Hello I want to start this routine pretty soon been using
bathmate on and off for few months. I was wondering the 3 sets of each mean 3 to the left right and straight or just one of each to hit all area's.
I have a problem with always getting full erection after 5 jelqs will my body eventually get used to it? Also is it okay to incorporate
bathmate into this routine as well? like 3 5 minutes sessions after stretching and jelqing.
Where can I find information on phase two? How many months should I train till I can start doing DLD blasters and V stretches? Thanks for the guild!
