I've just started the SRT routine but I am doing only the length part. I know I am suppose to wear the ace bandage for 1 hour and re-wrap but can't I wear it for 2 hours and make 3 sets of 2 hours making 6hours? Can I wear 3 hours in the morning and the remaining 3 hours in the night?
 
Of course you can. The only reason why it was advised to do this is to just make sure your dick doesn't get blue and numb and to prevent potetntial injuries, but if you are ok with 2 hours- it's great :)

I wrapped the ice bandage but couldn't bear the coldness after 1:15 minutes so I took it off. One more question. I have decided to wrap the ace bandage 1 hour at a time. Can I wrap 3 hours in the morning and after work I wrap another 3 hours in the evening?
 
Of course you can! The more you stay in the wrap, the better. There is ADS- it means All Day Stretchers. They are not extenders. Basically you can wear them all day and all night long (24/7) with no numbness, coldness or risk injuries. They are a pretty good (maybe even perfect) solution to your problem. Goolge around (and look through the site about) autoxleeve , divosuit, stealth sleeve, or maybe the circle device ADS. Read around and let us know what you think. Thank you so much. I will just continue using the ace bandage and complete the SRT routine for length come December 21.
 
I truly believe this to be the most noble issue to take under our wings, all people are cloudy on many parts of what I outlined. Many men are suffering greatly with guilt, many couples are at odds with each other because of this, this topic truly runs deep and into areas Matters of Size has not explored completely. But, with that said, nor has anyone else, including the church, media, doctors or any other party. As usual, the Brotherhood is a revolution or evolution!

SRT Masturbation Sets by DLD, Massive Untold Length and Girth!

This is a routine that I promised a long time back but have finally came to the conclusion that letting it out will be the best way to develop this. I am a perfectionist and adding to SRT is a big deal for me as it is my baby and it is the best routine the world has seen in penis enlargement and also mind enlargement. Lets take a close look at some of the good and bad parts of this new take on masturbation.

For some time now I have been exploring masturbatory habits, their benefits and their deficits in 3 main areas. Very briefly I am currently doing extensive work in:

What is considered art and when does it become �naked people movies�. What is OK to watch as far as the Bible goes: (New and Old Testament considerations.)? What is OK as far as society is concerned. Where is this grey area so many of us are trying to find? I can tell you that it will not be among the Gospels or any other part of the Good Book. Even in desperation to find answers from the various church authorities I came up empty handed with answers but surely full of undue guilt.

I think we all have a meter in us that determines what is right and wrong and that meter can be widely different when we look at the broad spectrum of men in the world. My meter may not be like yours but this does not mean we can not come together and find some good, healthy ways to express our need for external stimulation to accomplish some of the tasks that Penis Enlargement puts before us. I would like to first make a very important statement that concerns all things that cause pleasure, discipline is the most important quality in having a good relationship with external pleasures. We can look at this just like any addiction, at one point the addiction becomes stronger than us and we are left with desensitization issues mentally and physically. You said it yourself- masturbation is not only good for length (the best time to stretch is after ejaculation), but for girth as well. Everyone would want to use this as often as possible, but how do we know how often would be optimal?

2- How would you describe a well structured masturbation session? Would it be something like- edging, girth exercising (SSJ, jelqing and others), balooning, ejaculation, length work? And also- I've read you say that stretching after girth work might not be the best choice. Even though you recommended it in your original SRT (the thread's 1st post on the 1st page), you said that it should not be aimed at oftenly? So, when incorporating length and girrth work- how would an optional Penis Enlargement day look like (for you)?

3- And having question number 2 in mind- which do you find better- to use the masturbation technique incorporated in the girth session and have the DLD Blaster mimicing in the length (you said that both have the same weakening effect on the PC) session instead of combining them to be done one after another? For myself, once per day seems healthy for my system. Remember, I do not have sex so masturbation is the only release I have. With that said, I think that if once per day is followed, using the techniques I described, it would certainly make a mediocre whack off a momentous Penis Enlargement session.(s) If men only masturbate 3 times a week, I still say follow this guide.

A good sub-question that I just thought on would be those who do have sex and do not masturbate regularly. This is something I did at one time when I was with Jennifer. I did not masturbate but what I did do that I think will greatly apply here is this; Lets say I was going to have sex at 10 pm and this was a regular thing I would take my shower at 9:30 and I would get a serious Slow Squash Jelq Session in until my penis was greatly expanded. With SRT you can really make it a swap meet of exercises and equipment. For me, it is no particular order, more the goal of gaining the best expansion I can. Sometimes this could mean pumping and SSJ on the 5x5x3, other times it may be strictly SSJ and edging/ballooning. I try to keep things very fresh and fun and interesting to keep myself involved. Most typically I will do an hour which with start with light jelqing for a warm-up, about 5 minutes. Once erect and warmed up I will go into the 5x5 and sometimes go for 6 sets or more. It depends on retention and my success with using SSJ to counter build up but keep expansion peaking. Some days I will go old school and stick with a straight 600 jelq session. It all, at the time, is justified for the expansion needed at that time.

In a perfect world both and for men who can handle it and have the time, well they will greatly benefit from being able to dedicate this kind of labour into their routine. For me, it would be 2 girth sessions daily. One in the AM (5x5x3), keeping expansion after with cockering. When expansion starts to fade a quick 2 minute jelq session gets expansion back and then re-cockring. In the evening, during masturbation, as I stated, I will dedicate anywhere from 20 minutes to 2 hours to girth work, switching between Pumping, SSJ, Massage, Edging, Ballooning, getting to the edge of orgasm, practice kegel and reverse kegel work, return to expansion. Once I feel that I have really caused +expansion, meaning, greater size than my best erect size I will then allow orgasm. Listen closely to the word ALLOW. This is important as within these masturbation sets you will also be training to last as long as you like in bed! Orgasm will be on command once these methods are mastered.

Ok, thanks for your answer, since you like questions- I have few more. :)

1- It is something that has being bothering me for the last 1-2 weeks. The problem is I get no expansion from edging or ballooning. I've been reading around the forum for quite some time and have seen many guys claiming that edging/ballooning gives them expansion comparable to the one they get from SSJing. When I balloon and do not allow myself reach an orgasm, I usually do this for about 30 minutes (the buildup starts after the 15th minute). The only thing I get is a severe fluid buildup and no real expansion. So what seems to be the problem? Is it possible that I see no expansion, cause it's hidden under the huge donut dick or what?

2- This has been on my head for several months now. Does 2nd girth (or maybe length) session hinder gains. With an additional session you get to keep your girth/length expansion/extension, but does not that damage the gaining process by not letting your dick heal properly for optimal gains. I guess I didn't read about all the requirements for the SRT routine properly. I just realized that I don't have a length master and I am in my second day of the SRT routine. What can I do to replace the routine meant for the length master in the 3rd month?
 
Instead of 5 minutes of rolls and 5 minutes of twists, I did 5 minutes of bundled dld blasters and 5 minutes of __________ stretches. Both are bundled stretches and therefore are more intense. This was recommended to me by DLD and Love Her Deeply.

SRT is not a routine. Well- it is, but it is a more of a principle :)
