The tingling in the head is due to gripping at the head, nothing to worry on, just start to grip below the head, just under the corona ridge. Soreness at the base of your penis is going to happen and it is a good sign of ligament stretch. Now as you go further down your shaft and grip the stretch goes from being a Ligament stretch to a Expressive stretch. You can learn all about this in SRT
