So here is an update i haven't measured for a couple months but did yesterday starting size was 7.25"x 6" after the first week i was up to 7.75x6.25. i have only been doing the stretching and only behind the cheeks (legs) and out to the sides. nothing much more. so here are the numbers length is now at just over 8" (8 1/8") but girth (since i have not been doing any girth routines has went down to just under 6" but not much under what i started at. so i think i will try a couple more months adding some more stretching and then start for girth. and i think i am going to change my goals to 9X7 and see how i do i will give myself a year and then readjust my goals as needed. all i can say is thank you guys for all the help and info. i will be here for sometime learning and letting everyone know how i do.

Ive been doing the routine for more than a month now, and ive been wondering if i can just keep doing the routine for another few months, and still expect results. or do i need to do another routine. And Where can i get them?
 
I have a question about moving from the fisrt two weeks of the newbie routine to the 3rd+ weeks:

Do you think it would matter if I broke my jelqing into 300 in the morning and 300 when I get home from work, or should I do them all in one sitting per day? This coming Sunday will be my third week.
 
I fit em all into one session. I just watch tv or something..time goes by faster.

I don't necessarily count, I just do them for X amount of minutes...
 
a lot of members break up their routine...i say get it in when you can get it in...i do my stretching in the morning and girth at night...i don't see why if can't split the girth routine either

Thank you both for your replies. I suppose if I have the time in the morning I'll do all my jelqing then, if not, I'll get half in at night.
 
I was browsing the internet last week when I came across this forum. I browsed around for a while and found this routine. It really struck me as a routine that would work, and could work well. I have just ended my third session, and I can already tell that this is going great! I just wanted to add my two cents and say that this is a very good beginners routine! Thanks DLD!
 
is it normal to have red spots on the side of my testicles from streching? They usually appear the next morning but only a couple of times and itch a little then disseaper after a couple of hours.

Hey everybody. OK,I just started the newbie routine and I have a heating pad ,but I was wondering(since it comes with a cover around the actual pad)how exactly am I supposed to wrap the penis ...inside the cover(which is over the heating pad) or outside the cover?Just confused here.Thank you.

as I'm not constant on exercises, I decided to buy today a Vimax Extender to make lazy extensions.
At least that part will be done! ;)

Do you suggest some execrices before/after using the Vimax? (jelq, kegel,...)

Also, I have probs with jelq: still now, I get fully erected after 5-10jelqs; it looks really impossible for me to make even 300... 100 is ok, and it takes already 40mins!

Better to do Kegels in erection or flaccid?

2 questions. how long should each jelq/stroke take from base to gland? Will the opposite grip (palm up) produce the same results?

I had a circumcision last month. Let's just say I had a lot more foreskin overhang than average.

I want to start a mild Penis Enlargement regimen similar to the newbie routine, hoping to gain an inch. About cementing... I should just keep doing Penis Enlargement for a few more months after I've reached my goal, right? Or is there anything special I need to do to keep my gains without having to stroke my dick daily for the rest of my life?
