Personally, I keep stretching and jelquing until my penis get into the condition I want... not yet erect, yet there is more blood in it... Then that lets me get a good grip, using the xtra blood as a grip (it's like clamping in the middle of the penis, and then stretch... not fulling to the max with blood though...

then I find I can do some serious stretch in any direction. I have to kegel sometimes to keep some fresh blood, but lemme tell you since I found this technique, I got 2 lig pop LMAO. I've been scared both times LMAO
 
So with the kegels you dont use your hands at all, you just act like your holding back urine for the minute? (just want to clearify that since it says this is a very important part to the Penis Enlargement process).

And Im hopin to gain two inches within five months. Do you think my sites are set to high or is that possible?
 
hey Tast and welcome to the forum! I wish you well on your Penis Enlargement adventure, but chances are, it will take more than 5 months. 1 inch per year seems to be reachable... My case was an exception and I attribute it to the fact that my body is still growing.

A kegel is indeed when you contract the muscle that will let you stop the pee from flowing.
 
When I stretch i feel like im just stretching the skin around my penis is that how its suppose to feel and if its not can some on explain, thanks.
 
I came onto this forum after seeing in on Channel 4's mini Series
"THE Penis EnlargementRFECT Penis EnlargementNIS" a while ago. It seems like the only resource worth bothering with!!

Anyway I have been jelqing and doing kegal exercises for about 6 months now.
I started quite light doing only about 50-100 of each and missed days.
Having read this basic routine I am now more dedicated and doing
100+ of these exercises each day. I can't say I have seen much difference in my length and girth yet but I feel I get harder erections and 'shoot' my load better.
I'm going to follow the basic routine fully from now on and include the stretching exercises as well.

I hope to see some small gains especially in girth. Oh and vaseline lasts forever :)
 
results varies for each person. It can take a bunch of time, but results will happen. You might find the exercice that is giving you the best results and grow faster from this time.
 
Are the stretches vital if my main aim is to gain some girth. I'm still just doing jelqing and kegal exercises at the moment but I guess I should devote a bit more time rather than in bed before I go to sleep each night.

My very basic routine consists of 50 jelqs, 30 kegal exercises (x4)

I'm not sure if this is a particularly good way of doing things? I do my kegal exercises inbetween jelqing while my penis is still a bit hard as I like making it move about!! (my g/f loves me making it twitch as well!!!)

do you feel sore ? then that's good.
 
3 sets of each stretch? so do you mean 3 sets of 30 secs between cheeks ont he right and 3 sets of 30 secs between checks on left?

Or each directions gets 30 secs (middle, left, right) making up 3 sets?
 
so what is the exercise to counteract the baseball bat effect? I already had it a little, I've been doing the exercises for a month and its gotten much worse.
 
nothing you can do about it except hang which focuses solely on base girth to center it all out.
 
hey, about the newbie stretching routine, what do u mean by stretching behind cheeks, straight up, down, and out. cant u only pull ure dick one way, which is left, right, up and down?
and are kegels basically just straining as hard as you can? lol
any explanation would be appreciated thx.

alright, been doin the stretches and i seem to find the BTC stretches to sting quite a bit, the others are fine just this one :(. normal?

and rotary cranks are just quick pulls in every direction?
 
Any advice for getting an 80 % erection? I can't seem to keep one, either I get a full one or a just go flaccid. When I jelq It's hard to keep it at 80%, is is okay for my erection to very in pressure as long as jelqing is still possible?
