For now i'm just doing the Length (stretching) part of the program. I'm not doing behind cheeks because i have lots of fat on tights and cheeks.

Lets say, I'm now doing Straight Down to the Left: 30-seconds , after 30 sec should i rest (if yes, how much) or should i do rest of it (Left-Center-Right) and then rest (if yes, how much rest).

Should i do rest between exercises or between sets and how much rest?

Resting is very personal in many ways. I do not rest between sets, I drive right through but others do rest. Some will take a minute rest between the stretches but I see no reason for this unless you really need the rest, meaning you just can not do it. Resting between sets can be a huge waste of time. I do suggest resting between length and girth routines. As much space as possible, for me it is Length in the AM and Girth in the PM. Getting to rest days, here is a bit from the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-newbie-forum/1597-dlds-first-routine-i-gained-2-inches-with-this-routine-full-tutorial.html]Newbie Routine[/words]:

REST DAYS
I have always trained 7 days on no days off. I think this type of schedule promotes a more habitual program. For me days off can quickly turn into weeks off so it is better for me to be a daily trainer. I also believe that the penis only needs 24 hours of recovery before it is trained again. Some guys either do not have the time for this or it may be too difficult at first. In this case I recommend deducting one day at a time until the perfect routine is created. i.e. 6 on 1 off, 5 on 2 off.

If you need any other help please just ask.
 
I don't rest very long between stretches. Sometimes it's long enough to apply more powder, take a sip of coffee, reply to a text, or just physically move if I have to. Sticking strictly to the Newbie length routine with 30 second stretches and your cranks you're looking at almost 30 minutes if you're able to go right from one stretch to another. I do 1 if every stretch, starting from behind the cheeks to the straight up stretches, then start over again. I do 45 seconds for each (my hands give up after that) and about 20 cranks with each hand each time so I can go over an hour just to get through the stretching.

I'm still new, only 2 months in, but if I were to take a planned rest between each stretch I'd be at it for over 2 hours. I don't have that much time in my day :o Plus I don't want to "cool down" at all as that's when injuries can happen.

yep can be correct as long as you measure it the same way everytime,is suggested to measure every 3 months.

15 mins can be much better check the newbie stretchings,those rotary cranks are included in that routine..

Yeah I think my internal math was off :o


I'm personally doing a little more, doing warm up/cool down stretches (A and Y), and holding longer and it seems like I need just over an hour. Something annoying always seems to happen too like the phone rings and it's a call I can't ignore.

Don't allow interruptions to cloud your vision, it is going to happen throughout your career. The more time you stretch the faster the length gains come but do not over tax yourself. If you only have 45 minutes to dedicate then that is what you can do, do not stress it any further. If you want to get in my length work without putting in the time the [words=http://www.phallosan.com/shop/catalog/default.php?z=eNortjIxtVKyL0pNszWxMFcrSSxKTy2JL0hMT7U1UisoykyxtbBQSy4tLsnPjS8uKcrMS7dVsgZcMMpbEbo%2C]Phallosan[/words] is a brilliant choice.

Você tem um pequeno corte dentro de sua uretra, isso acontece com os homens nos estágios iniciais do treinamento. Não é nada para se preocupar e vai curar dentro de 3-4 dias. Na maioria dos casos, isso nunca acontece novamente. Eu tive que acontecer uma vez e foi de ser muito agressivo. Tire 3 dias fora do trabalho de girth ereto e você deve ser fino.

I can reach my penis but can´t hold to it, it´s not longe enough, can I replace it with another stretch routine with the same results?
And is there a video of what cranks are?

If you have a membership to the Video Site you will find Rotary Stretches in there, along with all the other stretches. If not hopefully this image helps you. If you can not yet do Behind the Cheeks replace with Downward stretches, eventually you will be able to go further back until you can go behind the cheeks. So downward stretching will be the closest stretch to BTC. Now, do you plan on ramping this up to the full [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-newbie-forum/1597-dlds-first-routine-i-gained-2-inches-with-this-routine-full-tutorial.html]Newbie Routine[/words]?

I did see a video somewhere on here of what the rotary cranks are. It's pretty simple though. Pull outward (or up or down depending on which stretch you're doing) and "crank" in a circle. Also there's videos of all the stretches in the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-newbie-forum/1597-dlds-first-routine-i-gained-2-inches-with-this-routine-full-tutorial.html]newbie routine[/words]. I was doing behind the cheeks standing up until I saw a video of someone doing them sitting down. Now I do them sitting as its a bit easier.

I going to try it for 6 months, where I'm going to measure once a month, even if I'm a slow gainer and only get like half an inch, I will still be happy and the reason why is my penis has become more vascular in the last 3 weeks and also gained 0.5cm (0.19 inches) I believe the length gains are of my great EQ lately thanks to kegels, erect squeeze and erect raise.
So I dont see why quitting even if you dont gain anything, your penis will be healthy and very strong.

Btw DLD is it normal that you feel a little discomfort while doing rotary stretches, It feels like my inside is moving? (I think it´s called Tunica)

Since I have the house alone the next 40 days, will it be fine doing the routine twice a day ?(morning and evening).

You're only supposed to measure every 3 months except for BPFSL (Bone Pressed Flaccid Stretched Length) and girth they say you can check after doing girth work to make sure it's working. That being said I measured after 2 months as that's when I got my [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]Bathmate[/words]. I wanted to know if I had any gains prior to using it. No gains in girth but length, using just my hands to stretch, I gained 1/4". I was doubtful it'd work but I was so happy to see results.

