Hey, just a quick question I have. I am currently doing this routine and what I am wondering is this:
Which does give you better blood flow to the penis- kegel or reverse kegel
I want to RK when I stretch and do my length routine to improve the stretch and not let my pelvic floor muscles get in the way of the stretch.
When I do my girth routine (jelqs) I want maximum blood flow and EQ. I do a kegel for 20 jelqs (no stopping), get back to good EQ and continue so on till I do all the jelqs I must do. But will the RK give me better blood flow. I tried a RK, but do not see an effect near the one that comes with the kegel. Maybe it's because I still havn't mastered the RKs. What are your opinions and answers guys. All the best, Zam :)

The Reverse Kegel has no effect on blood flow, it is simply a movement of total unflex of the Pelvic Floor Muscles including the PC and BC muscles. Since all of these muscles are interconnected, when you squeeze in doing a Kegel you can feel how the muscle feelings will travel from your butt to your belly. Now, when you do a Reverse Kegel you are simply doing the opposite. You are pushing to unflex. The reasons we use the Reverse Kegel is for 2 main functions. First, for stretching the penis and causing a state of unflex which allows us to stretch the suspensory ligaments more effectively and we also use them, in sequences to cause Male Multiple Orgasms, Remaining Erect After Orgasm and lasting longer in bed. all men seem to be different when specifically training for sexual function in the respect that some find a sequence of Kegel, Kegel, Reverse Kegel Kegel works best for them in practice while someone else may use a different sequence, how they work is the combination you learn and practice and to master this you need to be patient with yourself and practice.

Now, to answer your question directly, the Kegel will cause much greater expansion in blood flow, the Reverse Kegel does not increase blood flow.
 
Can I do the stretches standing up? Is there any difference? I don't know how to do the BTC stretches sitting down
 
Of course you can do them in standing position also, but I prefer the sitting one, cause it's easier for me to surf around the forum while stretching (yeah I do that LMAO). The BTC stretches must be done as low as possible (in a sitting or even better- a full squat position. That will put much more pressure on the ligaments), so this stretch you must not do in a standing position. If you want to do it sitting down- just sit on your tail (lower back tail LMAO). No! You have to do them standing on your head while rubbing your belly and cooking a turkey:)

One stroke- 1 rep, 2 strokes- 2 reps. It's like- you start doing jelqs with your right hand- then goes the left one. Following this order the right one will do the 3rd 5th 7th 9th 11th etc and the left- 2 4 6 8 10 12 14th jelq. :)
 
Ayeah there guys! I thought i'd give an update for following the newbie routine (with slightly modified by me girth part), so people can see it really works. In 20 days of Penis Enlargement using this program- I have gained 0,275 inches in girth -erect (still not cemented LMAO) and 0,0 inches in length -erect (I guess I am a girth gainer LMAO) and both length and girth gains in flaccid. It's not much (for some people ,but for me it is LMAO), but I am very happy with my gains and looking forward to new ones. But for a no-device-only hand routine- I think it's pretty good.
