Im pretty sure that ejaculating before stretching doesn't hurt anything, just make sure you've already got your girth work out of the way.
 
hey DLD, I was wondering, is it better to do all 3 sets of stretches at once, or take time between them throughout the day or the workout? doing them back to-back-to back is a little tedious, but if thats what it takes fine, at the same time if i dont have to do them all together, that would be awesome

You should take time off in between sets but a session should be no shorter than 5 minutes and if you are gong only 5 minutes you should do this 4 times throughout the day.

Length:) I used this routine for my first 6 months and gained 2" in length and .5" in girth.
 
I have a question: which would yeild better results: doing two sets of stretches then waiting until later and doing another two, or just doing all the streteches at once?

So DLD, let me make sure I understand this. For the newbie routine you always did the it all at 90-100% erection? I actually have been doing it flaccid. I actually find it hard to keep an erection when doing stretches etc. I'm only 23 but lately I've been having trouble keeping it up. I'm not sure if this is stress or whatever but it's hard for me to keep an erection unless I'm actually doing it, even then if I'm distracted down it goes faster than you can say "damn." Very annoying. Will my gains be hampered in any way because of this?

So I can't find a video on how to do a lot of these basic stretches on the member site... are they called something else? Also, most are self-explanatory anyways, but how do you do behind the cheeks? Do you stand up and pull it back towards your butt? Sorry, but that's the only thing that comes to mind!

Btw, I am still having troubles doing kegels...

Yes, when you are done with the Newbie Routine the next step is Phase 2.

Kegels are the easiest thing to do, what seems to be the issue?
 
OK, so it says to locate them while stopping, and starting the flow of urine.
What am I supposed to feel, exactly?
 
So for the stretches it's
3 x straight
3 x to the right
3 x to the left
3 x to the bottom middle
3 x to the bottom left
3 x to the bottom right
etc?

What you feel when you stop the flow of urine IS the kegel.
