jusjus a little tip i learned since im a athlete i treat pe like im competing. think if u were training if u dont bust ur ass in the weight room and at practice u wont peform well. well if u dont bust ur ass pe'ing and get your proper rest ur body wont recovery and cells wont heal. (thats at least what i was told) so get a game plan stick to it, split ur sessions up do stretching when u wake up and kegel every chance u get then at night b4 bed do some hard core girth (jelqing and width work) then do some hot wrap and testicle massage then go to bed and start over. i would say if u need to rest do it for a week after 3months or so so ur body doesnt plateau just my advice that is working for me. but remember no to ppl are the same so be patient

I have a question about the stretches i feel that I'm only stretching skin and not the ligaments. How can I correct this problem?
 
make sure your are not gripping the skin when you take your grip behind the head/glans. Pull your foreskin back, grip below the glans, and use the head as a point of resistance. you don't want your hand to go beyond this point.
 
Hey i have used this routine for some while now but im starting to see a bent to the left from the middle of my penis and up. Anyone here there knows a excerice to ''making it straigt''?
 
I can't understand how shud "behind the cheeks" be, what he means? like stretch backwards the most u can ?? which wud be followed by "upward" stretching ?

I wanted to kick a little knowledge with everyone. So i run track at the college i attend and i have a tendency to cramp up or pull muscles and i never gave it any thought i just thought i was prone to injury. Anyway an old coach of mind told me it could possible be due to the ammount of creatine and NO2 supplements i consume and not enough water in my system. He said drink close to a gallon a day on top of what ever u eat and drink normally. Well anyway long story short i've been noticeing a change in my Penis Enlargement.

I noticed since i started chugging that much water a day that my penis feels fuller when erect while i do my jelqs. So i got a little curious to see if increase in water consumption increases blood circulation throught out the body and did some research. I found the supplements i use for lifting and sprinting also increase blood flow through out the bbody. On different website i read reviews that costomers noticed harder erections after taking NO2. Along with that i found that water does increase blood circulation. So fancy that i was taking creatine and NO2 to get stronger and faster, in result with conjunction with Penis Enlargement my penis is getting stronger too. I was curious has anyone else noticed or tried to consume more water to aid in Penis Enlargement gains? What were some thought?

Anyway i did not complete the 3rd set and just went on to do jelqs, i did about 300... 2 second jelqs at a lower erection, my penis feels ok now when I twitch it... maybe i was pulling and gripping to hard..? what do you think DLD or the other Vets..? I will have completed my first month on the monday coming. When I stretch I pull hard but not crazy hard like if i'm trying to rip it out..!!! I stretch thinking yeah it feels like a good deep stretch but if i wanted I could put a hell of a lot more pressure on it.! I would say out of 1 to 10 of stretching force [ 10 being the pure pain danger zone ] I stretch about 7 more or less. is the '7' to much guys..? what do you think..? how hard were you guys stretching coming up to your first month..?
 
Yeah, that sounds like your grip caused the blister. Try to make sure you get all the blood out of your penis before stretching and be sure you do not have a fold in the skin...these are usually the causes of blisters.

If when you grip there is a fold in the skin or excess of blood in penis you could get a blister. Just be sure you are flaccid and that when you grip there is no fold or wrinkles in the skin under your grip.

EXERCISES EXPLAINED

Warm-Up/Down
A very important part of your program will be the Warm-up and Warm-Down. During this process you will be preparing your penis for exercise. It is important to warm up in order to loosen the ligaments and increase good blood flow. There are many different ways to accomplish this here are a few:

Heating Pad: A conventional heating pad works very well for warm-up. You can pick one up for under $14.00 and they create the perfect heating supply for warm-up. Wrap your penis in the heating pad, plug it in, set a comfortable temperature and relax for 10-15 minutes.

Hot Wrap: A hot wrap is a quicker, less expensive way to warm-up. With a standard washcloth fill you sink or tub with hot water. Soak washcloth until hot and wrap penis. Re-soak rag as it cools. This process should be done for about 5 minutes.

Oil rub Warm-up: With some basic baby oil heat in hot water or microwave very quickly (making sure it is not burning hot) when desired heat is reached work this oil into your penis in a deep massage. This massage should last 5 minutes.

Hot Tub, Shower or Bath: A warm-up can also be done in one of the previously mentioned places. If time allows a nice 10 minute soak really loosens things up and prepares you for exercise.

Basic Stretching
After your warm-up in a seated position prepare yourself for your stretching routine. With an ample supply of Baby powder on you hands grip your penis just below the head. Go easy at first and over your first week, as you become comfortable, increase the stretching strength to 100%.

Basic Jelqing
With desired lubricant (I highly recommend Vaseline) cover hands and penis completely. At this point you will want to have about an 80% erection (semi-soft) Now in a seated position with your palm down grip your penis with the standard OK sign grip. Gripping your penis at the extreme base and a tight grip, force the blood from the very base up to right below the head in a sliding motion. When your first hand reaches the bottom of your head the second hand begins the same movement. This is a strange movement at first but over a few sessions it will become second nature. With each passing day increase the intensity ever so slightly. The goal of basic jelqing is too enlarge girth, add length and improve general penile health.

PC Muscle Fitness/Kegels
This is an important part of your workout.
This routine can be done anywhere. The benefits of doing these are a huge part of your growth process. A mature, developed PC muscle will be paramount to future gains and penile health.

