I am the Guy that had that real hard lig pop on phase ONE- 3 days ago. aug 21
--, I was sore for 3 days actually stopped pe until i felt safe to stretch and work out - I feel much better now
My question -- THE DLD gain 1 inch in 12 weeks, routine- do you recomend a new Phase 1 member to start on that routine,? or should I keep up the Phase 1 workouts until I am gaining? and have all the stretching down right I am also using the
POWER ASSIST AT NIGHT WHILE IM IN BED
also what do you think of the Phapllosan? can I use it as a
ads? ?