You can do it! Put in the effort and you'll reap the rewards!

They say once a week for the BPFSL measurement.

When I can I love doing [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]BM[/words] stretches after manual stretches. Then I gaze in amazement at my penis and it makes me want to work more so it'll look like that all the time.

Setting goals is a good thing. I haven't put a time frame on them though as everyone is different. One person might take a year to gain 0.5" in length whereas someone else might gain 1" in 3 months. I have my size goals and I'll keep working until I hit them or decide that I don't want to be that big. I'll be able to assess that more as I grow.

Do be proud of any and all gains you make. There are men who spend insane amounts of money on surgeries to make their penis bigger and it mostly seems like it all ends in misery when their erections point at the floor or they end up disfigured. If they do end up successful it usually isn't for much of a gain.

We are using our own bodies to make gains. You can gain with just the strength in your hands and arms as I have found out. Put in the work and we'll get what we want!
 
Why measure BPFSL once a week? What is the purpose?

I personally don't trust any flaccid measurements, I find my flaccid to be very inconsistent at size and when stretched.

I thought the same thing. These guys say that your length gains will show up there first. I've noticed I can't always get a consistent measurement when erect. Sometimes when I'm reaching for the ruler I start to get a little soft.

If you think about it logically though, if you have more length you'll be able to pull further flaccid. I'm trying to be consistent in doing my BPFSL. I'm warming up with heat for 5-10 minutes and then placing a hand on either side of my penis and rubbing then back and forth for about 10 seconds just to loosen up a little.

I'm not even close to being an expert but after reading this stuff these guys make a lot sense on things like this. So yeah, I'm gonna trust the dude who pulled and tugged his way to a 10" penis when he says "do this" Lol.

Because this is where length gains show up first so it gives you a gauge to whether the length routine you are using is gainful or not. The same goes with girth, after every session girth should be measured to be sure expansion is happening. None of this is official, it is only to check to be sure you are on the right track.

Officials measurements should only happen every 90 days.

It's the thinking involved that gets me. You go from getting an erection to lining up a ruler and then trying to read it and then making sure you're right and checking again and....

You almost need a second set of hands and a willing mouth to get erect measurements. It sure would help!

My Officials measurements (15th April 2017)
NBPEL- 13cm (5.12in)
BPEL- 15cm (5.9in)
Mid penis girth- 14.5cm (5.7in)
Base penis girth- 15.xcm (5.9in)
Glans girth- 13.5cm (5.31in)

Starting from 18th April 2017, I'm doing stretches every night before bed, 20 min after i masturbate (it works, masturbation really relaxes penis and ligaments, its like warming up). Soon i will add jelqs too, but for now doing only stretching.

I read what DLD said about BPFSL so i've done it now (after exercising).. My BPFSL is 15cm (5.9in).

Performing the DLD Blaster:
Warm up to the Blasters
Sitting on the toilet in a totally flaccid state stretch penis upward to a taunt pull. In this state do 100 quick Kegels. This will aid in making you aware of the PC muscle prior to engaging in the Blasters. It will also serve to pre-exhaust the PC muscle to some extent. When this is complete move on to the actual Blasters.

The Blasters
Sitting on the toilet get yourself into the DLD “A” stretch. For some this may be difficult due to wrist size so the RB fake arm stretch or the Dual Fulcrum Stretch can be substituted. I would prefer that everyone eventually get into the “A’ Stretch as an ultimate goal so continue trying to get into it as you make gains.

Once in the “A” Stretch pull your penis to a good solid stretch straight out. In this position do kegel. (take note of how your penis will pull back as the PC muscle flexes) Hold this Kegel for 5 seconds. Feel the pull back? If not loosen stretch a bit...your main objective on this part of the stretch is to feel that slight pull make so the next part of the exercise can be felt. The Kegel portion of this exercise is to serve only this function..this is where you will be training your PC muscle the stretch is only in place to feel the pull back.

Now this is where you want to really stretch... do a Reverse Kegel (as you make this change from a Kegel to a Reverse Kegel you will feel the PC Unflex) As you RK pull your stretch to accommodate the unflex, meaning just as when you Kegel the penis pulls back the penis in a Reverse Kegel will produce more slack. Stretch this to your max for 5 seconds. During this 5 second Reverse Kegel be sure to pivot your arm or fake arm to increase tension. The idea on the Reverse Kegel is to take your stretching capasity beyond normal and this is accomplished by the Arm pivot, Fake arm Pivot or Increasing pull on Dual Fulcrum.

This is one Rep.

You should continue to do rep sets of these. (formula 5sec Kegel, 5 sec Reverse Kegel= One rep. [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]x 50[/words])

The same instructions apply to the "Bundled Version of this exercise"

Jesus I just figure out that it's 3 sets of stretches, I have been doing one only!! what waste of 11 days...! :(

Can I divide the stretches thought out the day or should I do them in order ?

Yu'd have to warm up and cool down every time and I don't think it'd be very effective either. Theoretically you'd be able to stretch just a little bit longer by the 2nd and 3rd sets making them more effective.

I start with the behind the cheeks, 1 set of each, then the straight down, then straight out, then the up ones (and doing rotary cranks in each position), then start all over again.

If you're going right from one to another you can have all 3 sets knocked out in about 30 minutes. Not really worth breaking up through the day unless you have no choice time wise. However I've read a bunch of guys saying they do additional stretches during the day here and there.

I always finish the set with BTC as my flaccid is little longer, it makes it easier to accomplish?

That is more than enough! The Massage is also very smart to help loosen things.
