body/leg exercises and jog and you'll have erections all the time. Drink lots of water too
