Can someone explain me the stretches? I know english but still I don't understand some stuff cause it's not my native language. Any help would be appreciated.
 
Dld,

In Phase 2 you say to do 100 warm up streches before dld blaster, what are those? I know Basic Streches but not warm up stretches.

They could be Plyometric but they do not have to be. It is more of a warm-up to the Blasters more than the main exercise.

Is jelqing straight up necessary?

I use a palm down OK grip, because i can grab much deeper at the base. However, it is just physically impossible to rotate my arms enough to jelq upwards using that grip.

I jelq sitting, so I just go out/up at about a 60-75 degree angle, is that just as good?
 
I use both hands sometime for a rotary crank that, well, kinda looks like I'm using an auger. I figure; that way I'm torguing on my cock in about 5 different directions at once.
Really maximizes the tissue involvement.

DLD, I started a basic routine. 5min jelq, 5 min Bm X2...after I go right into the Bathmate Hardcore stretches. Do you think this is an effective routine to make fast gains. Holla.

2 sets is a good place to start, I would suggest 3 to be the best though. I feel a solid 30 minutes is important to girth work. Hardcore Stretches are the perfect way to finish, or start the Bathmate session. I would also encourage you to include some basic stretching to maximize length gains. The series of stretches contained in the Newbie Routine is just fine.
 
Just got a heating pad for my troublesome back, and it works very well.

Would I be able to use this heating pad as a hot wrap warm-up in place of a washcloth/towel? I get loads more privacy in my room instead of a shared bathroom <:(

That is what I recommend! The electric heating pad is a great way to warm up and heal.
 
I used Size genetics last year with gained about 1/2 inch in the the first three months. Then, after several months with no gains (and admittedly no exercise) I became discouraged and dropped it. Then I happened on your site and was impressed. I have read all 58 pages in this forum (which involved and huge amount of redundancy). For the past three weeks I have been doing the basic routine and gained about 1/4 inches. I subscribed to maximal gains package today. I struggle with jelging, both with maintaining erections overtime and also, having to pull back scrotal skin that keeps hiking up the shaft with hand over hand pulling (with the sense that I'm pulling more skin than shaft). I think that most of my gain is length. In seeking girth, I keep reading some about Bathmate. And I see all these options of Bathmate Hydromax, Bathmate X-40, Bathmate X-40 an Pendomet. Some say these provide temporary gains, and I'm really not interested unless I can be assured that consistent disciplined use will provided permanent gains. If cost is not an object, which of the above devices would you recommend?

Believe me there is plenty of redundancy, it happens in a place like this. I have answered questions 99 ways from Tuesday and have giving as much attention to each question as if it were the first. Never get sick of it either, I love the relationships that are possible in this way. Anyway, I am glad you have gained and have become re-inspired to claim even more!

The Maximum Gains Package is a very smart choice! You will receive access to all the new shit coming out in April for free! Very cool. We are pretty much changing everything.

To help understand each, using the Penomet, Bathmate (which includes the Hurcules a 8.5" x 6.5" tube and the X-40 a 12" x 8" Tube) There is now the Hydromax X40 which is pretty much a supped up X-40 with about an inch more length...but the use of a hydropump in concert with super-sets, featuring intense manual exercise, in shorter, 5 minute sets has proved to be the fastest way to gain girth.

I suggest you research each of the above yourself in the respective forums to find what you would like best. There is an audience for each device and they all have different reasons. Me, I use the X-40 and soon, the XL Penomet...My size prevents me from using smaller models.
 
DLD I just discovered the DLD blasters, the exercise with the kegel and A-stretch. I'm thinking about using it post Bathmate. Are the results from this routine real?

The results of the DLD Blaster is what converted so many to my ideal of training. When I started to create in penis enlargement, through the creation of theory, exercise and routine I discovered many things that went unnoticed, simple things really but so simple, they were lost in the confusion of the impossibilities that surrounded the art. DLD Blasters was an exercise born in the attempt to mimic what happens when a man has Phalloplasty. I knew that if the ligaments were the limiting factor in the stretch, we had to somehow circumvent or go around the reaction of the ligaments and their extremely limiting factor in length gains. As is quite obvious, the ligaments are only a reactionary issue that is caused by a muscular flex that happens via the pelvic floor muscles. The root of the length problem was the actual muscles that were "reacting" and "protecting" the penis and it's ligaments that attach it to the pubic bone! Quite ingenious the things God has put in place! Anyway, I knew that the flex we practiced as a Kegel was the exact reaction that was happening subconsciously. Once armed with this information it became easy to see that 1.) Pre-exausting the muscles and 2.) causing a negative reaction to the positive reaction of the Kegel....The Reverse Kegel was born! Together, in concert, the total unflex of the Reverse Kegel and the adaptive, fulcrum stretch to take advantage of this new "slack" in ligaments working with a fatigued member meant Instant, Natural Phalloplasty. DLD Blasters were born and men started to gain at rates far beyond the normal. It is easy to see the progression of this phenomenon when it is traced to it's roots in the original peforum.net to the �other PE site� place.com and finally Matters of Size. It is not by my word at all, the gains they made were documented by them within the respective threads.

