I would go for as long as you are making gains. 2 times a day. Sometimes even more but generally twice.

I started doing your PE routine a few years ago, performing it once per day for approx. 5 times per week (often missed the weekends due to 'family stuff'). But I never really saw the gains I was hoping for, or saw anywhere near the gains of others on this forum. You mentioned that you gained 2" using this routine, but I barely gained 3/4" in all the time I was following this routine (approx. 2 years).

Frustrated with my lack of results, I sort of 'gave up' on the notion of having a larger penis, but now, I'd like to try again.

I've been reading through the literature on this site, and watching the videos, to make sure I have been doing the exercises correctly, which I believe I have been doing. So, do you have any advice for me, before I start again, with regard to fulfilling my desire to have a bigger penis, thanks.

Bundled Stretching, why?
5 minutes of Bundled Stretching before your length or girth routine will pre-stretch the Tunica allowing for greater length and girth gains. This is a vital part of every routine from the Newbie to the most advanced. DO NOT SKIP THIS!

Warm-Up/Down
A very important part of your program will be the Warm-up and Warm-Down. During this process you will be preparing your penis for exercise. It is important to warm up in order to loosen the ligaments and increase good blood flow. There are many different ways to accomplish this here are a few:

Heating Pad: A conventional heating pad works very well for warm-up. You can pick one up for under $14.00 and they create the perfect heating supply for warm-up. Wrap your penis in the heating pad, plug it in, set a comfortable temperature and relax for 10-15 minutes.

Hot Wrap: A hot wrap is a quicker, less expensive way to warm-up. With a standard washcloth fill you sink or tub with hot water. Soak washcloth until hot and wrap penis. Re-soak rag as it cools. This process should be done for about 5 minutes.

Oil rub Warm-up: With some basic baby oil heat in hot water or microwave very quickly (making sure it is not burning hot) when desired heat is reached work this oil into your penis in a deep massage. This massage should last 5 minutes.

Hot Tub, Shower or Bath: A warm-up can also be done in one of the previously mentioned places. If time allows a nice 10 minute soak really loosens things up and prepares you for exercise.

Basic Stretching
After your warm-up in a seated position prepare yourself for your stretching routine. With an ample supply of Baby powder on you hands grip your penis just below the head. Go easy at first and over your first week, as you become comfortable, increase the stretching strength to 100%.

Basic Jelqing
With desired lubricant (I highly recommend Vaseline) cover hands and penis completely. At this point you will want to have about an 80% erection (semi-soft) Now in a seated position with your palm down grip your penis with the standard OK [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]sign[/words] grip. Gripping your penis at the extreme base and a tight grip, force the blood from the very base up to right below the head in a sliding motion. When your first hand reaches the bottom of your head the second hand begins the same movement. This is a strange movement at first but over a few sessions it will become second nature. With each passing day increase the intensity ever so slightly. The goal of basic jelqing is too enlarge girth, add length and improve general penile health.

What is a kegel?
A kegel is the name of a pelvic floor exercise, named after Dr. Kegel who discovered the exercise. These muscles are attached to the pelvic bone and act like a hammock, holding in your pelvic organs. To feel this muscle movement simply stop and start the flow of urine. This isolation of the PC muscle is a kegel.

Why would I want to do kegel exercises?

• Stronger Erections
• Longer Erections due to blood hold capacity
• Larger head size
• Further ejaculatory Distance
• Sexual enjoyment is enhanced for both partners
• It can prevent prolapsed of pelvic organs
• It can help prevent leaking urine when you sneeze or cough

Testicle Health
Testicle Health Stretch will help your penis to hang lower in flaccid state. It will also increase blood flow to your testicles and aid in sperm count. This routine should take no longer than 5 minutes but the benefits are many.

With favorite lotion grab your scrotum just above your testicles. Now in a rubbing motion massage each testy for 30 seconds rubbing between your fingers in a gentle but firm movement. Now massage all the fluid around your testicles for 60 seconds. At this point your scrotum should be very relaxed. Finally lightly stretch your scrotum downward while the other hand pulls your penis upward. Do 60 of these. This is a very quick routine but the benefits are great. This will also aid you in any kind of early warning signs of testicular problems.

