Today was my first time measuring after 1 month of DLD's first routine! Thank you DLD and everybody who contributes to the forum!
BPEL I went from 6 7/8 to 7 inches
MEG 5 6/16 to 5.5 inches ***Reached my short term goal in girth***
BEG 5.5 to 6 inches ***I think I might have measured wrong the first time***
TEG stayed at 5 inches
My first month consisted of
AM- bathmats
x30 15 minutes at full pressure, started out barely getting to 7 then by end of month I was passing 7.25 and getting real close to 7.5 inches! I repump to max pressure every 5 minutes. Seem to always get donut effect though so I will read up more on this and ask you bros for help.
PM- 10 minute rice sock warm up, 2 sets of stretches plus 2 sets of expressive stretches, 300 jelqs, and on most days I would edge anywhere from 10 to 30 minutes doing the first half with my hands then the second half with
fleshlight STU. I would cum 3 or 4 times a week.
While I haven't been as consistent as I would like I still made gains! The second month I will be way more dedicated, and start the full routine so:
3x stretches and 3x expressive stretches and 600 jelqs
