You enjoyment with sharing information on an individual basis, despite the redundancy, is indicative of what makes a great teacher…gaining pleasure in the process of learning and progress in another. I really appreciate the illustrations in the videos and diagrams. It really made clear the DLD blasters. I tired that (though not in phase two yet), and WOW! Yu can get unbelievable stretch with that!
I have further questions on current routine. I have been doing the beginner workout suggested on the beginning of this thread (admittedly skipping testicular portion) for almost four weeks now. After review of the paid site, I feel like starting at phase one would be going backward and wondered if I should simply continue as I’m doing for another couple weeks before progressing to phase two.
I also have a general grip question, which I’m not quite sure has been answered in this thread. I find that some of the limitation in intensity of pull is based on pain at the grip point (more than my strength). Obviously I want to max the pull to hit ligaments. I know that the best grip is just below the rim of the head. However, I find that this causes too much pain, such that I can’t pull as much. I worry that if I push this, and toughen up, so to speak, I might end up diminishing the sensitivity of the rim for sex. So most of the time I have gripped with a small amount of foreskin (I’m cut) to cushion against the rim as I stretch. I also find that I can pull even harder with both hands if I bend head with one hand some as I’m pulling. I’m admittedly risking pulling skin versus ligament. So my question is, do I need to simply toughen up and grip only right below the rim, or can I use some foreskin to cushion some? I also trap foreskin at the rim when I use
Size Genetics. (Also, thinking ahead, I can’t imagine being able to do those DLD blasters where grip has to be right under the rim).
I also had question on the jelqing after view your video on this. The text in one illustration indicates jelq should take 10 seconds. However, in video, it doesn’t take anywhere near that long. Also, I’m wondering about the pressure. I have done some previous Penis Enlargement, including squeeze techniques, adding in one finger at a time and really pressuring in blood to upper shaft and head, combining with kegel. In the video, it doesn’t appear that much pressure in being applied. I’m really squeezing with each one, which ends up pulling up scrotal skin and then with next hand pull, I’m needing to pull skin down before pulling up shaft again. So should I be doing more rapid lighter jelq or do as I’ve been doing. Is slow, more pressured jelq 100 times, better than rapid jelq of 300?
Finally, I’m leaning toward the
Penomet. But I hear some concerns with end of sleeve cutting some and needing cushioning. And then I read somewhere that they will be fixing that. Should I wait to order it until they upgrade it? Also, once I have it, where does that fit into with the routines on your site? I guess my question is, to what degree would
Penomet routine substitute for jelqing in terms girth workout?
