Lfd, when ssjing you squeeze the blood out of the head to give just that amount of flexibility to the penis during the SSJs. Then you cup your hand/palm over the head and push down against the jelq. So its all about the shaft, really smashing the fibers of the tunica as you roll around different angles. No head expansions happening in SSJs.

For head expansion, how about regular jelqs? Put on a cockring, get a jelq grip, kegels in even more blood. Your whole penis will turn red.

With Bathmate or penomet you can use a cockring then pump to max. Maybe wrap shaft with theraband to get expansion focused in head.

Head expansion would need to be an additional exercise but you can simply work it into the Slow Squash Jelq. Every say 30 SSJ's get in a 30 second head expansion squeeze. This is where all the blood is forced from the base to the head and held for a time period.

DLD my girth routine is like this... 5 mins penoment - 5 mins SSJ, 5 mins penoment - 5 mins SSJ, 5 mins penoment - 5 mins SSJ! firstly can you tell me what is a head expansion squeeze? and with the SSJ i do them for 50 seconds 6 times in my set so when should i work in the head expansion squeezes?

It's a lot of information man. And it's not formatted the best, but understanding it and applying the principles will help you gain much faster. The first time I read it all the way through from start to finish, I was overloaded with information, I had a lot of questions, and there were parts I didn't understand. I'm assuming you're wanting do DLD's newbie routine and mix in SRT theories? Or do you want to do the actual SRT routine? What kind of equipment do you have, if any?

SRT is one of the most complex routines I have ever written, I admit to this but once you educate yourself and fully understand it you will too greatly benefit from it. Look at SRT as the PhD of Penis Enlargement. With the education, secured through research and experimentation, will make you a Doctor of Dick!

What I did was to read the 1st post 3 or four times (until I understood everything in the post+ I asked questions) and after that read all the pages (every single post+ opened the sites that people had posted). In the end you will get it. Do not limit yourself with only 1 time reading. What actually don't you get, share and we will try to help you :)

Yeah I was baffled by it, as I'm still new to this & haven't done anything yet, so I do need to take more of a look at this & re-read this a few more times, though I do kind of understand this. Though I want to say that I'm more trying to figure out how to do this at the work environment & at home, especially as I am living with my parents at the moment & also that I don't have any of the equipment & not sure how to get it into my house without my parents knowing & trying to afford buying them all.

Yeah I just read the article without reading the other Threads, which is my bad, so I'll try to do that and re-read this more than once. I actually kind of understand this, as I said with DLD, it's more trying to figure out how to do this at the work environment & at home, especially as I am living with my parents at the moment & also that I don't have any of the equipment & can't think of a way to buy the stuff with our my parents knowledge of them.

You'll want to read it a few times for sure and ask questions if you have any. I would start with the Newbie Routine.

Add SRT theories to this. Basically you'll want to split up your length and girth routine into two separate times (length first). Pick up some ace bandage for Uncle Jim's Wrap (stretch your penis and then wrap it from the glans down to the base) with the ace bandage, and use it right after your length routine to keep extended. Wear it until you do your girth routine, but check every hour for circulation. I'd recommend you go ahead and take it off every hour or so and do some more manual stretches, then put it back on. This will increase your gains.... Now do your girth routine, and directly after you will want to wear a cockring for an hour or more to hold the expansion you gained. You'll also want to check for circulation each hour. I recommend taking it off and doing some kegels for extra blood flow.

Basically, the whole point of SRT is to always have your penis extended or expanded to increase the speed at which you make your gains. When it comes to sleeping, you can do a very light Uncle Jim's Wrap all night, or you can free-ball. Personally I free-ball, but try the light wrap and see how you like it.

The newbie routine only introduces jelqs. After a couple weeks and you get used to the routine, I'd add a few 30 second Slow Squash Jelqs, as they will bring more girth results to you than doing only Jelqs. Slowly build up more time and quantity on your Slow Squash Jelqs as you go, proceeding with caution. This is a pretty advanced exercise, so be careful as you add them in.

As you get used to your manual stretches, start adding more intensity and pull harder on your stretches. This will bring more results. Some guys don't use enough intensity, and don't gain or gain very little.

Your dick is going to be sore when you first start. This is normal. It's just like when you start running or lifting weights.

Be sure to heat in preparation for at least 5 minutes before both your length and girth routine (rice sock, rag and hot water, or heating pad). This is vital in preventing injuries.

Once you have the money, I'd recommend buying the SizeGenetics or Bathmate. These will bring gains quicker for you. If you're looking to gain both length and girth or just girth, I'd recommend the Bathmate first. If you're shooting more for length, then the SizeGenetics is right for you.

This is a lot of info, but these are the most important things for you to know. If you have any questions just ask.

So you recomed that I do length excercise from the newbie routine then wrap Uncle Jim's wrap for six hours with a 5 minute of 1 set behind the cheek exercises & 25 cranks between the hour & do the reast when I get home & change it up after a couple of weeks? Sorry I just want to ask, because I don't want to get the info wrong.

Well its not only the fact I can't really afford to buy them yet isn't the only problem, it's also the fact that in living with my parents & yeah I would like to buy them, I just can't at the moment.

Yeah it is quite a lot of info, but it's more of me trying to figure out the schedule of how I'm going to do this.

Just like someone just starting to work out you would stick with the major and basic movements. If you want to add a little bit of the SRT theory to your routine I would just add the ACE wrap after your workout for a few hours. You can either unwrap it and do some quick stretches every hour or wrap it loose enough that circulation is not impaired.

Stick with the basics and learn to feel what you're stretching when you stretch. Don't boggle your mind with every little nuance just put the time in and remember to start slow. Use a warm rag or heat pad for 5 minutes before and after. Thats all you really need starting off. Don't worry about equipment until you have done Penis Enlargement consistently for a few months. The Bathmate and size genetics wouldn't be my first choices any way. Stick with manual work for a few months and that will give you time to absorb everything and see if you can add equipment. By then you might have thought of a way to keep gadgets hidden too.

You know what you are right, I should just start of slow & get used to it befor using equipment or advanced techniques. I've been thinking about it more than actually doing it.
