DLD, ive been doing this routine and wanted to know a couple of things,

1) i love jelqing, is it ok if i increase the time from 20 minutes or 600 2 sec jelqs everyday to 30 minutes?
2) in case i do increase the time would you advise that i do slower jelqs or the regular 2 sec jelqs? i personally prefer the 2 secs as they give me good girth.

Yes, that would be fine. I trained between 30-60 minutes jelqing back when I was doing it with no issues at all.

Go with what is most comfortable. For me it was fast, hard, deep jelqs about 1 second each. Sometimes I would throw a longer jelq in but mainly just stuck with the 1 second.
 
To my understanding jelqs are best done when you have semi right? Does it give you improvements to your fully erect penis or just when you are flacid? Also what do you think the success rate is? Since im a newbie do you think i should start with these jelqs before trying sizegenetics?

Jelqing is done at semi-erect to erect and gains will be both in flaccid and erect size. Jelqing on its own will bring excellent girth gains but will only deliver small length gains so you will need to include stretching. The SizeGenetics is a great choice as you can stretch all day long, under your clothes allowing for multi-tasking with no one knowing. The success rate is 100%, anyone who practices a good Penis Enlargement routine will gain.
 
Is there any need to do both stretching and jelqing on the same day? I've sat down and worked out how much time i could realistically give to your routine and the best way i can work it in would give me approx 9 jelqing sessions and 9 stretching sessions over each 14 day period, however not always on the same day. For instance i may need to do stretching on a Monday morning and Jelqing on the Tuesday Morning (kegals i can do at work). Is it okay to do things this way?

Another question i have which i dont believe is covered anywhere in this thread is regarding breaks in the exercises. When doing stretching is it advisable to take a break between each of the 30 second stretches or should i just go from one stretch to the next. The same applies to jelqing...what sort of time breaks would you recommend in the 300 jelq routine? how should this workout be split?(i.e 3 sets of 100) or is it suggested to attempt all 300 in one go?

Finally, is it advisable to gradually break myself in to stretching and jelqing exercises in terms of pressure and force used? i'm more interested on what sort of pressure to apply on the jelq to begin with? is it okay to go relatively light with this to begin with or would that be pointless?
 
I am about a week in and although I would not say things down there are painful I would say it is uncomfortable and I am doing a toned down routine from suggested. I am jelqing at about 80% and I softly and I am still getting a lot of spots

I have a question from reading some of the posts of yours DLD and looking on the main page about time it takes to see gains and other info etc. It appears that rapid gains can be achieved in a matter of months but then to get to the 2" of gain it took almost 2 years. I am wondering why there is exponential growth and then such diminishing returns?

Also I am very interested in head growth should I just stick with the newbie routine or can you point me towards another exercise to focus in on that?

Can a newbie add some hanging into this routine right off the bat?

If its possible to supplement this routine with hanging, what sort of times should be used? I feel like overworking your penis is probably a lot worse than underworking it...

Yes, you can supplement this routine with hanging but I have not wrote this into the newbie routine yet, I will try to do this tonight.
 
HEY DLD!! Quick question......

On the phase 1 of the DVD you say that we have to do 2 sets of Basic Streching but here you´re saying to do 3 Sets.

How many should I do? I'm a beginner.

i recently read on another forum that said "a beginner should work up to 100 jelq's" (starting from roughly 30!), and that in his opinion beginners shouldnt do any stretching for a few weeks when starting. I don't want to call anyone out, but i was looking for your input on this.

To me this seems like it might be way too light of a workload to trigger any growth.
 
Nah, that is way to little. Start with 300 jelqs for 2 weeks and then move it up to 600. 30 jelqs or even 100 will do little in the way of gains.

Does that mean 3x12x40s = 18min or do the 3 sets just refer to the 3 directions, i.e. 12x40s = 6min?

Also: When you say you gained two inch with this, what kind of a time frame are we talking about here and do really mean just this routine or do you include the time you spent doing A-stretches and similar intermediate exercises?
 
It's the 18min version, although it'll take a bit longer after you have adjusted grip etc.

DLD took 6 months to gain 2 inches, using phase 1.

It mean 3x12x40s = 18min

I trained with the Newbie Routine as it is written during these first 6 months. I did sometimes do 2 sessions a day, maybe even a few days where I did 3 :) The only other 2 exercises I included during this time was Uncle Jims Strapping Method and Lazy Ass Stretches to help with flaccid size.
 
hey im new to doin penis exercise i looked at a few and this one seems good does this one help length and girth? also is there any other exercises i should add with this one to help out? thank you for reading

Behind The Cheeks to the Left - it's like strething your penis to anus and then you twist it to your left leg?
Behind The Cheeks to the Center - it's like strething your penis to anus?
Behind The Cheeks to the Right - it's like strething you penis to anus and then you twist it to your right leg?

Straight Down to the Left - it's like clock's minutes arrow is showing 25 minutes?
Straight Down to the Right - it's like clock's minutes arrow is showing 35 minutes?

Straight Out to the Left - a simple left?
Straight Out to the Right - a simple right?

Straight Up to the Left - it's like clock's minutes arrow is showing 5 minutes?
Straight Up to the Right - it's like clock's minutes arrow is showing 55 minutes?
