I think that it is both- you can follow the workouts listed on the first page or you can add the laws that the SRT stands behind (mainly healing in an extended/expanded position). If you want you can either follow the whole workout or adjust your own routine using the SRT's principles. :)

Anytime boss. I know I even find myself caught up in all the fancy gadgets. But when it comes down to just think of what you're trying to accomplish and get simple or creative or both. Thats how this community started
 
Just wanted togive an update.

Started the srt and can already see some results.. am still struggling to contol my ejaculation because there is a very fine line between pushing my self to point of no return.

Any tips i should be doing to keep these gains? or any advice would be excellent thanks again guys.
 
SRT RULES I am excited to say the DVD will be out soon and all the site videos. We are finishing up some Youtube work and the Question of the day videos. After this we are going headstrong into the editing of the SRT Grand Routine. We have very creative ways of expressing ourselcves in SRT in different media ways...it will be very cool, trust me.
 
I have some questions about the SRT routine and I would really appreciate it if any of my brothers here can answer my questions. I read thru the entire first page trying to disseminate the routine. From the best of my understanding this routine is cut into three months which are the three phases out of the five that DLD used to gain. I hope I am right about this assumption.

This is my current interpretation about the mothly workouts and the phases: If I am wrong PLEASE correct me
1ST MONTH( PHASE 1)

AM: Wake, 6:30 AM: Masturbate or have morning sex (directly after start routine)

Week 2 Girth AM (learning to stretch a thicker penis)
Girth Routine: Bathmate (full pump for 6 minutes) this can be done any way you are comfortable using the Bathmate but I would like you to be at a full erection when pumping. After 6 minutes you will go into a 6 minute session of upward jelqs done erect. the next session will be similar but this time when you jelq it will be downward, against your erection angle (This will help improve pelvic floor muscle strength). And the last set will be 6 minutes in the pump followed by 6 minutes of a semi-hard Slow Squash Jelq (mainly as an expansive massage to eliminate discoloration and bring and/or red spots. The last 6 minutes will be spent with Expressive Stretching. This can be done using any of the various methods, my favorites are Bathmate HardCore Stretches and PowerAssist Loop Stretches. The Monkey Spanker will be used for a few minutes followed by, finally a cock ring. (worn at base tight enough to keep a good size pump. You will want to be in your expanded state as long as possible.

Your length routine will be:
Behind the Cheeks to the Left - 30 seconds x 3
Behind the Cheeks to the Center - 30 seconds x 3
Behind the Cheeks to the Right - 30 seconds x 3
DLD Blasters: five, 30 second reps.

Finish length with 3 sets of 25 Rotary Stretches in the highest position you can manage.

The weeks are then alternated

2ND MONTH(Phase 2)
LENGTH:
Expressive Stretching through the Loop of the PowerAssist or LengthMaster will be best. 6 minutes of this will be fine, almost see it as your warmup! I push as much penis through and grab with both hands and stretch from the extreme base, exposed by the Loop.

30 seconds for each stretch, simple! And will cover all important angles.
Straight up to Center
DLD Blasters: five, 30 second stretches
Straight Down to Left (under leg)
Straight Down to Right(under leg)
Rotaries: 25 Cranks
Behind the Cheeks to Left

Attach your SizeGenetics Extender at medium tension you will wear for 1 Hour to help cement stretching session. The idea is to allow the tissue to heal in a fully stretched position. As the morning stretch is wearing off we are turning up the tension on the SizeGenetics with each bathroom break. If you are able to go 4 sets, that is four hours with each hour being a bit more demanding, is a smart way to introduce the proper use of the the amazing machine the SizeGenetics is! Girth will be done when you choose but after 4 hours is logged in the SizeGenetics. I want your Extender work to be done by the time your do your girth work.
Girth Program:
2 Minute Slow Squash Jelq (warmup)
6 Minutes in the Bathmate at Full Intensity
6 Minutes spent doing SSJ
6 Minutes in the Bathmate at Full Intensity
6 Minutes spent doing SSJ
6 Minutes in the Bathmate at Full Intensity

3RD MONTH(PHASE 3) LengthMaster Sets
5 Minutes of Rolls
5 Minutes of Twists
Behind the Cheeks: 3 thirty second stretches
Strap on SizeGenetics Extender (wear for 1.5 hours)

Remove SizeGenetics Extender
Return good circulation
Do 5 DLD Blasters (30 seconds each)

Reattach SizeGenetics Extender (wear for 1.5 hours)

Remove SizeGenetics Extender and do 1 set of each stretch
Straight up: 1 thirty second stretch
Straight Down: 1 thirty second stretch
Out to left: 1 thirty second stretch
Out to right: 1 thirty second stretch
Rotaries: 25 Cranks
Behind the Cheeks: 1 thirty second stretch
12:30 pm: Reattach SizeGenetics Extender (wear for 1.5 hours)
2:00 pm: remove SizeGenetics Extender
Return good circulation
Do 5 DLD Blasters (30 seconds each)
Strap into Uncle Jim's strap until the evening girth work checking for proper blood flow each hour.

Girth Workout
Start the girth routine with DLD Hardcore Bathmate Stretches
Get yourself 100% erect and attach the Bathmate. I like to use water in the chamber but this exercise can be done dry if proper pressure can be found or in the bath or shower.
Pump up to a high pressure. You will want enough suction that you can pull on the Bathmate with intensity and the Bathmate stays attached.Once good suction is found you can start the exercise. It may be necessary to repump periodically to keep good suction for these stretches.
Upward Stretches: At an upward angle, using both hands, stretch the chamber upward. You will not be able to go straight up as the tube will get in the way so go as high as possible. do 3 stretches for 30 seconds each.
Straight Outward Stretches to Center: Again, be sure to have good suction. 3 stretches for 30 seconds.
Straight Out to the Left: 3 stretches for 30 seconds.
Straight Out to the Right: 3 stretches for 30 seconds.
Now, downward stretches will feel a bit different as you will be stretching and pulling-pushing against the erection angle (unless you have a low erection angle) EIther way, this will be the most intense part).
Straight Down Stretches: Again, be sure to have good suction and good EQ. 3 stretches for 30 seconds.
Straight Down to the Left: 3 stretches for 30 seconds.
Straight Down to the Right: 3 stretches for 30 seconds.

Start Super-Sets
Pump for 10 minutes at good pressure
Remove the Bathmate
Slow Squash Jelqs 5 minutes
Enter Bathmate for 5 minutes
Alpha Jelq 5 minutes Bathmate for 5 mintes Slow Squash Jelq 5 minutes
Immediately start 5 minute Monkey Spanker Session.


I know this is a really long post but I would love to be aware if this is correct as I want to start the full routine. Looking to purchasing a MOS membership soon but in the meantime would like to have something to start with.

How difficult is it to get into the writing/editing field? What university/college credits do you need? Is it extremely competitive these days to get into anything writing/photography because of internet (virtually competing with the entire world)?

I have noticed that when im jelqing from the base of my erect shaft, Im pulling alot of skin upwards which covers my shaft, feels weird.

im circumcised so its not forskin but it feels like some fat.


how do i deal with that?

The skin is not anchored anywhere to the shaft below it. So it can move up n down the shaft. You can reach in and tug your skin back a bit if its riding up while you jelq, pulling towards the head. Lube will help with that move.
 
DLD i have a question in regards to SRT... when doing the slow squash jelq is that working the shaft expansion more so than the head expansion? and also can you give me some exercises purely focused for head expansion?