Penis Enlargement, to me, has become a quest to deduce and simplify and allow all men to gain with smart exercises born in true physic and backed up by real results. Fuck my gains, look what the world has gained!
 
Amen to that! I really want to add blasters and bundle stretch to my routine. These are serious stretches so I want to make sure im doing them correctly. With the bundle stretch being in the A-position, do I intensify the stretch downward after every reverse kegal? Is this how you were moving the ligs?
 
DLD ignore the above comment, I now understand that the reverse kegal makes the ligaments vulnerable to stretch.. One question. I finally have found a solid foundation for my routine. I will be doing 300 jelqs, blasters, Bathmate Hardcore Stretch and PA...My question to you is what order should these exercises be done? Thanks man.
 
You enjoyment with sharing information on an individual basis, despite the redundancy, is indicative of what makes a great teacher…gaining pleasure in the process of learning and progress in another. I really appreciate the illustrations in the videos and diagrams. It really made clear the DLD blasters. I tired that (though not in phase two yet), and WOW! Yu can get unbelievable stretch with that!

I have further questions on current routine. I have been doing the beginner workout suggested on the beginning of this thread (admittedly skipping testicular portion) for almost four weeks now. After review of the paid site, I feel like starting at phase one would be going backward and wondered if I should simply continue as I’m doing for another couple weeks before progressing to phase two.

I also have a general grip question, which I’m not quite sure has been answered in this thread. I find that some of the limitation in intensity of pull is based on pain at the grip point (more than my strength). Obviously I want to max the pull to hit ligaments. I know that the best grip is just below the rim of the head. However, I find that this causes too much pain, such that I can’t pull as much. I worry that if I push this, and toughen up, so to speak, I might end up diminishing the sensitivity of the rim for sex. So most of the time I have gripped with a small amount of foreskin (I’m cut) to cushion against the rim as I stretch. I also find that I can pull even harder with both hands if I bend head with one hand some as I’m pulling. I’m admittedly risking pulling skin versus ligament. So my question is, do I need to simply toughen up and grip only right below the rim, or can I use some foreskin to cushion some? I also trap foreskin at the rim when I use Size Genetics. (Also, thinking ahead, I can’t imagine being able to do those DLD blasters where grip has to be right under the rim).

I also had question on the jelqing after view your video on this. The text in one illustration indicates jelq should take 10 seconds. However, in video, it doesn’t take anywhere near that long. Also, I’m wondering about the pressure. I have done some previous Penis Enlargement, including squeeze techniques, adding in one finger at a time and really pressuring in blood to upper shaft and head, combining with kegel. In the video, it doesn’t appear that much pressure in being applied. I’m really squeezing with each one, which ends up pulling up scrotal skin and then with next hand pull, I’m needing to pull skin down before pulling up shaft again. So should I be doing more rapid lighter jelq or do as I’ve been doing. Is slow, more pressured jelq 100 times, better than rapid jelq of 300?

Finally, I’m leaning toward the Penomet. But I hear some concerns with end of sleeve cutting some and needing cushioning. And then I read somewhere that they will be fixing that. Should I wait to order it until they upgrade it? Also, once I have it, where does that fit into with the routines on your site? I guess my question is, to what degree would Penomet routine substitute for jelqing in terms girth workout?

Order should be what is best for the time you have and the type of exercise. If you are wet jelqing, using a lube, it would be best to get all stretching in before girth as the lube can leave a residual to make grip difficult. If no lube is used you can pretty much do what you want but for me it has always been length first and girth in the evening. I do not have the concentration in the morning that I do in the evening and girth takes a market mental effort where length can be done anytime.

The 10 seconds was supposed to be 1 second and will be changed on the massive update coming in April. There are other mistakes that I also apologize for but they will be rectified in the new site. You of course will have complete access. A jelq takes me about 1 second but some men do jelq slower to maybe 2-3 seconds. Preference and expansion are what dictate the jelq really. Eventually you will move into the Slow Squash Jelq which is far superior to any other exercise. As a matter of fact, I suggest you forego phase 2 and go directly into SRT as that will be the new "main" workout.

Grip can be painful and there are some things that can be done to ease this and allow the pressure to be less painful. Gloves are great especially gold and weight lifting leather gloves, these can be had at any sporting good store or online. The thickness of the leather allows for a softer but much more stable grip with little pain. From here other methods include wrapping with a soft material first (like a t-shirt slice) and that will cushion the grip. WHen using the DLD Blasters or any other "Dual Fulcrum" type stretch, the pressure at the glans is less but still may need some cushioning, the same methods can be used. Baby power is also a must on skin to skin stretching, it greatly increases grip.

There is no new cushioning expected with the Penomet so I am lost with that. They changed the mold for their gaiters to be rounded but that is the only change I am aware of on the Gaiter. If you go Penomet, go with the Premium, they promise free updates to those members as they are available.
