Also could someone tell me which one of the length master video's is the "Twist" or "Roll"? Is the first video the twist or Roll? The videos have definitely helped a lot I just need to know which video is for the Roll and Twist. Thanks. About to get started with the LengthMaster Tonight. The Roll is one exercise and the Twist is another. A Roll is when you roll the LengthMaster back from the top of bottom and then stretch forward. A twist is when you turn the LengthMaster clockwise or counterclockwise and then stretch forward.
 
DLD I know you have answered a lot of my questions I appreciate the help. I just don't understand the length trainging concept below?

EXPRESSIVE STRETCHING Bathmate HardCore Stretches
5 Minutes Total
3 Minutes Low Grip LengthMaster Stretches
3 Minutes LengthMaster Hole Stretching

Do you do the Bathmate hardcore stretches and than use the LengthMaster to do those other 2 exercises? Plus I don't know how to do the 2 LengthMaster stretches after the Bathmate hardcore stretches. Also I get pretty engorged after Hardcore stretches with the Bathmate will that be a issue for the other LengthMaster Exercises? Sorry to ask so many questions, i look forward to the advice brother!

There are so many to choose from and really it takes picking one and trying it, I prefer the quick release rings or the O-Rings found in the plumbing section of HomeDepot.

Stretching is always done flaccid unless you are specifically doing "erect stretches". The difference between the two states are in flaccid form you make gains, in erect state you secure them. I advise all Brothers to do erect stretching at least 5 minutes every few days as it will help secure gains in erect length. Other than this you will want to stretch flaccid.

If you have issues remaining flaccid, plan your length work after you ejaculate.

I would say whenever you are able to get a good strong erection get the in, otherwise it makes little difference.

The FleshLight is my favorite tool for endurance. I have two of them and I use them practically everyday. A good trick to try, that will make the endurance even more intense, twist the FleshLight while you are in it, it will get tighter with each twist and really bring a ton of sensation. I can go hours in one. Don't worry so much about lasting long the first time, if you get off too soon just tell the girl she was that sexy!
