Hey all, I'm new to PE. Been stretching with Still-On for about two months now. I average 8 hrs a day, 7 days a week stretched. I've noticed a bit of flaccid length gain which is encouraging, not much if any erect. I sleep with a silisleeve every now and then, but they seem to not fit right, I taper quite a bit so my head slips in the sleeve sometimes, and a stiffer or smaller diameter turns my head cold and purple pretty quickly.

Should I be taking more rest / stretching too much and not healing? Or does it just take longer than I thought to see erect gains in length? I'm going to stay on it, just curious if anyone has input on maximizing my minimal effective dose. I don't care about girth increase, I'm quite wide as it is, just trying to gain some length, my goal is 1.5" gain so I can be +8. Anything beyond that is a happy bonus.

It takes a lot of time.
If you see increase in flaccid length, you just need to keep at it. It's important to cement your length as well with kegels, edging and so forth. That is: Use your penis in an expended state.

My penis elongation wrap did just that. Kept the tissue elongated and semi-erected throughout the day. But I was using active stretching instead of passive stretching.

Your metod should work as well.

Thanks for the reply, and the hope to just stay at it. I've looked and can't find it, what is edging? I'm sure I just didn't search in the right places, but I'm unfamiliar with what that is. Can you point me to anything on the site that explains it?

I'm not sure what a bundled stretch is either. I feel like there's a lot of info I've missed out on.

I also just found this site, I had only seen the store when I ordered my sleeves. Seems like there's a lot of good info to help make the desired gains beyond just strapping up and waiting.
 
It sounds like to me like you are on a Flaccid length growth plan. I will let the VETS tune in. ADS from the outside in, seem like a great idea! Who would not want to wear something and not do anything but what you describe here are for flaccid gains. You would need to hang, penile stretching, Water pumping or Jelq to do the heavy lifting and the Ads to support these gains.

Do what DLD recommends as a newbie program. Thank you for asking your question, I almost did what you described when I first started and I am glad I did not.

What is your size? You say you don't want girth but many who had no girth like myself said the same thing, we only want length, only to discover girth was what I really needed.

Thanks for the input. To be perfectly honest, I'm so new I don't know what most of these acronyms mean. I finally found the long article about SRT - Suppressed-Restricted-Transposition Theory and that has been really helpful. Still in the dark about a lot of things though.

To be honest, I'm not going to use a pump, or anything more intense than an ADS and hand stretching. I'm lucky that I can work from home, but it's all physical labor, so the ADS is about as much equipment as I can commit to. I also lift weights 5 days a week, and workouts are usually 2 hrs at the end of my work day, so committing more than hand stretching morning/evening and ADS isn't sustainable. If it takes longer but it's more sustainable, that's the path I need to follow. I'm a very disciplined person, just have to hone in on a realistic routine that works.

I think I had it backwards in my head. I thought ADS did the work, and rest time was healing. But now I think I understand that the ADS is the healing time and the manual stretching exercises is the work. Am I on the right track with that? I think my ligaments are very tight/stiff, so loosening them up and making them pliable enough to lengthen will help the erect gains?

Measurements before I started
(not stretched):

Flaccid length: 3-1/2" on average
Flaccid girth: 5-1/4" on average
Erect length: 6-5/8" on averages
Erect girth: 6-1/8" on average

Goals:

Flaccid : >4-1/2" long on average
Erect: >8" long on average

Girth is not something I'm concerned with gaining, I'm already very large for my wife. I'm already too thick for anal unless she really really wants it. I got fixed 6 years ago, so now anal isn't as appealing since I don't have to treat an orgasm like a hazmat spill. Now that I think about it, does a vasectomy matter at all for any of this stretching work?

I mainly want length because some positions I slip out, she's an aggressive rider, and after 8 years together I finally found her hose bib. Extra length doesn't hurt access to that spot one bit. Just want to present a bit bigger and give her the best possible penis. It's the only one in her life, for the rest of her life, so she deserves the best I can give her.

1. When I started this I almost went down the path of "I don't need to do any PE, just do ADS for 8 hrs and I am good." That is only half of PE. I was mistaken. He doesn't talk about any LengthMaster kind of routine, just that he was doing ADS and that he doesn't have time for anything else. You are correct. ADS is an initial process for most in preparing your penis for optimal growth. Due to the low traction force, it allows the penis to be preconditioned for higher traction force for growth optimization, and long hour healing. Optimal growth starts with a a 20 to 40 stressing period, where all your tissues are being broken down. You trigger the healing requirements through the routines. Wearing the ADS allows you to heal with the primed tissues in the elongated form. This is called growth optimization.

Pumping is like having an erection. Overtime, your erection quality will drop due to aging. Just having an erection is like flexing your muscles without working out. Pumping prime your tissues by forcing it to exercise through force expansion beyond the natural potential and natural contraction through tissue housing limits. Erection quality is gained through the process. Patients who are older than 70 years old with extremely hard erection acknowledged they have been doing some form of PE throughout the years, especially aggressive jelqing. Comparing patients who are not, they rely on pills to each 70% to 75% erection quality.

So, if you want good sex for life, PE is your life long journey. I can tell you that an 82-year old male outlasted and having harder erections than most 40-year old males in my region. He is engaged to a 27-year old sex-aholic because he can keep up with her. This is her testimony.
