Slowly :) I am all about the extender right now, so all of my time has been invested in that. It has been a long process but it is coming to a close. The next project will be SRT graphic version.
 
Was the blister on the base of your penis? The side where the padded ring touches the base? When I sleep with it, I wake up to a burning sensation at base where padded ring is and have to take it off.

Nothing yet, we are still trying to iron out the extender we are working on. Very far behind on many things. I have not forgotten it is just not possible yet, I need to be with LIGHTNING to do this and that means a trip to Washington. Hopefully in August.
 
I thought I have a less than average size just because of being skinny until I caught another skinny has a larger size... I wondered like 'if he has that size, so I can make it larger with the basics and devices." so here I am heh
 
Forgive the ignorance but I've read the full thread and I'm wondering where is the full 3 month schedule to follow. I'm not seeing much more than 2 weeks.

You will follow the 6 week program.

The next 6 weeks will be sharply on stretching with intent and using the SizeGenetics as way to gain length as we heal. Now I am not asking for your lives here, I am asking for 3 months and any man, if he really wants, can do this routine.

Stretching
Expressive Stretching through the Loop of the PowerAssist or LengthMaster will be best but the BathMate HardCore Stretches may also be used instead. I like stretching through the Loop as it gives me great access to internal penis that I can easily stretch…very intense method. Six minutes of this will be fine, almost see it as your warmup! I push as much penis through and grab with both hands and stretch from the extreme base, exposed by the Loop. If I am I am rehearsed with my Bathmate I can accomplish the same thing doing Bathmate Hardcore Stretches. If you do not own either and still want to participate in these trials, be creative! Do low shaft stretching! Stretch from extreme base. Expressive Stretching is vital to making gains quickest and accessing penis that would otherwise be left dormant. There is quite a bit of penis in every one of us! Prior to doing Penis Enlargement, or in my early days of Penis Enlargement I measured close to 9" of inner penis! Tracing that much penis locked deep in the body, I became obsessed with Expressing it (hence Expressive Stretching).

In order to stretch this tissue we need to get our hands around it! It needs to be exposed and stretched with authority! So whatever method you use, be sure to be putting a solid 6 minutes into Expressive Stretching (ES) is important to this process. Now that we have exposed and stretched some of this inner tissue we want to take advantage of any temporary gains we may have seen in Expression. So as soon as ES is done go right into the next part of your stretching routine.

30 seconds for each stretch, simple! And will cover all important angles.
Straight up to Center
DLD Blasters: five, 30 second stretches
Straight Down to Left (under leg)
Straight Down to Right(under leg)
Rotaries: 25 Cranks

Attach your SizeGenetics Extender at medium tension you will wear for 1 Hour to help cement stretching session. The idea is to allow the tissue to heal in a fully stretched position. As the morning stretch is wearing off we are turning up the tension on the SizeGenetics with each bathroom break. If you are able to go 4 sets, that is four hours with each hour being a bit more demanding, is a smart way to introduce the proper use of the the amazing machine the SizeGenetics is! We are in no way abandoning Uncle Jim's Wrap, we will still use that for sleep and other times we can not wear our SG. 4 hours is a good number of logged hours, considering it is in addition to your morning stretch session, I think it will be very abundant and productive!

From the time period you stop using the SizeGenetics for the day be sure you are strapped! We are still living under the pretense Gains come fastest when they are allowed to be healed as close the Gain size during the healing periods.

Girth will be done when you choose but after 4 hours is logged in the SizeGenetics. I want your Extender work to be done by the time your do your girth work.

The Phallosan can be worn to sleep. I always advise that you check things for the first few nights setting always every 3 hours to make sure you are safe. If this goes well you can set one alarm at the 4 hour mark. If things look good from there, go all night.

Yes you can. It is actually the best method.

You can remain here for as long as you like. I made it in a 2 week timing but you can customize timing and when you graduate to the next level.

Yes, but again it is not written in stone. You can also customize this.

When I write a routine I use time as a general term that can be changed to what works for your schedule. Some men will do length on 1 day and girth on the next. Some men will stick with the first two week workout for a month or longer if they are gaining. Some men do everything in one session. Some men skip certain parts if they are ionly interested in length or girth alone. Your write up is a great SRT routine.

First of all, I would like to say congrats on everything you have accomplished here. This really is incredible. The amount of interaction and support between everybody is mind blowing!! I've been doing P.E. for a while, and have been to countless different sites/blogs, and none come even close to this one. But, I actually haven't done P.E. for about a year and a half, for whatever reason, and I'm about to get back into it.

With that being said, I have a few things I would like to ask/mention. First of all, I have read every page, of nearly every relevant thread, relating to SRT, the equipment involved, and almost every exercise mentioned (and not mentioned) throughout this thread. With that information, I have created a rough document, that includes all of this information, in a pretty easy to understand format. The document includes:

1.) The 90-Day Routine (Compiled from posts throughout this thread, in a way that I think will be much easier for people to understand)

2.) Any and All Exercises mentioned, for people to easily swap in or out (according to their schedule), along with all the necessary hyperlinks to their respective threads

3.) The rough Diet & Exercise layout you have mentioned a few times (I didn't deviate from your recommendations, as I wanted to keep this relevant to your experience)

4.) All of the Background Information, the Supporting Scientific backing, and Explanations of how everything in SRT works (Most of this is from your First Post)

5.) All of the Equipment involved, why each device is used, as well as alternative solutions for people without them.

6.) The deeper understanding of Masturbation & P.E. that you posted, but many probably did not read as it is in the middle of the thread.

7.) And Finally, a FAQ Section, that includes as many relevant questions and answers as I could gather, from all the threads I read, to help bring them all to one place.

8.) And MORE... (I just had to put that, cause every website does. Hahaha)


I should also mention, that I included absolutely no hyperlinks to any websites, other than this one. I originally made this document for myself, but after seeing all the confusion from everyone about the routine, the exercises, the equipment, and the plethora of repeated questions, I figured I would offer to send you a copy, for you to read over. You can do whatever you want with it. You can add to it, take things out, whatever you want. It's a gift.

The main reason I'm making this proposal, is because of the amount of time, dedication and support that you, and hundreds of others, have given to help others throughout these threads, with any questions or concerns they had. And I know that you're extremely busy with everything, and haven't had the time to finish a solidified version of SRT for people to access, so I thought this may ease the burden, and provide a temporary "guide," with all the necessary info inside that people can use until you get the chance to make the real version.

It is very welcome as long as it is not spam, which you have made clear it is not. Anything a Brother can create that will help his fellow Brothers gain should always be available. I got that week 1 is sorta like the beginning stage then when I'm ready, I can move onto week 2 and use that outline as the program.

On week 2 I've decided to combine the girth part along with the girth program to combine all the girth.

Quick update guys, just reach 7.75 bpel x 6.5mseg (just measured) 257lbs, gunna go to the gym on a regular basis. And hoping to get lipo on fat pad down to .25. Goals: 8.25bpelx8nbpelx7mseg and
160-180lbs muscle one year goals!!!!!!

My bad i didnt understand the question. My last measurement was 7.75x6.5 bpelxmseg
