How long does it take to get your hands strong enough to last through 600 jelqs? I have been at this for 2 months now and my pointer finger and thumb start to burn after 200 or so jelqs forcing me to to a lot of breaks.

I have also made the Capn's wench (love it btw) thing to help save my hands when stretching - and they still quickly get tired.
 
Is there anywhere or any thread where people have reported what gains that they have had from this routine? I thought about creating a thread but this forum seems rather quiet so I'd be lucky to get 2 replies.
 
Any tips on how to gain girth first? I am currently 5.1" EG and I want to at least get to 5.6" EG before starting with my length process

Do 600 jelqs a night for a week, increasing the strength of the grip each time (do the jelqs at 60-70% erection), then bump that up to 800, adding 10 jelqs per night until your reach 1000 jelqs a night, increasing the strength of the grip each time, and by the time you are on your third week you will be wanting to have 90-100% erection level at least 5 of 7 nights a week.
Then buy a Bathmate X-40 and incorporate pumping into this jelq program. (a suggestion is start with 400 jelqs, pump for 5 minutes, another 400 jelqs, pump for 5 minutes then tie off/clamp off your balls + cock and do kegels. The intensity of how hard you are pumping gradually increases to full over a two week period I'd say as well.) Add time on to how long you are pumped each night (I suggest 30 seconds) and add jelq reps.
Then after you have plateaued with this routine, looking into more advanced girth manual exercises and start pumping like crazy (long periods of time and multiple times).
Then check out Redzulu's girht work posts and incorporate clamping into your routine.
I bet you'll get a fat cock if you do this.
The frustrating part is you will have a crazy gains after a pump session (for as long as you are tied off) but then it will shrink back down by the time you are at the end of the day and ready to do another round of exercise. I imagine these inflated gains will stay.
For some inspiration, I have been Penis Enlargementing for 6 months. My starting girth was 5.4" erect. I am now a millimeter away from 6" erect girth. Most of my girth gains came in the past 2 months after getting the Bathmate. The largest I have measured is 6.75" erect girth with a middle of the night erection while tied off after a workout.
Worst case scenario, you'll have to do a 30 minute pumping + manual Penis Enlargement session before sex to have a .75" girth increase. Then if you stick to it, I read that eventually it'll become permanent.

It's my two week anniversary with the newbie routine, woohoo. Perhaps my mind is playing tricks on me, but I think I've made some really small gains. I'm interested to see what happens during these next two weeks seeing as how I'm bumping up to 600 jelqs per day. 'Tis gonna be a good time.

Ya, you get the best expansion by jelqing at your hardest. Just go light for the first few weeks, gradually building up force. I said go at 60-70% just to start off and get into it. You might find that by the latter end of your session you lose erection quality, you can still jelq at lower erection quality. switch it up and see what works

I been using the Bathmate for a week now and can already see the gains...i start with stretching and then Bathmate for 10 mins together with kegels....then again a set of stretching and Bathmate and finally warm down...i have the power jelq device too and im wondering if this will be good combination with the Bathmate...

what sort of routine shall i follow? at the moment i can get up to 150 in the Bathmate...my target is to get 200...your advice is much appreciated...thanks...

My favorite routine for newer guys is DLD Bathmate for Beginners. This is a great routine to increase expansion and reduce retention and other irritations.
 
DLD,

I noticed you said you gained 2 inches in 6 months doing this Newbie Routine. Phase 1 on the MOS website is slightly different as far as the stretching for length gains goes. I was just wondering what routine exactly gave you those 2 inches in gains, the one listed above or Phase 1 from the MOS website? Also, you received 2 inches in length gains, or 1 in length and 1 in girth, or? Thanks for all the help and support man!

Behind the Cheeks is where you grab your penis from between your legs and stretch it back and up your backside. This can be done to the left, the right and the center.
