Hey DLD, this got me confused:

by 5 30 seconds DLD Blasters you mean keeping the RK for the 30 secs of the strech or doing sets of 5sec K followd by 5 sec RK for 30sec?

If you have no money for equipment I guess you have 10$ (or even less) to spend for this. All I think you need is an ACE Bandage (to use UJS) and some hair ties (serving as cock rings). Plus- I remember seeing threads on how to make a homemade hanger, homemade ADS and some other stuff. If you want I can search through the forum, but I do not guarantee whether I'll be able to find the threads or not :)
 
@DLD what are your thoughts on phallosan forte for SRT?

Guys are saying that you can wear it no problem when you sleep ... When I heard that I immediately thought about how beneficial it would be to your theory.
 
DLD what are your thought on phallosan forte ? It should fit into routine perfectly since you can wear it at night.

I am really torn between pf and sg ... Reading your article about how beneficial it is to spend as much time "extended" as possible made me lean towards PF.
 
Been a long while since I've been here but noticed something. Unless you plan to wrap (loosely) at night and go to bed, I'm not sure stretching should be the last routine of the day? The old way was stretch then girth as the former will compromise the latter if done after. Now if girth is done much earlier in the day that might be different...
 
DLD you are the Grandfuckinmaster of PE I would be honored to be taken under your wing to learn the secrets of super saiyan SwoleCock! I am currently doing the 5 by 5 girth routine you talked about in your video, with jelqing in between days. Hope to find some gains because my girth just isnt doing it. 7'' by 4.7''...... I know pathetic. If this doesnt work out I will start this intense routine. Thank you for all your help and input you are the man.

Price has not been slated yet but delivery will start in 10 days and we will be accepting payment in all ways.

Can we get pictures or a list of features that are different from the LM1? I would like to know what I am going to buy before I get all excited over nothing.
 
Whatever isn't "cemented" is up for grabs to lose. This varies between people. That's why it's important to continue to PE and make some gains even after you've reached your goal. A maintenance routine of 10-20 minutes of jelqs 3 days a week or something simple to that extent is a good idea as well to help retain all gains.

As a matter of good health it is smart to continue with a maintenance routine through your entire life to keep things working properly. PE should be, to some extent, in our lives full time. Once you have reached you goals in the gym you would not just stop all exercise and supplementation, you would continue to maintain through a lighter, less frequent routine.
 
Hi DLD,

I'm on my first week of the SRT routine but have some questions about the SG portion which comes at the third week.
I'm an uncut guy and have already tried to put an extender on but I have the feeling that this thing isn't really for me.

So, my question is, as I have a Bib Hanger, could I replace the SG portion by wearing SD a 2-3lbs weight during 1 hour x 4 sets and maybe adding a pound every set since you say that tension should be turned up after every set.
What do you think about this ? Could it eventually lead to the same effect ?
