Which one is correct? Or can you alternate between them?
The second is jelqing. Is the grip supposed to be so tight that you're pulling the skin up to the head or is your hand supposed to be just barely gliding?
How often do most people do measurements? When I was working out on a regular basis I would only weigh myself once a week to see if I was gaining weight. Are weekly measurements the norm or will that just drive you insane?
I just started stretching yesterday but have not started jelqing yet since I'm still confused. I'm really hoping this works and I see gains. I've spent too much of my life with my current size and I've always wanted more. 12 years ago I got a Prince Albert piercing thinking that if I couldn't change my size at least I could make it better. Every woman who's had it has loved it but also said that without the piercing my performance is still great (I'm merely average). I want my size to match my performance finally.