REST DAYS
I have always trained 7 days on no days off. I think this type of schedule promotes a more habitual program. For me days off can quickly turn into weeks off so it is better for me to be a daily trainer. I also believe that the penis only needs 24 hours of recovery before it is trained again. Some guys either do not have the time for this or it may be too difficult at first. In this case I recommend deducting one day at a time until the perfect routine is created. i.e. 6 on 1 off, 5 on 2 off.

Hey dld i need your expert advise on my modified routine of yours.
Warmup: Infrared light 250w for about 5 minutes, then bundle stretch for 4 minutes
Stretches: I do one set of the stretches in the routine but i do them for 45 seconds each, this takes me 30 minutes alone so i feel like 3 sets of 30 is just too much (thoughts?)
jelq: 600 jelqs while in front of infrared bulb.
warmdown: Infrared light 250w for about 5 minutes.
Kegels: 100 quick Kegel squeezes, 50 reps of 5 second kegels.

What would you add to this routine? Ive been doing this routine for about a month and ive noticed really nice flaccid gains in length and girth, my erect gains have not been as good as my flaccid gains however, is there something i could do to fix this?

Looking like a good version of the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-newbie-forum/1597-dlds-first-routine-i-gained-2-inches-with-this-routine-full-tutorial.html]Newbie Routine[/words]. Stretching is fine, 30 minutes of stretching is a good amount of time. Your flaccid gains always come before erect so you are right on point. The 2 things I would add are Expressive and Erect Stretching. Expressive will bring length gains from within the body and erect stretches will secure these gains.

You know what, that was first used more than 12 years ago! Heat is always a good thing in PE and there are many ways to cause this. Infrared is one but there are many others like heating pads, rice socks, goat rolls, hot tubs, etc. When I was training every moment I was not working I would use a electric heating pad and this kept my stuff healing and in a constant state of malleability. You never want to go too hot but a good moderate heat is great.

Hey guys need a little help.

I started doing this routine again last week but three days ago after I finished the routine I noticed a little burn just below the glans, I guess from pulling/squeezing to hard.

so three days after and that area is now dry (rough skin), the sting is gone it does not hurt anymore.

What should I do? am I having a eczema?

I got it on both sides below the glans.

Sound like skin irritation and dryness. This is so easily corrected by using Hydrocortisone cream. It is available in every drugstore and will bring immediate relief and within a few days your skin will feel brand new. For preventative maintenance you can apply everyday after training. A pea size amount will be plenty, it really spreads out well.

I went to the drugstore the day after and they recommended "A-Derma Exomega Control Creme" It worked perfectly.

It's without any preservatives.

Yes, the soreness you feel at the base of your penis is a [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]sign[/words] that you are using good intensity. If you have fatigue take advantage of it and stretch during these period as there is no better time to stretch the penis than when you are fatigued or in a refractory period. Eventually soreness goes away when the penis becomes accustomed to the exercises. For me the soreness lasted about a month. If you are in too much pain to train I would change up how often you train. Instead of going 7 days on no days off go with every other day, this will help with soreness as you get through the beginning stages. But you sound like you are in the perfect place.

I only feel sore when I start a new exercise I haven't done before. But once I do the new exercise for up to 2 weeks, the soreness goes away

How are you wrapping exactly? Have you gone through the wrapping forum to try the many other methods? Comfortable Grip is what you want and everyone gets there with practice. Go through the various wraps and try them and see what works best.

I cut a strip of a sock long enough to wrap around 3x and wide enough I have it folded over twice. Sometimes I'll use the theraband first depending on my mood.

What I do is pulling my skin back and wrap around my penis just beneath my glans. I still feel pain on my glans every time I pull. If I relieve a little pressure then everything become slippery and painful

I don´t man.. I have been trying now for 3 hours. I've tried sport wrap, a sock, almost every fabric, I can get my hands on and still feel uncomftorble.

I can't say it's a wonderful feeling while pulling but not horrendous. The other morning my glans was getting a bit cold by the time my stretching was done from being clamped in tight. I wasn't turning purple but there was some reduction in circulation. I end up clamped in pretty tight but that's what works for me and reduces slipping.

Have you tried a silicone sleeve? Some men are swearing by this to be most comfortable.

And remember that the sleeves we will soon carry are far thicker than anything available now. So it can only get better!
