Godaaam! I did this routine this morning. Took me close to 45 minutes to finish.I hope this routines pays off

3 stretches behind cheeks in center, then 3 stretches behind cheeks to left etc?

How come on the video clip its just the jelq that you claim gave you 2 inches in 6 months? why the need for a "routine" after that?
 
I dont get the behind cheeks thing. "what's behind the cheeks" any pics? Also jelqing as in milking right? from base to head. i dont know what you mean by 2 seconds though.
 
Hi, Im uncut and when doing the "Basic Stretching" do I pull the head or the head with the foreskin when doing the streching? because Im not sure if I am doing it correctly. Im not sure if this relates to this, but how do you make a post?
 
I'm a rookie to "penis bodybuilding" as I like to call it haha. I have spent the last five weeks researching this topic and started this routine three days ago. It seems pretty straight forward but takes a while. I think after a while it should be second nature.
It's great to see this website is like a close community which is cool. I hope to learn off the veterans in the following months/years.
DLD you are a legend and I totally appreciate the effort you have put into this activity. I don't have a credit card so unfortunately I can't sign up fully yet, but will try and get one soon.
 
My current stats are 5.5in full erect and 5in girth/circ

My short-term goal is to hit the 7in mark (length) in the next 12 months and long-term (over a year) I want to hit 8 inches.

Veterans, do you think this is possible if I train religiously 6 days per week?
 
Just wondering how long did it take to get the 2 inches? I just tried this routine and it feels much better. Any other suggestions? All are welcome!

and for the how long questions...it's for anyone to tell you how long it will take to get two inches or one inch...i tell people like this if you really are looking for adding a couple of inches be prepared to put in a couple of years...if it happens before then like for some members here then that's great but prepare your mind for a long haul so you won't lose motivation if you don't see the gains coming as fast as you want them to. and it depends on how dedicated you are as well...you put in a couple of extra hrs during the day or throughout a week and you will get there quicker...good luck to all the new guys and welcome to the board
 
do your hands get tired from do these exercises, I tried jelqing couldnt have sworn it was getting bigger but my hands fatique fast am I squezzing to hard, not happy with my size, need help!

Completely new to this Penis Enlargement thing but am going to try it out for a few months and hope it works. I was looking at ur stretching exercises and don't understand them completely. Can somebody elaberate on them a little bit? Like the behind the cheek ones?
 
I'm no newbie but i haven't done that much stretching, mostly just jelqing and clamping.
I understand that ppl generally consider DLD blasters to be the ultimate length exercise. If DLD blasters are the best length exercise surely everyone should just do those and not bother with the newbie stretches? or are blasters "hardcore" exercises meant for people who have, um, outgrown the newbie stretches?

DLD, you said you stay at 90-100% erect during jelq sessions. during my sessions, i usually have a hard time keeping it at a more erect state, i tend to slip towards a more flaccid state. i want to make my length and girth gains as fast and as effective as possible, so should i stop during a session to get myself back to 80-90%? is it bad to stop reps during a session, or am i just not gripping my jelqs hard enough to keep the blood in the chambers of the penis?

It's painful because I am uncircumsised.

Not just this thread where people are gaining, but on the entire forum. It would be an incredibly time consuming con wouldn't you think?;)

In 4 months a have had slight gains, but gains nonetheless. I think my best improvement has been overall penis strength and health which, I think is best observed through the overall state of my flaccid package; greater ball hand and flaccid hang.

I also have this issue, but i don't think it's because of a lack of jelq strength. I take a firm grip at the base, and with the jelq lube (vaseline in my case) gently masturbate the glans whilst kegling which seems to bring me back for about another 50 reps. Don't know if this is a good thing, but it seems alright?? DLD?
 
thank u DLD for ur fantastic support , u r a true rockstar , i just have a question , as u mentioned above , 3 sets of following streching for eg. 30 seconds behind d cheeks, so does streching for 30seconds makes one set and do i have to repeat it 2 times again to compleate my 3 sets, kindly help.
 
I have a question.

I warm up before the stretching part, then again before the jelqing part. Then the obvious warm down at the end.

Is the re-warm up necessary before the jelqing or not? I'll probably continue to do that anyway, but just wanted an opinion.

I would say its necessary yes especially when your new like yourself but when you get more advanced into this and being doing it years many tend to than skip warm-ups, me included but dont pick up dirty habits and stick to your warm ups and down because they do allot of good.
 
Hi DLD, Is it ok to stretch more then once a day? And how many times a day do you stretch? The thing is I have been doing Penis Enlargement for 3 days and I can pull as hard as I want during the stretching and I don't feel any pain or anything. I just figured cause it doesn't bother me I could get away with stretching 2 times or even 3 times a day!
 
Hey I'm a newbie who is has been doing this routine for about a week. I'm looking to record fast gains as soon as possible. What are your guys' opinion on doing the exercise outlined by DLD twice daily? Is there risk for any injury due to overexercising?

Furthermore I have notice that when you are doing the stretching exercise you are holding around the base of your penis with the other hand, is this on purpose or is it just a habit?

I feel the upward jelq gives me more pressure so I like it upward. I would say do what I did because I have made the best gains but this is not true for everyone. Start as it is written and make adjustments as you go. I feel holding the base allows for a stronger stretch. While I am holding the base I am pushing against my pubic bone so as to expose any internal penis at the base.

This week, I'm starting 'The Ultimate Penis Enlargement exercise' stretches. I've done 10 sets of 1 minute today. I'll increase the numbers of sets progressively.

Hey DLD i'm new and fully committed to this routine as of next Monday. How long did this routine take to get your 2 inch gain? Cus 2 inches is all i really want to be honest I din't think i wan to go over 9 inches.

If i have a rough indication of how long it took you then i'm going to nail this routine !
 
So DLD if you're doing Phase 1 PC muscle exercises, do you RK or Kegel? I tried Kegeling and it's hard to keep a Kegel for 5 seconds. Then when I RK'd I had trouble breathing and doing it at the same time. I could RK for 60 seconds but then my unit turtled.
And as you can see, I have gone back to Phase 1. I'm gonna try to gain another inch and go slow, instead of motoring through like I did before at Thunders. That way only gained me about one inch.
So in a way I'm new but I'm wise. :) And I've learned my lessons well.

In basic PC exercise you do not do a revere kegel, only the kegel. If you can only hold for 5 seconds do that until you can get to 6 and so on. This will let you actively see the new strength as your PC gets stronger.
 
Oh OK DLD thanks for the advice. LOL I about died trying to do an RK for that long. I felt pretty dumb once I realized it. Guess that's why I'm over here now and got the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/mosdvd.htm]DVD[/words].
BTW to all you newbies, this routine is the SAFEST I have come across, bar none. Not only does it give you gains, but it does it in a healthy manner. And for God sakes, take your time! This is a marathon not a race!!
 
need some help with this
so i think im doing it wrong for the past three days
do i pull from the bottom of the base of the head or from the base of your shaft; in the direction u want to go, cause i think im doing it wrong, i also wanted to know how to do a reverse kegel, i am very new to this btw it would be a great help guys and DLD :)
ps: how do u do a kegel also :x
