So I started PE the beginning of this year. I’ve picked up different workouts and things to do as I’ve read more and more. My routine feels pretty great. I know I’m doing a lot but I don’t feel like I’m overloading myself. My routine is as follows.
Morning I do LengthMaster - Penis Bundle Stretcher & Weight Hanging BTC bundled stretches 20min with heat fan. After I put vitamin E and hydrocortisone on and then use infrared light on myself for 20 minutes. I’ll hop in the shower, wash everything off and then put DMSO gel with aloe on. I’ll let that dry and then I’ll put an ADS on and keep the tension minimum but enough to stay elongated and heal stretched. At night I’ll shower off the DMSO and do the Angion method in the shower. Then the LengthMaster again for 20min. I’ll take my vitamins to help with blood flow, put some vitamin E and hydrocortisone on and do some tunica scraping with a gua sha tool. Then I’ll do 10x10x3 but 5 min of SSJ and 10 of pumping for each set. After I’ll do infrared light for 20 min. Wipe off any excess vitamin e, clean hands and junk, reapply DMSO. I stay wrapped through the night for elongation. I’ve never had any trouble with this and I like the feeling. I do this routine about everyday. Sometimes I’ll rest a day or 2 when I I feel I need to. I take testosterone as well so I know that helps with downtime from healing. Anytime I read something new that may benefit me and my routine I’ve added it. For instance the Angion method and DMSO I started last week. And the gua sha tunica scraping the week before that. My routine feels pretty on point now.
With all of this I feel like I’ll make good gains but also worried I’m being a bit excessive? I’ve kind of became addicted to PE. I haven’t had any injuries (knock on wood) and feel fine each day. Should I continue if everything has been fine?
