Rule of thumb, use this routine until you learn the proper technique, intensity and form. After you have mastered that, stick with it until you no longer are making gains with it.

Hey I'm a newb here and I'm wondering how long it took u dld to notice gains in ur girth when u first started......I'm about 4 inches in girth and I'd like to be about 6 inches. I plan on buying the online membership and the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/mosdvd.htm]dvd[/words]. I just don't understand the jelqing how hard ur supposed to do it etc.
 
??? I don't know if I am jelqing correctly?? sometimes i get to hard, should i be sitting and jelqing up, also seems like i am pulling to much skin, anyone else get tired after doing 200?

pull the skin back when you do the jelqs. I focus more on quality of jelqs then quantity.

Cranks are stretches done in the flaccid state and you just grab your cock behind the head and pull slowly in a circular motion keeping your cock near the body such as your leg then your hip then your side then your stomach then your side then your hip then your leg...Done in one smooth motion.

So how does it differ to straight up, down and out.
Sounds as if u cover all of these in this excercise

There is no out in Cranks, just up side down then side. Cranks are done in one smooth motion. Up, side, down, other side, then up, is one crank. You rotate your dick in a circle as close to the body in one fluid motion.
 
Hey DLD,

This is a great routine, thanks for sharing something that we know can work and is easy to follow. I've gained at least a 1/4"inch in just a few weeks and it seems like some girth also (though it's hard to accurately measure after a workout), but this routine is actually what I've been looking for.

Just found this site and I've been reading it nonstop ever since I found it.

I started on Sunday...is it weird that this really excites me? lol

I really did not think natural enlargement was possible but after reading for hours and seeing REAL pictures and logs...I am a believer.

I'll follow this routine for 3 months or so then plan on becoming a member...

Hopefully I can gain 1" or more within the next 6 months...
 
Hey i just signed up to this site i was wondering if i do the newbie excersize for a couple months how fast do you think i would see results "my size is 6 1/2 Inch length and 5 and 1/8 inch girth" i wanna get up to 7 inch or bigger length and 6 girth. i have been doing a jelqing from a different site but there routine was dumb sounding to me yours sounds much much much better. by the way i am taking magna rx+ everyday think that would help or no??? thanks for making this site seems to be awsume you will have my extreme thanks beleive me even if i see a 1/4 inch growth thatd be so awsume anyway thank you

oh one more thing i warm up in the bath, but i am confused on the stretching i dont really get what you do and also the kegels is confusing to i was wondering if maybe there was a more indepth like where im sppose to squeeze and how hard and while im erect sorry for all the questions but i wanna make sure im doing everything correctly. thanks

hi all,im new to this but have been reading the forum a while,iv just purchased the lifetime membership,basically im slightly concerned when i read about " foreskin restoration" "blood spots" etc! im currently 6.5 inch erect 5 inch girth and would like to reach 8x6 but if it meens me having to do things like restore my skin and wearing tuggers or weights while im working im not sure whether to commence the program? also are gains permenant? if you reach a desired size and stop do you keep your gains? many thanks in advance
 
You can gain from manual work with no tuggers or weights, but weights are very good for length. After getting gains you need to cement them so they are permanent. This is done by doing a light routine with a lot less work than normal routines.
 
So here is an update i haven't measured for a couple months but did yesterday starting size was 7.25"x 6" after the first week i was up to 7.75x6.25. i have only been doing the stretching and only behind the cheeks (legs) and out to the sides. nothing much more. so here are the numbers length is now at just over 8" (8 1/8") but girth (since i have not been doing any girth routines has went down to just under 6" but not much under what i started at. so i think i will try a couple more months adding some more stretching and then start for girth. and i think i am going to change my goals to 9X7 and see how i do i will give myself a year and then readjust my goals as needed. all i can say is thank you guys for all the help and info. i will be here for sometime learning and letting everyone know how i do.

Do you think it would matter if I broke my jelqing into 300 in the morning and 300 when I get home from work, or should I do them all in one sitting per day? This coming Sunday will be my third week.
 
I fit em all into one session. I just watch tv or something..time goes by faster.

I don't necessarily count, I just do them for X amount of minutes...
 
a lot of members break up their routine...i say get it in when you can get it in...i do my stretching in the morning and girth at night...i don't see why if can't split the girth routine either

Thank you both for your replies. I suppose if I have the time in the morning I'll do all my jelqing then, if not, I'll get half in at night.
 
I was browsing the internet last week when I came across this forum. I browsed around for a while and found this routine. It really struck me as a routine that would work, and could work well. I have just ended my third session, and I can already tell that this is going great! I just wanted to add my two cents and say that this is a very good beginners routine! Thanks DLD!
 
is it normal to have red spots on the side of my testicles from streching? They usually appear the next morning but only a couple of times and itch a little then disseaper after a couple of hours.

Do you suggest some execrices before/after using the Vimax? (jelq, kegel,...)

Also, I have probs with jelq: still now, I get fully erected after 5-10jelqs; it looks really impossible for me to make even 300... 100 is ok, and it takes already 40mins!

Better to do Kegels in erection or flaccid?

I had a circumcision last month. Let's just say I had a lot more foreskin overhang than average.

About cementing... I should just keep doing Penis Enlargement for a few more months after I've reached my goal, right? Or is there anything special I need to do to keep my gains without having to stroke my dick daily for the rest of my life?

I would not use the palm up grip. I think it puts too much pressure on the glans. I use it a handful of times in my jelqing because the pressure on my glands hardens me up a little when I start to soften but it's only about 10-15 out of 300+ reps.

I would do stretching every day and jelqing 5 on 2 off.