What is a kegel?
A kegel is the name of a pelvic floor exercise, named after Dr. Kegel who discovered the exercise. These muscles are attached to the pelvic bone and act like a hammock, holding in your pelvic organs. To feel this muscle movement simply stop and start the flow of urine. This isolation of the PC muscle is a kegel.

Why would I want to do kegel exercises?

• Stronger Erections
• Longer Erections due to blood hold capacity
• Larger head size
• Further ejaculatory Distance
• Sexual enjoyment is enhanced for both partners
• It can prevent prolapsed of pelvic organs
• It can help prevent leaking urine when you sneeze or cough

Testicle Health
Testicle Health Stretch will help your penis to hang lower in flaccid state. It will also increase blood flow to your testicles and aid in sperm count. This routine should take no longer than 5 minutes but the benefits are many.

With favorite lotion grab your scrotum just above your testicles. Now in a rubbing motion massage each testy for 30 seconds rubbing between your fingers in a gentle but firm movement. Now massage all the fluid around your testicles for 60 seconds. At this point your scrotum should be very relaxed. Finally lightly stretch your scrotum downward while the other hand pulls your penis upward. Do 60 of these. This is a very quick routine but the benefits are great. This will also aid you in any kind of early warning signs of testicular problems.

REST DAYS
I have always trained 7 days on no days off. I think this type of schedule promotes a more habitual program. For me days off can quickly turn into weeks off so it is better for me to be a daily trainer. I also believe that the penis only needs 24 hours of recovery before it is trained again. Some guys either do not have the time for this or it may be too difficult at first. In this case I recommend deducting one day at a time until the perfect routine is created. i.e. 6 on 1 off, 5 on 2 off.

I don't know why people have such a hard time understanding this. Each angle (ie: straight up left 9 stretches of 30 second) so 3 sets for each angle.
 
ok so i have just started looking at this forum and the penis enlargement program. First of all i have taken measurements which are listed below:

flaccid length: 2 inches
bone pressed flaccid stretch: 5.3 inches
flaccid circumference: 2.5 inches

bone pressed erect length: 4.8 inches
non bone pressed erect length: 3.8 inches
erect circumference: 4.1 inches

ok so im not sure wat sort of targets i should set myself?? i want to reach a final erect length of around 7 inches or more. I know i need to set myself short term goals though and im not to sure how i should go about setting short term goals.

Also, how often should i take measurements during the program and generally how long will it take to notice the first gains??

The daily exercise routine for newbies above seems to be very long. how long does it generally take u guys to complete it???

Also one last thing. Im not sure about how many times to do each stretch exercise. It says 3 sets of each stretch. does that mean you do each stretch 3 times and each stretch you hold for 30 seconds. also between stretches how much time should u wait i guess about 30 seconds to 1 minute shud be ok???

and for the cranks, so if u do 3 sets does that mean a total of 75 cranks????

for the stretches, is it advisable to do all of the reps for each direction in one go (ie: 3 full sets of BTC followed by 3 full sets of Straight Down, etc) or is it better to do one set after another of each direction but three times? was just curious about this.
 
First off I just want to say thank you very much for this excellent routine! Yesterday was my first day using it (or any enlargement routine for that matter), and my penis seemed stronger and fuller today. But I would like to ask where masturbation can fit in (if at all) to this routine. I would like to strive to do this routine 7/7 days, but I still would like to be able to masturbate. Thank you for your advice/input.

I am happy you have found this incredible routine. As long as you get your girth work in you are free to masturbate.

Would it be okay to do jelqs and kegels as a set, and at a later time do the stretches? I find it hard to stretch without becoming aroused, so I just use that arousal to maintain a partial erection during jelqs. After a warm down though, it is much easier to do the stretches. Will switching the order like this affect my results in any way?

That is actually a better way to approach it. Length and Girth should be done in separate sessions to get the most out of the routine.
 
Sorry if this has been asked before but it says just below the routine to be seated while doing the stretches... I can't imagine doing behind the checks and or getting a very good down stretch while seated, is it really recommended to just do these while seated over standing up?.

Do the BTC standing. You can do all stretches standing but I prefer doing them all (except BTC) sitting.
 
Hi all, this is my first post. I've been lurking and reading for a while now. I'm goint to be starting a stretching routine tonight, in the next few weeks I also plan on incorporating an [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] with it as well as I believe this can only help. So I hope I'm not beating a dead horse here but I have a question or two. Doing these stretches, jelquing, and such, is this going to take any sensitivity away? And if so is there a way I can counteract that? I'm just a hair under 7" nbel now, I would like to reach 8-8.5" nbel which from the reading I've done seems more than obtainable with these couple methods. Ill be taking a couple before pics and measurements with my blackberry and a tape measure tonight so I can track my results well. Sorry bout the looonnnggg ass post. You should join the members site to watch videos. Stretching should be done flaccid, grip is done using OK grip below the glans, straight up is straight up, down is down, etc.

I need more specifics to answer this question. What routine are you using, how long are you training, what are your stats now, what were they when you started?
 
Hey DLD, I have clamped for a long time. Now I realize my penis isn't as conditioned as I thought. For some reason when I do basic stretches 7 out of 10 times my penis becomes pencil thin after stretching after 10-15 min. The other 3 I'm good with stretching. Some goes for Jelqing with the 7 out of 10 times. I fell I need to tune down my erect work cause EQ is lacking. But If I'm having a hard time doing the basics, I'm confused with what can be my next step in making a Penis Enlargement routine?

Also what can I change to prevent that pencil dick effect?
