Do the newbie routine. No equipment, just your hands. Shit works, doing a very light version of it when i first started i gained .25" in a month before i took a long hiatus. If you follow the routine to a T then you'll see incredible results. No days off.Ok no body wants to answer my question, I don’t want to do any SRT or pumping. If you don’t want to help me out then cool. Just say it. I’m out!!!
