Hey, just a quick question I have. I am currently doing this routine and what I am wondering is this:
Which does give you better blood flow to the penis- kegel or reverse kegel
I want to RK when I stretch and do my length routine to improve the stretch and not let my pelvic floor muscles get in the way of the stretch.
When I do my girth routine (jelqs) I want maximum blood flow and EQ. I do a kegel for 20 jelqs (no stopping), get back to good EQ and continue so on till I do all the jelqs I must do. But will the RK give me better blood flow. I tried a RK, but do not see an effect near the one that comes with the kegel. Maybe it's because I still havn't mastered the RKs. What are your opinions and answers guys. All the best, Zam
