Newbie to the forum, about 4 months into a beginner PE routine. First off, you guys have so much information... wish I had found this forum before purchasing my Bathmate HydroExtreme7. Alas, this is what I have so I'll work with it.

My old routine consisted of clamping, jelqing and pumping. After reading this forum I know clamping is bad, the SSL jelqing is the way to go, and to remove the comfort sleeve from my Bathmate. (Tried the Girth program (SRT 5x5x3) method last night and wow!) So I'm looking to changing up my whole routine based on all of your excellent suggestions. I'm saving up for the Stealth Stretcher as I have a very sensitive glans. I like the idea of the vacuum ADS vs the straps/noose. Until then, length stretching will be manual. Anywho, question about routine:

  • Stretching for length during the day -
    • I've been using a similar silicone tube to the SiliSleev after manual stretching to help cement length gains.
    • Once I get into an ADS, how long should I wear it and when/how long should I use the SiliSleev after ADS before training for girth?
    • Should I put it back on after using the Duroring for 30 min after girth training? Use them at the same time?
  • Girth training - Love the 5x5x3!
    • Bathmate - I curve downward fairly far and positioning the Bathmate has been challenging. I usually have to use a tiny amount of silicone lube on the underside of the glans so it doesn't stick to the side of the tube.
      • Any other suggestions to combat this issue?
    • Also for this reason, I use it with the angled part of the seal downward toward my testicles (SIM uses it pointed upward in his videos), which causes another problem...
      • I have a massive turkey neck... like halfway up my shaft (7.5" PBEL/6.5" EL) I've seen the tutorial for Lig and Scrotum stretching, which I'm going to start to help with the turkeyneck itself. But as far as pumping, do you suggest a sleeve over the base of the shaft? I see this will help with the "gator" once I remove the comfort sleeve from the BM, but will this help with the turkeyneck in the pump?
    • Lastly, I'm on Testosterone Replacement Therapy which causes my testicles to shrink, ride high and leaves more loose skin for the turkeyneck problem. I was able to combat getting them sucked in the pump with the cushion rings they sell, and have since moved on by adjusting the pump up 2 cm or so. But now when trying the DLD Bathmate stretches, they tend to get sucked in again.
      • Any suggestions for this problem?

Welcome to the forum. You and I are very similar size, routine and with the same issues around Testosterone. I've used the Penimaster stretcher for a couple of yeturtlenecks. And not currently using any wraps or sleeves. Curious to see some answers to your question about the turtlenecking.
 
Welcome to the brotherhood. Since you have 4 months worth of PE training, that's more than enough conditioning, based on the consistent amount of time you put into it.

Stretching for length during the day -

For the ADS, as long as you can. Take advantange of the cellular gap creation after the routine for force the cells to repair and divide to fill in every possible gap you can create. When you use the ADS, make sure to keep the traction pressure around 2.5lbs, or around 1210g - ish worth.

This is where some brothers like to experiment. Some brothers like to use both during the routine and 60 minutes after. Some just use for 60 minutes after. Some like to wear it all day long. If you're chasing after girth, wear it all day long and introduce new blood in every 5 minutes, 10 minutes max, if you're using the ring with 80% restrictive flow. With 50% restrictive flow, the blood will exit out of the penis within a few minutes. Imagine doing erectile exercises all day long. That is one adventurous endeavor to improve your erection quality.

Any curvature will cause stickiness. Mine is straight now, with a hint curving up. But after a certain amount of expansion, there's a bit of stickiness without the lube. Our brothers here use lots of Vaseline. But to prevent the valves from going bad, make sure to use water base lubes instead.

If you want to protected from the gaitor baffles bites, just a loosely fitting sleeve along the base to about 2in above the base will be more than enough.

Brother SIM tied his scrotum down by using a cotton bandage, or any bandage, wrap around the base of the scrotum from the front, pull it back between his legs, and pumped. He had not issues with BathMate doing the love sucking on his scrotum since. Something to try.

This questioning is light. Way too light. Hit us with more.
 
Sounds like you just need to get a mittyvac and 2 different size cylinders. You can still use bathmate later in 2-3 years when you are cementing your gains, but for now you need a water pump with Gauge and different size cylinders so your glans don't rub against the side too much.

I use a cock ring on my balls to make sure the balls don't creep up with the larger cylinder.
