Sorry to be such a burden on you guys but I have more questions.

While I was cleaning/warming down after my exercise yesterday. I pulled my foreskin back and I noticed that my shaft was purple/black/dark blue it looked swollen (like a blister).
I didn't mind, I went to sleep and the swelling was gone in the mornings but the area was still dark and a little sore (the soreness is gone now).

Is this what you call a midt-shaft discolorations? should I take a break before it gets worse.
To be honest I'm not a fan of offdays? What should I do?

Btw the discolorations or whatever it is, wasn't there until yesterday. Actually it wasn't there before I began doing 3 sets of stretches.

Just be very consistent with warm downs and deep tissue massage. These 2 practices will keep the color correct.

I have noticed today that my foreskin does not allow me to get a good grip while doing BTC, so what's happening is that while I'm stretching, I simultaneously stretch the inner thin skin and the blood vessels in the skin break that explains the purple/black/red bruises.

I'm ditching BTC and exchange it with STD :(

Hi dld i just read on page 98 that you said dld blasters can be add to this routine. The only problem is the dld "A" stretch, how to do it. I searched on the internet about the reverse kegel and it said that when doing it we do not feel nothing in the pc muscle unlike when kegel (i can feel the pc muscle contract). For the reverse kegel we need to use our stomach or abs to do the reverse. I try to push and my lower abs is being used but i do not feel anything on my pc muscle like it says on the internet, am i doing it wrong?

First get in a warm up of about 3-5 minutes of a hot compress, hot shower or bath, dipping the penis in warm water, heating pad, etc. This will help with bruising and spotting. Next I would begin the routine with Bundled Stretch, about 3-5 minutes worth, these will help prime the penis for stretching, essentially loosening the Tunica and allowing for less resistance and better stretch. Lastly, retract the foreskin so you are stretching penis and not skin.

Some of us will get scars, it's gonna happen. I have a scar from what used to be the base of my penis and it's creeping up the shaft a little. It's hard to see when I'm erect so it's no big deal to me. I'd just think of it as proof that you're growing.

I'm always with people around in my house, so what is the best method to warm up (only for stretching) without heat pad or something else ... What is that massage you use for warming up and how i can do it ?

Straight Down Rotary Stretches about this, i know that rotatory stretches is when you grab you penis behind glans, stretch it out and start doing wide circles (touching your right leg, going up touching you lower part of abdomen, left leg, testicles... by touching i mean touching with your hand which is holding the penis).
But what about STRAIGHT DOWN/UP rotatory stretches?

A warm up can be light stretching, light pumping, deep massage, these all will warm you up. The Rotary stretch is the same in all position just as it is in the out position. If doing upward Rotary Stretches you simply stretch upward while rotating, same with down, left, right and back.

lol. No masturbation is not the best warmup.

Deep Tissue Massage is when you penis is flaccid and you massage in between the forefinger and the thumb. Start at the base and work your way up the penis. You can add heat to this to make it even better. Another great warm up would be the Testical Health Massage and Stretch found in the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-newbie-forum/1597-dlds-first-routine-i-gained-2-inches-with-this-routine-full-tutorial.html]Newbie Routine[/words].

so you think if I do the stretching portion 3 times a day, and the girth work twice a day, and kegels whenever I can during the day, 7 days a week, I will get those 2 inches in length and .5 in girth in 6 months?

Welcome my Brother! I love you enthusiasm and I want you to put that to work for you with out any doubts. So I want you to take solid measurements now to know exactly where you are. If there is, is there a routine to only increase the tip?

I have been doing slow jeks up to the head wiel erected(90%) to build up blood in the head and holding for 5 sec.
Should I keep doing this or not do this at all?

The reason why I want a bigger mushroomtip is because it's lil smaller that my girth and i want it to be a lil bigger then my girth(o,5 inches or so).

