will it hurt when you stretch the hell out of it? it seems like it will hurt.

I would not use the palm up grip. I think it puts too much pressure on the glans. I use it a handful of times in my jelqing because the pressure on my glands hardens me up a little when I start to soften but it's only about 10-15 out of 300+ reps.

for example do i grab from behind the head and pull up and to the center wit one hand or do i have to place my hand somewhere else
 
haven't done Penis Enlargement for a few years now so i consider myself a newbie again and will be trying this routine out.
 
how does 5 on 2 off sound for this, i'm gonna aim to do that religously for at least 3 months, so 5 on 2 off anyone else done it that way?

I would do stretching every day and jelqing 5 on 2 off.
 
It takes a hell long time to complete stretching part of this routine, at least 45 minutes for me.

Godaaam! I did this routine this morning. Took me close to 45 minutes to finish.I hope this routines pays off
 
Hi DLD, great site you've got... when you say 3 sets of each stretch do you mean...

3 stretches behind cheeks in center, then 3 stretches behind cheeks to left etc?

How come on the video clip its just the jelq that you claim gave you 2 inches in 6 months? why the need for a "routine" after that?

I dont get the behind cheeks thing. "what's behind the cheeks" any pics? Also jelqing as in milking right? from base to head. i dont know what you mean by 2 seconds though.
 
Hi, Im uncut and when doing the "Basic Stretching" do I pull the head or the head with the foreskin when doing the streching? because Im not sure if I am doing it correctly. Im not sure if this relates to this, but how do you make a post?
