Of course you can take it off, jelq a little bit to get the blood flow rushing again and then put it back on, that way you can go for longer than 30 minutes. Just be active, no falling asleep with the ring on! ;)

no doubt, I probably have 3 Phallosan's in the basement somewhere :) After the last video shoots much of the equipment was given away or packed away. I want every piece of equipment so I can have even option. I will use the following:

The LengthMaster
The BathMate
The Phallosan
The SG (Maybe) or the PeniMasterPro or both :)
The VLC as an attachment
Lots of ACE :)
Cock rings
and 3 hours a day to dedicate

I will do the entire SRT program.

Since i lack a stretcher im using unclejims method excluseively. if i can find a way to stand more at the job i can use my weights i made when i get to that portion.

I think im headed to the hardware store for a few pieces of lumber and some pvc for a fulcrum

Fulcrum work is some of the first exercises I created and it all started with the A-Stretch. Once I made the A-Stretch I realized how powerful fulcrum work was and this was the advent of the PowerAssist which eventually became the LengthMaster. Uncle Jim's Wrap will be a great way to retain elongation after training but it will not add much in size, it is more fore healing and training the penis to remain elongated. So do NOT rely solely on ACE, be sure to employ exercise that are active and cause gains. A trip to the hardware store can make many ideas happen so look around and ponder those things.

Because of scheduling conflicts i usually hit 30+ minutes of girth in the evening. Catch a few hours of sleep then length in the morning, apply the wrap, then i take a break every hour, find a private spot and try to hit 4 x 30 second stretches. First is just a plain old SO, second is a pulse to max then a tug beyond, third is straight up, then last is 30 rotaries each way SO, rewrap if i had to remove the wrap then repeat for 6-9 hours daily.

I am fully expecting after this week when the 6 weeks of fulcrum stretching starts to be in a constant fatigue state so the sets during the day are going to hit all that tough crap while its weakened.
 
Well today I reach 7x6.6 bpel and mid-shaft girth!!! My goal is 9x7 bpel and mid-shaft girth(: just wanna thank you DLD for changing my life!!!! It's not just the penis enlargement it's overall perspective and attitude towards other things, I am schizoaffective and been tortured by voices all day, but when I think about my life now they become silent it's weird but you kinda saved me from losing my mind lol pe gives me something to look forward to and keep me motivated to do something so a huge Thank You DLD and the brotherhood!!!

Quick question what's the fastest way to reach 9 bpel and 7 mid shaft girth from where I'm at? And how long will it take?

Girth is almost there, some BathMate 5x5x3 sessions would bring there quickly. On the length side 2" is going to take some time. I made a two inch gain in six months but I also trained all day, everyday. Realistically, for someone who does not have the luxury of time, as I do, it could take up to 2 years. You will most likely see that first inch quickly, the second inch is where it will become a bit more difficult and more aggressive techniques will need to e employed to further gain. The most progressive routine to get you there as quickly as possible is SRT.

Well, I have all day everyday to train. I'm currently on SSI so yeaa. Planning to get bathmate and lengthmaster in a few months, said I was gunna get them a while back but haven't gotten them yet. I don't know the steps from here, should go bathmate & lengthmaster
And use SRT? How much is the total on all of em combined? Is there a deal out there? I'm currently paying off dental expenses which is sucking away all my expenses, so I'll be freed up in June to get my first purchase.

Start with the manual portions of SRT and incorporate the tools later. I also live off my SSDI and money is tight but what I would do to get at least one piece of equipment is get involved with the monthly contest. The top poster, every month, gets their choice of any tool we carry (but the Phallosan). when you are living on a limited budget it is good to have opportunities to get the equipment cheap or free :)
 
Day 2 of expressive stretching and 5x5x3. my skin is sore and i get all kinds of skin flud pickets i have to workout during the morning stretches after that PM session. Should subside after the first week or so.

not sure but they are annoying at hell when torquing down during a stretch

nah not blisters Big, they dont persist and are gone after quickly massaging them out. It seems to occur in the excess skin where the stretch is not focused but there is still pressure on it.
