option 1) in the morning i would first do my pc muscle squeezes to exhaust my pc muscle and then stretch with my length master and then use the uncle jims wrap and my size genetics extender to be in an extended state and then at night around 7pm i'd do my girth session in my penoment doing the 5x5x3 and then put on a cock ring to be in an expanded state until i go to bed

option 2) in the morning i'd do my girth session with my penoment doing the 5x5x3 and then after i finish my girth session i'd allow myself to ejaculate and then straight after i have ejaculated i would do my length session in my length master and then after that use the uncle jims wrap and my size genetics extender throughout the rest of the day. at night im not sure if i should do another girth session or length session(maybe depending on my goals?) or should i just continue to wear my size genetics extender until i go to bed?

I like girth in the evening as I am in a much more "sensual" mood. For me, I need to be aroused to make a good girth session. Morning girth for me is usually crap, I can't concentrate and I do not feel sexy in the least:) The morning is best for length in my mind as length takes absolutely no concentration but work. Girth, requires a certain metal state. I like version 2 for this reason.

Hey, DLD, could you please answer some more questions to me when you get the to to :)

1- It is something that has being bothering me for the last 1-2 weeks. The problem is I get no expansion from edging or ballooning. I've been reading around the forum for quite some time and have seen many guys claiming that edging/ballooning gives them expansion comparable to the one they get from SSJing. When I balloon and do not allow myself reach an orgasm, I usually do this for about 30 minutes (the buildup starts after the 15th minute). The only thing I get is a severe fluid buildup and no real expansion. So what seems to be the problem? Is it possible that I see no expansion, cause it's hidden under the huge donut dick or what?

DLD, I see you agree with RED here that ligs should not be worked intensely every day or so. You agree that one should take some rest and then resume intense leg exercises. I do not understand that- do you recommend having a 7 on 0 off day ratio on stretching and SRT-ing or you advise us to go for lig stretching every day. Thanks in advance :)
