OK so from my not so clear photo as the lens wouldnt autofocus. You can see near the foreskin where there are 2 pockets of buildup forming right after a hard stretch. Now by day 4 of the week i am pretty much forming these at a larger capacity and my skin is sore as well and i end up having to take a 3 day decom from length work. Clamping and SSJ are still fine and no issues with buildup on those girth blasting methods.

Also the partner has noticed a little bit longer reach and girth has gone back up a good amount thus far 3 weeks in.

I have been learning for a while now and attempted years ago but back on the train now and very committed. Thank you for all the information I am undoubtedly sippin the kool-aid on the theory behind SRT and think its absolutely the best way to grow. I am now looking to add equipment and other variations of manual work.

I like doing girth work after stretching so as of now I do both in the morning and at night. I am waiting for the Wrap to arrive as well.

I wanted to introduce myself as well as fish for recommendations to gradually work into the SRT program but still be aggressive as I have the benefit of some free time.
As of now
Morning - light bundle stretching followed by 2 sets of the standard stretching routine followed by 250 jelqs.
Night - Same exact thing
Will be adding slow squash jelqs

My plan was to keep the same manual routine then add an extender. Question regarding sizegentics. When fully erect I am just at 6" and am grower and when flaccid very small.
I understand I will have a better flaccid length after some work in the morning and then I will put it in the device but still wondering if my size is better to start with the phallason then the sizegentics.

SRT is a very valuable wealth of PE knowledge put into practice. I don't remember if I read this or not (will have to check the thread again ) but is there a possibility that an e-book, or something similar, detailing SRT will be made. I think this will be good reference material for newbie and veteran members alike.

Over the past week of experimenting i used my VLC tugger for ADS rather than uncle jim. The skin issue very rarely occured but now that the vlc is on the skin is nice and tender towards the head, but it subsides over time. Ive not measured length or girth erect but my flaccid hang has increased by .75" during the first month of work when im on my break day.

Great thread and routine. Question though...

You said it's a 12 week program. When reading through the routine I see the schedule for week 1, week 2, then the 6 week schedule that follows the first 2 weeks... What did I miss cause that's only 8 weeks lol. Thanks in advance for clarifying.

Rotate between the different weeks until you reach 12 weeks

ive been slacking a little lately with SRT as life has gotten incredibly busy. I did take a BPFSL measurement today and im back to 9" on that front so even with slacking im still gaining back to what i had and then pushing forward.

Im building my own modified LM this evening and also a secondary one to try something a bit different and see where it takes me :D.

Lulz. Well once i get to my name in NBPEL and pass it ill change it. :D. the stretch and nbpel are about an inch in difference give or take on the day and how sprite i am feeling.