So my ideal penis would be: 7,0 length, 7,0 girth and tip 7,5

If you were to determine the time it takes to go from sensei's DLD beginner routine's to an intermediate routine, what would that assessment be, and how would you determine that?

Also, what are the consequences (is it safe, could it work) of after a good warmup of a 10 min bathmats sesh doing 3-5 second's jelqs with one hand while stretching (obviously not during the behind the cheek stretches) the penis with the other hand? I am asking because on some days even tough we are committed there is the issue of time being a problem.

I have been doing slow jeks up to the head wiel erected(90%) to build up blood in the head and holding for 5 sec.
Should I keep doing this or not do this at all?

The reason why I want a bigger mushroomtip is because it's lil smaller that my girth and i want it to be a lil bigger then my girth(o,5 inches or so).

So my ideal penis would be: 7,0 length, 7,0 girth and tip 7,5

I know I should have waited at least a month and a half to two, but I saw gains. I measured this morning after waking up to my girl saying my boner was larger than the usual, so fuck it I measured after she gave it some love. It turns out I went from 6.5' to 6.8' in just 3 weeks (I have never passed the 6.5 measurement, no matter how raging hard my dick was), no bullshit. That is a .3' inch gain, not bad for 3 consistent weeks. I have also been using the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]Bathmate[/words] for 15-20 min 3 times a week before stretching. Should i do, Monday: stretching ; Tuesday: jelqing etc etc.. or its better Monday: (morning) stretching- (night) jelqing ??

Another question: When i jelq , i start at light erection level but when i start after few jelqs i get 100% erection(i naturally get 100% erection in very little time) , now, should i keep with jelqs at 100% erection or should i wait to calm my penis on some lower level of erection?

It is sad how other forums spend lies and keep men back from the very thing they need which is the Brotherhood. All forums envy us as we have the most active forum with the largest membership in all of the world! Yes, you will see places like Thunder using hacks to make it appear they have many members, we do not need to do that as we have real members. We also are very transparent, every member knows what our business is and exactly how we make money and pay the bills, we do not act like we sell nothing! The fact that places like Thunders act as if they are altruistic when they are truly selling all kinds of snake oil.

I've been going at this for a couple weeks now and have seemed to gained a cm in length and 2mm in girth already, super stoked!

I have not been stretching, just doing Jelqing, 2 sets of 40 (building up). The bundled stretching... is it literally grabbing my penis and twisting it, THEN pulling?

Also, I'm having trouble staying erect through the workout, and in general my flaccid length during the day isn't that long, although I've stopped wearing underwear almost completely. I've had a few days at a time where I was getting awesome hang and would pop boners randomly... is it something in my diet? I'm trying to come at it from every angle.

Nice gains and quick! This must have you excited! Yes, Bundled Stretches are simply twisting the flaccid penis and stretching it. Be sure to be even by twisting both ways. As far as erection quality goes, it is normal for it to lack in the begging as the penis is taking a lot of work it never expected to, it will respond in this way. I suggest getting is a solid Kegel routine and get your hands on some Viagra. Viagra and Kegels are the medicine for poor eq.

Thanks so much. I'm up to 150 jelqs per day. That random 1cm has seemed to come and go here and there. I think it's linked to my EQ (shows up when EQ is good, absent when it sucks).

I'm considering the pump ASAP, hearing good things about it. I'm a personal trainer, and occlusion training (blood flow restriction increasing blood pressure in a muscle, causing more damage leading to greater gains) has very good scientific literature backing it. Jelqing is basically the same thing, but the pump seems like it would do that same job 10x better.

In your experience (im interested to see if i'm right), have you seen greater gains with the pump or the jelq (individually)?

DLD I was doing some reading and it appears that you gained your 2 inches in 6 months doing this routine 3 times a day. So that's 9 sets of 30 seconds each?! Currently it takes me 10 mins to complete a set. That would put you at about 90 minutes of manual stretching, PER DAY! Surely you didn't start this hard from day 1?!
