So im somewhat new, and just started this program a couple days ago. Have tried pe in the past but wasnt consistent about it. I apologize if these questions have been asked previously on the thread, but im too impatient to read all 20 pgs. I live in a dorm, and have to do the workout in the shower which works, but takes a while; is it ok to split it up? For instance, warm up in the morning, jelq, warm down, kegals. Then warm up at night, stretch, warm down then kegals? I am about 6.25-6.5 erect (not bone pressed) and would love to be 8 or as close as possible by next June. That gives me about 8 months. If i keep with this newbie program for 8 months will it show me those kinds of gains going 7 days a week? Any advice or insight is much appreciated. Thanks!
