i would say if you want a proper warm up a 5 mins warm up is key, well i have been on and off whit that routine,and maybe after 6 weeks youd be able to see the results,and IMO once you start to hit a plateau you have to look for a new routine, maybe after two months and you see no results at all, maybe you should start a new routine, actually is quite hard to fail if you follow the routine properly.

I bought the full memebershup dld. I noticed that this newbie routine and your phase one routine are different . The phase one doesn't have behind the cheecks stretches and this newbie routine doesn't have the straight up stretch. Why is that. Should I add the behind the cheeks to the phase one ? please help
 
Or should I follow the phase one routine. I will say that this routine seems a lot more intense with 4 kinds of stretches for length but the phase one program on has two kinds of stretches. are you gonna update your phase one to this one ?

Yes, add the behind the cheeks stretches into your routine. I will have that error fixed, thanks for letting me know.
 
Btw on the phase one it only has the stretch down to the left, right, ect. It doesn't contain:

"Straight Out to the Left: 30-seconds
Straight Out to the Center: 30-seconds
Straight Out to the Right: 30-seconds
Straight Out Rotary Stretches: 25-Cranks

Straight Up to the Left: 30-seconds
Straight Up to the Center: 30-seconds
Straight Up to the Right: 30-seconds
Straight Up Rotary Stretches: 25-Cranks"


Should I add these stretches to it as well? Are there videos for these on the paid version?
 
Also, on the straight down stretch to the left do you use your leg to stretch like in the basic stretching video found on your paid site ?

Also should I be stretching completely flaccid?

they are supossed to get done flaccid.
 
So i did the routine for the first time last night and I have a few questions if that's okay.

1. Is it normal for the groin area to feel a bit uncomfortable a few hours later/into the next day?
2. I'm uncut so when I'm Jelqing at about 80% I can do it without the head of the penis showing, Is that still okay?
3. lastly, when I'm stretching, at flaccid state I'm pretty small so I'm pulling right before the tip (simply stretching the skin) Is that correct?
 
DLD,

I started doing the DLD beginner routine, going on week 2.

My question is can I switch the stretches to the same stretches but using the lengthmaster after a month of doing the routine?

If you are talking about people that used this method specifically, there's only really 2 options to find them

(1) go through this entire thread and look for people whom mention they will try the method and then open their profile and look to see their posts and they may have started a thread or something to log their results

(2) use the search button and search for 'DLD' but that's going to return a TON of results that have nothing to do with it since people refer to the man above me as DLD (short for doublelongdaddy) but if you set the searcher to search in post and list by actual threads, then you'll minimize the results.
 
Today was my first time measuring after 1 month of DLD's first routine! Thank you DLD and everybody who contributes to the forum!

BPEL I went from 6 7/8 to 7 inches
MEG 5 6/16 to 5.5 inches ***Reached my short term goal in girth***
BEG 5.5 to 6 inches ***I think I might have measured wrong the first time***
TEG stayed at 5 inches

My first month consisted of

AM- bathmats x30 15 minutes at full pressure, started out barely getting to 7 then by end of month I was passing 7.25 and getting real close to 7.5 inches! I repump to max pressure every 5 minutes. Seem to always get donut effect though so I will read up more on this and ask you bros for help.

PM- 10 minute rice sock warm up, 2 sets of stretches plus 2 sets of expressive stretches, 300 jelqs, and on most days I would edge anywhere from 10 to 30 minutes doing the first half with my hands then the second half with fleshlight STU. I would cum 3 or 4 times a week.

While I haven't been as consistent as I would like I still made gains! The second month I will be way more dedicated, and start the full routine so:
3x stretches and 3x expressive stretches and 600 jelqs

Yep, x3 stretches with expressive stretches and the blasters for best manual stretching. I'd skip the jelqing and do SSJs and onto clamped SSJs imo.
