Hello I want to start this routine pretty soon been using bathmate on and off for few months. I was wondering the 3 sets of each mean 3 to the left right and straight or just one of each to hit all area's.

I have a problem with always getting full erection after 5 jelqs will my body eventually get used to it? Also is it okay to incorporate bathmate into this routine as well? like 3 5 minutes sessions after stretching and jelqing.

Where can I find information on phase two? How many months should I train till I can start doing DLD blasters and V stretches? Thanks for the guild!

You can easily work the BathMate into your jelqing session by breaking the session into 3 sets of 5 minutes of BathMate pumping followed by 5 minutes of jelqing. You will want to be as erect as you can get but most of us subside to about an 80% erection during the exercises. You can stick with this routine until you hit a plateau and from there you can start Phase 2. Phase 2 is available by becoming a member of the main site HERE.
 
I really want to try 7 days on no days off. Some of my problems are how do I know when something is going wrong with PE? I'm doing newbie routine of 20 min stretching fallowed by 150 jelq 5 min bathmate x2. After routine I dont feel pain but have the wierd feeling on my dick like alien feeling you described. Think I should seperate my routines and do stretching routine wear ace bandage then like 5 hours later do girth routine with cock ring? I just want maximize gains as fast as I can.

When I was doing stretching routine today though I noticed the head had slight pain when fully stretched but it wasnt that painful just small tingle.

The only limit to training would be soreness and how much of this you can safely handle. For me I really had no limits in training, I would do as much as I could everyday to make the gains as quick as possible. Some days I would have some soreness but I always worked through that, I saw it as fatigue and took advantage of it to make further gains. 7 days on is what I have always practiced, I never wanted a day to go by that I did not get in some work. I think I was always worried that I would miss a gain and this inspired me to train daily.
 
I have read every page of this thread over the course of a couple of evenings and it has been very encouraging to see so many posts and so many questions answered. I'm on day 3 of the routine, the stretching is cool but I have to find a way to get a better stretch without tightening my grip to the point that my cock turns purple and aches. It takes me around 40 minutes to do the stretching sequence. I do it in the morning, and jelq in the evening.

The jelqing part is the problem. My flaccid penis is pretty small and I have very little shaft to work with. Fortunately I have something to work with when I get to that 80% erection, but due to how skinny my penis is, it is still difficult. I really hope jelqing adds girth. So far I have a lot of tenderness but improved erections (yeah, already!) But I shall persevere and see where I am after 12 weeks or so.
 
Also, I'm a little worried about damaging the little dude by jelqing. Specifically, long term jelqing possibly damaging my ability to get fully hard. Can this happen, and how best to avoid it? If it did happen, is it reversible simply by rest?

It is ok to jelq at 100% erection, as a matter of fact it is the smartest way to gain girth. Try to imagine that if you train at 80% erect and get 20% expansion, where would you be? At 100% of your size. This is not really promoting gains in the way of if you trained at 100% and got the same 20% of expansion, now you will be at 120% size, giving you 20% expansion above normal. Training this way will bring the fastest results and with each day you will have more and more to work with. After 12 weeks you will have good news to report as long as you remain consistent. The jelqing I can do at night, but the stretching I could get through more easily by doing shorter sets at bathroom breaks throughout the day, like 5 minute sets of stretching, ie the the downs at one trip, the outs at another, the ups at another, and then repeat throughout the day until the routine is completed. But if it would be in any way detrimental to gains, then I would just try find the time to do it in one sitting. The only problem with breaking it down to small bursts of activity on bathroom breaks is of course how to include the warm-ups, because I imagine they are vital for safety and highly beneficial for growth.
 
maybe i should try this routine again i tried it for a while but dont what happened didnt see gains hehe something went wrong in my body hahaha

hey dld, so I bought a membership on your pay site and noticed that the phase one part doesn't do the behind the cheek stretches. Should I follow phase one? I also am about to finish jp90 routine from pegyms site. I guess my question is, should I do phase one or skip it seeing that I have almost finished the jp90 routine.

Include the Behind the Cheeks stretches in the Phase 1 routine. Just include the same set as you would with any other stretch. Behind the Cheeks will be written into the updated site.
 
Ok thank you when does that site update? And just do phase one correct? Don't do both jp90 and phase one?

The site updates will happen as soon as we get the video server back up, maybe this week. I would stick to one routine and gain what you can with it before you switch to something else. It is hard rot tell what works unless you give it a long enough trial.
