  • Kegels need to become your best friend. Your unit is a sponge and most dont see the real potential they can get up to from weak PC. Each morning I do kegels 30-60 minutes while watching sportscenter or Mike and Mike. I stretch sometimes with the kegels but I dont train for length that often, thats all I do for length gains.

    Girth, I do Pumping, SSJ, ULIS, and clamping every once and awhile. Pumping helps with cementing, rock hardness. SSJ is intense pressure which results in expasion. Ulis mat be the best girth exercise from the intense squeeze.

    Kegels are the only way your member will reach full potential, Trust me when I say this.
    Basic Stretch & Weighted V-Stretch are the only exercises I have tried for length.

    My length has increase with them two but flaccid size hasn't change, I can't answer that question.

    What if i start out by doing the newbie routine?? I did that for over a month but without any results :S How do i do the stretches? I'm totally desperate mate, so i really appreciate your help a lot :)
    Your penis is anchored by your ligs. All stretches hit the ligs. Certain stretches(Bluewhale Stretches) seem to focus in more on them though.

    Girth exercises, I do Clamped ballooning and Ulis.

    I do a lot kegels and I don't count them, I just go long enough until I fell it was a good session. PE only involves the tissues but you have to be able to supply it the blood to fill up all the way.

    Being addicted to PE will drive you crazy. I truly don't ever think about PE anymore unless I'm on here helping someone. Gains come slowly, I don't even measure that much nowadays. PE is a hobby, keep that in mind.
    Skillz I started out with a length of 5" 6/16. Now Im closing in on 7 inches. My girth was very skinny in the low 4 range and now I closing in on 5. But Now I have a better understanding of what Im doing and have learned from my time of doing too much, too extreme,etc.

    I have high goals so I really havent notice my growth that much over this time. Im far away from my goal size but I gain plenty of knowledge about PE and I know what works for me and what doesnt.

    Man you got all those tools I have never used before. Look around the forum for workouts.

    Before I help you, I need you to answer something.

    Have you ever done any PE in the past?

    If no, Just start with the basic hand stretches.

    If yes, I will provide you with a few advance exercises.
    I realized I grown like after errhh 1 month pherhaps or so. I sticked with the newbie routine and what suited me for like 6 months or so. I got amazing gains by it tbh. Im going back to stretching rly soon again.
    I stopped using the Bathmate since it destroyed my skin, that is what im trying to heal atm. I need help so I will try make a thread now. My confidence is so low now..this problem brought me down mentally so badly.
    whenever you feel pain should stop emediatley. You really dont wanna dmg your penis m8. Sorry for not answering until now. I myself are having a break and cutting down on my PE. Got some skin to heal etc so Im counting with at least 2-3 more weeks of rest from PE.

    Have you seen my sticky thread in the routine section? it's one of those sticky one's on the top, check it out and you got my whole program there. When I stretched I used to get red dots on my penis head and some wounds on the skin. I had a girlfriend at the time and she really disliked those kind of things. But I was lucky cuz such things healed with the time in 1 weeks off from PE. It's very very very important that you dont overdo it cuz you will end up in misery if you keep on going and damage your penis.

    I would recommand splitting up your program as I did. Morning and evening stretching. Read my sticky thread in routine section most answers you will find there.
    Hey man, yes it is true, I gained length VERY easy. Just stick to the routine and hold the stretches a long while and you will gain. But I got hard times getting girth. Im trying out clamping now and I hope it works. Behind the cheeks means behind the asscheeks. You know bellow ur ass far up on the leg, stretch there works aswell. But mainly normal stretches out, right, left, up and down are those I gained with. Im a real person from Sweden so...Jag vet vad PE handlar om kan man säga. :) Good luck
